Objective To study the relationship of apoptosis-related gene Survivin with Bcl-2,Bax protein in adenomyosis.Methods The expressions of Survivin,Bcl-2 and Bax protein were deteeted by immunohistochemical method(SP)in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis from 46 cases,and compared with that in eutopic endometrium from endometrium 30 cases without adenomyosis.Results The expression rate of Survivin protein in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis was much higher than that in normal endometrial cells.The Survivin was positively corelated to Bcl-2,negatively to Bax.Conclusion Survivin may play an important role in pathogenesis of adenomyosis.With Survivin gene,apoptosis-related gene Bcl-2 may have a synergic role and Bax have an antagonistic role in the formation and progression of adenomyosis.

Objective To investigate the features,prevention and treatment of complications of ultrasound-guided hepatic puncture biopsy.Methods One hundred and seventy-five cases underwent ultrasound-guided hepatic puncture biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of complications was 16 cases (9.1%),including 5 cases with vasovagal episodes(2.9%),4 cases with ache which needed medicine treatment (2.2%),3 cases with hemorrhage in liver capsule(1.7%),3 cases with hypoglycemia(1.7%),1 case with serve hemorrhage in abdominal cavity(0.6%).Hemorrhage limited in liver capsule,vasovagal episodes,hypoglycemia and ache were relieved with corresponding treatments.One case with hemorrhage in abdominal cavity was handled with percutaneous microwave ablation therapy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided hepatic puncture biopsy has good value and low complication.The most severe complication is hemorrhage,which can be handled with percutaneous microwave ablation therapy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.

Basic skills for use of library is the initial course of information literacy teaching system in our universi-ty. Two years have been past since its teaching reform from 2014, namely classroom teaching in combination with project practice. The connotation and model of project teaching method were thus described in this paper with stress laid on its implementation and adjustment. Project teaching method achieved excellent results in the past two years, which were highly appraised by the teaching administration departments, teachers and students whose information literacy was effectively improved.

Objective To compare the durability and cost-effectiveness of slightly acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water(SAEOW),ortho-phthalaldehyde (OPA) and glutaraldehyde (GA) in two conditions,i.e.,continuous machine cleaning and continuous manual cleaning.Methods The maximal numbers of endoscopes which were disinfected by the three disinfectants at its minimal effective concentration,as well as the corresponding costs were compared.The cost-effectiveness of three disinfectants were evaluated with revenue-incremental cost analysis.Results The number of endoscopes disinfected by ortho-phthalaldehyde was larger than that by two other disinfectants,140 ± 2 by machine wash and 226 ± 1 by hand washing;followed by glutaral disinfectant,88 ± 2 and 108 ± 2 by machine wash and hand wash,respectively;slightly acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water disinfected the least endoscopes,34 ± 2 and 39 ± 1 by machine wash and hand wash.There were significant differences among these three disinfectants (all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with GA,one more Yuan invested to OPA yielded 2.24 yuan more under the condition of machine wash and 3.14 yuan more under the condition of hand wash.Compared with GA,one Yuan invested in SAEOW produced 47.14 yuan by machine wash and 45.6 Yuan by hand wash.Conclusion Under full workload,orthophthalaldehyde shows the best durability among the three disinfectants,while slightly acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water shows the highest economic benefit.

Objective To assess regional left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE).Methods Twenty-five patients with HCM which was asymmetric septal hypertrophy,and twenty healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.The apical four-chamber view of left ventricular was acquired by RT-3DE.The left ventricular volume-time curves were analyzed quantitatively with Tomtec 4D LV-Analysis 3.0,and regional end-diastolic volume and end-systolic volume of left ventricular (rEDV,rESV),the time to minimum systolic volume (rESVT),regional stroke volume (rSV),regional ejection fraction (rEF),regional-global ejection fraction (rgEF) and the parameters of left ventricular dyssynchrony were measured.Results In the HCM group,the values of Tmsv16-Dif,Tmsv16-SD,Tmsv16-Dif％,Tmsv16-SD％ were significantly lower compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.01),and rEDV,rSV,rEF and rgEF in hypertrophic segments were lower than those in non-thickening and mild-thickening segments (P ＜0.05).In the control group,there were no significant difference of those parameters among all segments (P ＞0.05).The values of rEDV,rSV and rgEF in hypertrophic segments decreased in the HCM group (P ＜0.05),at the basal level,rEF in hypertrophic segments decreased,at the apical level,it increased,but the differences at the mid-ventricular level between the two groups were not significant;the values of rEF and rgEF in non-thickening and mild-thickening segments increased (P ＜0.05).Conclusions RT-3DE could sensitively detect left ventricular dyssynchrony and accurately assess regional left ventricular volume and function of different segments in patients with HCM.

