Objectives To study the psychological characteristics of children with attention deifcit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Human ifgure drawings (HFD) as a projective technique was performed in 107 children with ADHD aged (8.69 ±1.48) years old (6.5~11.5 years), and 107 matched healthy children. Characteristic features of the HFDs in children with ADHD, and correlations between emotional indicators of the HFDs and factors of child behavior checklist (CBCL) were assessed and com-pared with the control group. Results Signiifcant differences in emotional index were found between ADHD and healthy chil-dren, including bad body composition, short arms, long arms, big ifgure, omission of hands and omission of feet (P<0.05). Nega-tive correlation was found between the HFDs emotional index and the factors of activity and social ability in the CBCL (P<0.05), but a positive correlation was found between the HFDs emotional index and behavioral problem (P<0.05). Conclusion Human ifgure drawings can relfect some emotional characteristics of children with ADHD, and when combined with CBCL, it can pro-vide evidence for diagnosis and intervention for ADHD.

Objective To explore the effect of alpha lipoic acid and Shuxuetong on oxidative stress and insulin resistance in patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and to guide the clinical therapy for T2DM.Methods Totally 90 cases of T2DM pa-tients were sellected from Hainan Province Nongken Hospital. The patients were divided into Shuxuetong group(group A,n=30), alpha lipoic acid group(group B,n=30)and alpha lipoic acid and Shuxuetong group(group C,n =30).HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,and HOMA-ISI was calculated.SOD was determined by xanthine oxidase method.MDA was detected by Thiobarbituric acid method. The expression of IL-6 and TNF-αwas determined by ELISA analysis. Results Before treatment,SOD,MDA,IL-6,TNF-α,HO-MA-IR,HOMA-ISI,and HOMA-βwas no significant difference among the three groups(P >0.05).After treatment, all of which was significantly changed(P <0.05 and P <0.01).SOD,HOMA-ISI and HOMA-βin group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P <0.05),and which was significantly higher in group B than that in group A (P <0.05).MDA and HOMA-IR in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P <0.05),and which was significantly lower in group B than that in group A (P <0.05).IL-6 and TNF-αin group C was lower than that in group A and group B(P <0.01),and which was no significant difference between group A and group B(P >0.05).Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid combined with Shuxuetong injection can significantly im-prove the oxidative stress state of T2DM patients, inhibit the inflammatory reaction, improve insulin resistance and patient′s sensi-tivity to insulin.Which was contribute to clinical treatment for T2DM.

Objective:To explore application and effect evaluation of group prenatal care model in primiparas. Methods:A total of primiparas were recruited from December 2019 to May 2020 in the department of Obstetric clinic. Group prenatal care was carried out in the intervention group and the routine nursing was implemented in the control group. Positive capital Questionnaire and pregnancy outcome were used to evaluate the effects of intervention. Results:The scores of pre-intervention, intervention for one month and post-intervention of PPQ was (123.87±18.86), (130.70±13.41) and (142.23±8.37) respectively. Higher level of natural childbirth rate([86.7%] versus [63.3%]; χ2=4.356; P=0.037<0.05) and lower rate of perineal injury([16.7%] versus [43.3%]; χ2=5.079; P=0.024<0.05). The rate of exclusive breastfeeding during hospitalization ([90.0%] versus [66.7%]; χ2=4.812; P=0.028<0.05) after intervention as compared with those who received routine care. Conclusion:Group prenatal care intervention model can improve the level of positive psychological capital and pregnancy outcome.
