1.The expression and significance of CD10, SMA and P63 on human breast myoepithelial cells

Objective To study the expression and significance of CD10, SMA, P63 on human breast myoepithelial cells. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of CD10, SMA, P63 on human breast myoepithelial cells from 68 breast diseases samples, including breast fibroadenoma, breast fibroadenesis, breast atypical ductal hyperplasias, ductal carcinomas in situ and breast invasive carcinomas. Results 2 +/3 + circumferential CD10, SMA and P63 staining of MEC was seen in 10 patients with breast fibroadenoma, breast fibroadenoma and 13 patients with atypical ductal hyperplasias. In an analysis of total ducts by 15 patients with breast ductal carcinomas in situ, 3 + circumfenrential staining was seen in 92 of 384 ducts(23.96%) stained for CD10 versus 185 of 384 ducts (48. 18%) stained for SMA and 80 of 384 ducts(20. 83%) stained for P63. All differences among percentage positively stained of these three antibodies was significant, p-values was lower 0. 05. MECs were not found with immunohistochemistry in 170 of 384 duets (44. 27%)with anti-CD10,74 of 384 ducts(19.27%) with anti-SMA and 127 of 384 ducts(33.07%) with anti-P63. MECs were not found with CD10,SMA and P63 in 30 patients with breast invasive carcinomas. Conclusion We concluded that CDIO could be another useful marker of breast myoepithelial cells after SMA and P63. It provided more sophisticated information about presence or absence of breast myoepithelial cells in confusing breast lesions.
2.Determination of serum soluble interleukin-6 receptor and soluble gp130 levels in patient with pregnancy induced hypertension and its significance

Objective To observe the changes of serum soluble interleukin-6 receptor (sIL-6R) and soluble gp130 (sgp130) in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine serum sIL-6R and sgp130 levels in 40 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (study group), 20 normal non-pregnant women (control group I) and 20 normal pregnant women (control group II). Results In study group, sIL-6R was (196.7±12.9) μg/L and sgp130 was (379.4±79.3) μg/L. In control group I, sIL-6R was (174.8±46.2) μg/L and sgp130 was (273.6±28.3) μg/L. In control group II, sIL-6R was (174.4±48.3) μg/L and sgp130 was (254.4±34.7) μg/L. SIL-6R and sgp 130 were higher in study group than those in control groups with significant difference (P<0.01). In study group, the more severe the patients, the higher the sIL-6R and sgp130 levels. There was significant difference (P<0.01). There was no difference in sIL-6R and sgp130 levels between control groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Serum sIL-6R and sgp130 levels are related to the development of pregnancy induced hypertension.
3.Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma:Comparative Study on Imaging Findings and Pathology

Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma(PSH) and to improve the accurate rate of its diagnosis before surgery.Methods Imaging findings in 11 cases pathologically proved sclerosing hemangiomas were retrospectively analyzed in comparison with pathology.Results The imaging findings of PSH mostly were solitary masses with homogeneous density,and with smooth margin in 10 cases and irregular margin in 1 case;1 case with slight calcification and 1 case with air-meniscus sign were found.7 cases were homogeneous enhancement and 4 were heterogeneous enhancement on contrast-enhanced scan.The high and low attenuation areas on CT corresponded with angiomatous and cystic areas respecitvely on pathology.Conclusion Chest roentgenogram and unenhanced CT scan of PSH are not of remarkable characteristics,contrast-enhanced CT scan plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PSH.
4.Clinical Study of Yifumin Capsule in Treating Type 2 Diabetic Insulin Resistance

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Yifumin Capsule in treating type 2 diabetic insulin resistance and its effect on relevance indexes.Methods Two hundred and forty cases of type 2 diabetic insulin resistance with deficiency of qi-yin and stagnation of phlegm and toxin were divided randomly into two groups,120 cases in each group.The treatment group was given orally Yifumin Capsule,and the control group was given orally pioglitazone.The treatment course of the two groups was 12 weeks.Clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,CRP,ISI,FINS,HOMA-IR,liver and kidney function were detected respectively.Results Chinese medicine symptoms and signs were all improved.The total effective rate of clinical effect was 88.1% in treatment group and 52.9% in control group.The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Both groups had a notable seducement in HOMA-IR,FINS,FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TG and LDL-C with an obviously improvement in ISI after the treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significant decrease in TC and CRP with notable difference.Conclusion Yifumin Capsule can effectively improve the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetic patients.

To analyze the pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, misdiagnosis and operation of endometriosis in unusual sites,32 cases of unusual site endometriosis were analyzed. 468% was correctly diagnosed before operation,and 625% was found to have a history of operation.Good prognosis can be achieved by combined treated on the basis of discussing its pathogenesis clarifying its increasing incidence rate,and attaching importance to its malignant tendency.
6.Problems and countermeasures existing in the teaching of military medical college education by medical licensing examination

The result of medical licensing examination is an objective reflection of the quality of medical education. The average scores and pass rates of medical licensing examination of the military medical university including The Third Military Medical University, were under the national average levels, which made us find the problems, therefore, reflection on curriculum structure, teaching method, administration mode and continuing education should be integrated to the requirement of the medical licensing examination, so as to let the students meet the complex demand of the society, as well as the special requirement of military service.
7.Study on Contents Determination and Transport Rates of 18 Toxic Elements from 10 Ingredients of Modi-fied Xiaoyao Formula and Their Extracts

