Objective To explore the value of transthoracic echocardiography in diagnosis of univentricle and analyze the sonogram typing. Methods The results of 66 patients with univentricle were reviewed retrospectively,and analayzed their typing connected with the reports in the literature. Results There were 3 ultrasonic types in 66 cases:①Type A(single left ventricle) 19 cases,single ventricle with left ventricular shape,residual cavity in front of it. ②Type B(single right ventricle) 38 cases, single ventricle with right ventricular form,and residual cavity in the rear.③Type C (solitary single-ventricle) 9 cases,there was only one ventricle. Thirty-one of them were treated surgically, 5 cases without operation had MRI or cardiac catheterization examination and the remaining 26 patients were only observed by echocardiography,the positive rate of diagnosis in type was 100%, the results were compared with cardiac catheterization or MRI examination and the operation: 1 cases of mixed type total anomalous pulmonary venous connection was misdiagnosed as heart-type total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage. But 1 case of descending aorta limitations narrow complicated patent ductus arteriosus(PDA), PDA was missed. The rest were completely correct diagnosis. Conclusions The transthoracic echocardiography can be used to evaluate types and all containing malformations of univentricle,and offers reliable information for operation.

Objective To investigate the effect of macrophage polarization on tubulointerstitial fibrosis of mouse unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) model.Methods Twelve male C57BL/6J mice were employed,each of which with an age of 8 to 10 weeks.UUO model was established with these mice with the method of unilateral ureteral ligation.Mice were then sacrificed on the 7th and 14th day respectively after operation,and renal tissue specimens were obtained.The authors detected collagen deposition by Masson staining,and alpha smooth muscle actin (alpha SMA) as well as collagen type Ⅰ (Coll-1) mRNA by real-time quantitative PCR.The authors also detected the degree of renal interstitial macrophages infiltration and expression changes of polarization by immunofluorescence staining.Results Compared with the mice that were observed on the 7th day after operation,the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis in mice observed on the 14th day after operation was comparatively serious,the difference shown by semi-quantitative results was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,mice observed on the 14th day after operation have more M2 macrophages,the difference between two groups of mice was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).On the contrary,there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of M1 macrophages infiltration between these two groups of mice.Conclusions In the renal interstitial fibrosis model induced by UUO,the degree of macrophage infiltration increased significantly,mainly resulted from M2 macrophage infiltration,suggesting that M2 macrophages were involved in the formation of renal fibrosis.

AIM To establish the quality standard for Tibeten medicine Ershiwuwei Feibing Pills [Inula racemosa Hook.f.,Swertia bimaculata (Sieb.et Zucc.) Hook.Thors.ex Clarke,Phyllanthus emblica Linn.,Terminalia billerica (Gaertn.) Roxb.,etc.].METHODS TLC was applied to the qualitative identification of L racemosa,S.bimaculata,P.emblica and T.billerica,and HPLC was adopted in the quantitative determination of alantolactone,oleanolic acid,gallic acid and hydroxysafflor yellow A.RESULTS The TLC spots were clear without negative interference.Alantolactone,oleanolic acid,gallic acid and hydroxysafflor yellow A showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 4.324-216.2 μg/mL (r =0.999 9),32.222-1 611.1 μg/mL (r =0.999 9),4.072-203.6 μg/mL (r =0.999 9) and 4.266-213.3 μg/mL (r =0.999 9),whose average recoveries (RSDs) were 100.6％ (0.93％),100.3％ (2.1％),101.5％ (3.0％) and 100.1％ (1.8％),respectively.CONCLUSION This simple method can be used for the rapid quality control of Ershiwuwei Feibing Pills.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),adiponectin combined with leptin in colorectal cancer.Methods The case control study was adopted.Forty cases newly diagnosed as colorectal cancer were selected.Forty cases of non-colorectal cancer were selected according to 1 ∶ 1 matching proportion.Serum levels of CEA,adiponectin and leptin were measured in the study subjects.The ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of adiponectin combined with leptin for colorectal cancer.Results Serum level of adiponectin in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,while the CEA and leptin levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The area under the curve of adiponectin combined with leptin reached 0.714±-0.058,its specificity and sensitivity were 77.5 ％ and 65.7 ％ respectively.The area under the curve of adiponectin,leptin combined with CEA reached 0.818 ±-0.048,its specificity and sensitivity were 82.5 ％ and 89.5 ％ respectively.The cut-off values of leptin and adiponectin were 11.53 μg/mL and 9.08μg/mL respectively.Conclusion The combined screening of CEA,adiponectin and leptin can significantly improve the detection rate of colorectal cancer.

Objective To investigate the relationship between QRS wave terminal distortion with coronary arterial lesion and serum high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) in early stage of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with STEMI were classified into the QRS wave distortion positive group(QRS+,n=81) and non-QRS wave distortion group(QRS-group,n=39) according to EKG on admission.The two groups all conducted the coronary angiography and hs-cTnI detection.The coronary arterial lesion occurrence situation and hs-cTnI level were compared between the two groups.Results (1) In the QRS+ group:68 cases (83.59％) were male and 13 cases (16.05％) were females;in the QRS-group:27 cases(69.23％) were male and 12 cases (30.77％) were female.The sex difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).(2) The occurrence rate of left anterior descending artery (LAD) lesion in the QRS+ group was higher than that in the QRS-group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).But the occurrence rate of left circumflex coronary artery (LCX) lesion in the QRS-group was higher than that in the QRS+ group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).(3) The hs-cTnI level in the QRS+ group was higher than that in the QRS-group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01).Conclusion The patients with QRS wave distortion positive have a higher occurrence rate of LAD lesion,while the patients with out QRS wave distortion negative have higher occurrence rate of LCX lesion;the QRS wave terminal distortion has relationship with serum hs-cTnI level.