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 18 toxic elements from 10 ingredients of Modified xiaoyao formula and their extracts,and to study transport rates of above elements. METHODS:Microwave digestion-in-ductively coupled plasma mass (ICP-MS) was used to determine above elements. Radio-frequency power was 1.50 kW,atomiza-tion pressure was 720 kPa,sampling depth was 7 mm,plasma gas flow rate was 15.0 L/min,carrier gas flow rate was 1.00 L/min, spray chamber temperature was 2℃,He flow rate was 4.5 mL/min under collision mode,measurement points/peak was 3,data ac-quisition mode was jump mode. RESULTS:The linear ranges of As,Pb,Cu,Hg,Cd,Mo,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Zn,Ru,Rh, Pd,Os,Ir,Pt was 0-500.17 ppb(r was 0.9994-09999);LOD was 0.0004-5.3410 ng/g;RSD of repeatability tests was all lower than 5.0%;average recoveries were 82.0%-117.9%(RSD=0.2%-5.7%,n=9). Ru,Rh,Pd,Os,Ir,Pt,Hg had not been detect-ed. The transfer rates of 11 metals in the extracts ranged 1.46%-31.90%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,precise,stable and repeatable,and can be used for simultaneous determination of 18 toxic elements in 10 ingredients of Modified xiaoyao formula and their extracts. The contents of toxic elements are decreased during the preparation of Modified xiaoyao formula extract to guar-antee the safety of drug use to certain extent.
8.Impact of galectin-1 expression on LoVo cell apoptosis

Objective To observe the changes of LoVo cell growth by galectin-1.Methods Eukaryotic expression vector of galectin-1 was constructed and transfected into LoVo cells using lipofectamineRM 2000.Immunochemistry was employed to detect galectin-1 expresson.LoVo cell proliferation and apoptosis were observed.Results Galectin-1 eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1/GAL1 was successfully constructed.Three cell clones,p-GAL1-LoVo and p-LoVo,transfected with pEGFP-C1/GAL1 and pEGFP-C1 correspondingly,and LoVo were cultured successfully.Galectin-1 expression downregulated Bcl-2 level only occurring in p-GAL1-LoVo cells.p-GAL1-LoVo cell proliferation was similar to p-LoVo and LoVo cells,but p-GAL1-LoVo cell apoptosis was increased(9.61?0.56)%,as compared with p-LoVo and LoVo cells,[(3.56?0.53)% and(3.46?0.46)% respectively](P
9.Accuracy of systolic pressure variation in monitoring blood volume

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of systolic pressure variation (SPV) in monitoring blood volume in patients.Methods Twenty-two ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients (17 male,5 female),aged 49-79 yr,with body height 153-173 cm,weighing 55-89 kg,scheduled for elective coronary artery bypass grafting under cardiopulmonary bypass,were studied.Stroke volume variation (SVV) was monitored based on the arterial pressure wave and SPV measured based on the invasive arterial pressure wave after changing the title.After the chest was closed,the volume load test was immediately carried out.6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 50-80 ml/min was infused via the jugular vein until cardiac index (CI) increased by 10%.HR,mean arterial pressure (MAP),SPV,CI,SVV,stroke volume index (SVI),systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI),central venous pressure (CVP),and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) were recorded in supine position (T1),at 30° head-down tilt before skin incision (T1'),before (T2) and after opening the chest in supine position (T2'),before (T3) and after the volume load test in supine position after closing the chest (T3'),in supine position after skin closure (T4),and at 30° head-down tilt after skin closure (T4').The difference in SPV and SVV (△SPV and △SVV) was calculated.The receiver operator characteristic curve for △SVV and △ SPV in determining blood volume changes was plotted.Results MAP,CVP,PCWP,CI,and SVRI were significantly increased,while SVV and SPV were decreased at T1' compared with those at T1 (P < 0.05).HR was significantly increased,while CVP was decreased at T2' compared with those at T2 (P < 0.05).MAP,CVP,PCWP,and CI were significantly increased,while SVV and SPV were decreased at T3' compared with those at T3 (P < 0.05).MAP,CVP,and PCWP were significantly increased,while SVV and SPV were decreased at T4' compared with those at T4 (P < 0.05).The area under receive operator characteristic curve for △SVV and △SPV in determining blood volume changes was 0.603 and 0.616 respectively,and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion SPV can accurately monitor the blood volume in patients.
10.Effect of Nanometer Light Catalysis Decontamination Machine on Air Disinfection in Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine on air disinfection in the hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) chamber in the hospital.METHODS The nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine was used to disinfect the HBO chamber air at the time of thirty minutes after patients leaving the chamber when the HBO therapy was finished,then the amount of bacteria in the air was monitored before and 1,2 and 3 hours after disinfection,respectively.RESULTS After disinfection using nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine,the amount of bacteria in the chamber air decreased from 764-1989 CFU/m3 before disinfection to 31-268 CFU/m3.The mean ratio of natural bacteria dissolution was more than 80%.CONCLUSIONS Using nanometer light catalysis decontamination machine is a safe and effective method for air disinfection in the HBO chamber.