Objective To adopt Suitability Assessment of Materials for suitability assessment of domestic Kegel exercise online health education written materials. Methods After Searching Kegel exercise online health education written materials in search engines, four health education professionals assessed the suitability of the collecting materials.One professional evaluated all collecting materials,and all materials were divided into three parts. The other three professionals evaluated one part agian independently.Excel and SPSS 19.0 were used to analyze the results. Results 38 Kegel exercise online health education written materials were collected.2(5.3%)of the materials were assessed as"Superior",23 (60.5%) of the materials were "Adequate", and 13 (34.2%) of the materials were evaluated as "Not suitable". Average percentage score was 44.05% (24% ~74% ), and the overall assessment was"Adequate". Conclusion Most domestic Kegel exercise online health education written materials′quality should be certified and suitability were adequate,which need some improvement.

Objective Developing an index system to evaluate the community teaching bases of general practice, for the purpose of identifying and completing at least one demonstration teaching base for general practice in each city in 2010. Methods Initial building of the index system by means of Delphi method and experts interview, followed by selection of experts for consultation, statistical analysis on the results of letter inquiries, and rounded up by the establishment of the index system for evaluation in the end. Results The recovery rates of a two-round Delphi questionnaire response are 94.12% and 100.00%respectively. Expert's authority degrees of five indexes are all over 0.8, which suggests high expert's authority. The average coordination coefficient of two-round Delphi experts consultation is 0.262and 0.534 respectively, showing good experts coordination. In the end, the study established four first-class indexes, ten second-class indexes, 41 third-class indexes and five additional indexes. Conclusions The index system is established in view of the current development of community teaching bases. It focuses on evaluating teachers, the teaching process and base's function. The evaluation system provides reference for selecting demonstration community teaching bases of general practice.

Objective To investigate the serum levels of tumor markers CEA,CA724,PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGI/PGII and SF in gas-tric cancer.Methods The serum levels of CEA,CA724,PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGI/PGII and SF were detected in 46 healthy con-trols,45 atrophic gastritis patients and 39 gastric cancer patients.Serum levels of CEA,CA724 were measured by ELC meth-od,PGⅠ,PGⅡ by time resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA)and SF by immunoturbidimetry(ITM).Results ①Compared to the healthy controls,the statistical contrast of serum levels of CEA,CA724,PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGI/PGII except SF was significant in gastric cancer patients(P<0.05),only PGⅠ,PGⅡ,SF had significant difference in atrophic gastritis patients (P<0.05).Compared to atrophic gastritis patients,the serum levels of CEA,CA724 were significantly higher,but PGⅠwas lower in gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).②When CEA,CA724,PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGI/PGII and SF were used to di-agnose gastric cancer individually,the sequence of the area under ROC curve was CEA,SF,CA724,PGI/PGII,PGⅡ and PGⅠ.Only the areas of PGⅠ,PGⅡunder ROC curve had significant statistical difference (P<0.05).③The sensitivity,speci-ficity,PPV and NPV were different when these indexes were used to diagnize gastric cancer individually or incorporatedly. Conclusion The serum levels of tumor markers CEA,CA724,PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGI/PGII and SF had important reference value for the diagnosis of gastric cancer although the diagnostic value was different individually or incorporatedly;the content of serum PG and the ratio of PGI/PGII were closely related to the gastric mucosa.

Objective:To compare the effects of 3 different crystalloid fluids at different osmotic concentrations on blood-brain barrier(BBB) and brain edema in severe hemorrhagic shock rats.Methods: A total of 150 male SD rats were equally randomized into a lactated Ringers(LR) group,a 7.2% hypertonic saline(HS) group and a plasmalyte A(PA) group.LR,PA and HS were administered after an hour of severe hemorrhagic shock induced by drawing out about 40% of total blood and maintaining MAP at 35-45 mmHg.Serum S100B,cerebra1 Evans Blue(EB) and water content were determined before(T_0) and 1 h after bleeding(T_1) and immediately(T_2),1 h(T_3) and 2 h(T_4) after administration.The changes of BBB in the hippocampus CA1 area were observed by electron microscopy.Results: The serum S100B level was obviously higher at T_1,T_2,T_3 and T_4than at T_0 in all groups(P0.05).The cerebra1 water content was significantly increased at T_1,T_2,T_3 and T_4in the LR group,at T_1in the HS and at T_1,T_2 and T_3 in the PA as compared with T_0(P

Bombyx mori bidensovirus (BmBDV) has been identified as causing chronic densonucleosis in Bombyx mori specifically. The replication mechanism of BmBDV remains unknown. Its genome comprises two single stands DNA (VD1 and VD2). In order to rescue infectious virions in vitro, we obtained the total viral DNA extracted from the BmBDV-infected larvae midguts, subsequently cloned the full-length sequence of BmBDV genome fragments by PCR and constructed recombinant plasmids pMD18T-VD1 and pUC-VD2. The linear genome fragments were obtained by digesting recombinant plasmids with corresponding restriction enzymes, and then collectively transfected BmN cells by the method of liposome-embedding. We determined the replication of the virus gene by PCR with the template of demethylated total DNA extracted from the post-transfect BmN cells. Meanwhile, we collected the total proteins from the post-transfect BmN cells and the larvae midgut of feeding the post-transfect BmN cells to perform Western blotting analysis, and detected the expression of viral genes. Here we firstly confirm that infectious virions can be rescued in BmN cells by linear co-transfect method.