Objective:To understand the iodine content of edible salt in residents of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (referred to as Corps), and provide scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods:According to the requirements of the "National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance Program" form 2015 to 2019, in accordance with the principle of random sampling, one regiment from each of the five directions of east, west, south, north and center in the Corps was selected, and four companies were selected from each regiment. Edible salt samples from the homes of 15 residents in each company were collected, and salt iodine content was quantitatively tested and the test results were analyzed.Results:From 2015 to 2019, 21 028 household salt samples were collected, qualified iodized salt were 20 204, non-qualified iodized salt were 712, non-iodized salt were 112, iodized salt coverage rate was 99.47% (20 916/21 028), iodized salt qualified rate was 96.60% (20 204/20 916), qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 96.08% (20 204/21 028). The average salt iodine content was (27.72 ± 4.81) mg/kg. From 2015 to 2019, the iodized salt coverage rates in the whole Corps were all > 95%, and the iodized salt qualified rates and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate were all > 90%. Among the 14 divisions of the Corps, iodized salt coverage rates were all > 95%, except for the 12th and 14th divisions, where the iodized salt qualified rates and qualified iodized salt consumption rates were < 90%, all other divisions were > 90%.Conclusions:Iodized salt coverage rate, iodized salt qualified rate and qualified iodized salt consumption rate have all reached the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders from 2015 to 2019, however, non-iodized salt exists in some areas, and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate is low. We should strengthen monitoring of iodized salt in key areas and promote health education, consolidate and maintain achievements in eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.

To analyze the fuzzy language and explore the translation methods of the fuzzy language in traditional Chinese medicine,examples are given and discussed in this essay.Based on the analysis of the problems in the application of the fuzzy theory to TCM translation,a flexible translation method like a combination of multiple translation method has been suggested in addition to appropriate translations such as transliteration,literal translation,free translation and borrowing translation,which can promote understanding the characteristics of the fuzzy language in TCM so as to further boosting the communication of TCM culture.

To evaluate the feasibility of real-time myocardial contrast echocardiography (RTMCE) by quantitative analysis of myocardial perfusion in rabbits, transthoracic RTMCE was performed in 10 healthy rabbits by using continuous infusion of SonoVue into the auricular vein. The short axis view at the papillary muscle level was obtained. The duration of the time that the contrast took to appear in right heart, left heart and myocardium was recorded. The regional myocardial signal intensity (SI) versus refilling time plots were fitted to an exponential function: y(t) =A(1-e(-beta(t-t0))) + C, where y is SI at any given time, A is the SI plateau that reflects myocardial blood volume, and beta is the slope of the refilling curve that reflects myocardial microbubble velocity. The A, beta and Axbeta values at different infusion rate of SonoVue were analyzed and the A, beta and Axbeta values in each segment in the short axis view at the papillary muscle level were compared. All the animal experiments were successful and high-quality images were obtained. The best intravenous infusion rate for SonoVue was 30 mL/h. The contrast appeared in right heart, left heart and myocardium at 7.5+/-2.2 s, 9.1+/-2.4 s and 12.2+/-1.6 s respectively. After 16.6+/-2.3s, myocardial opacification reached a steady state. The mean A, beta and Axbeta value in the short axis view at the papillary muscle level were 9.8+/-3.0 dB, 1.4+/-0.5 s(-1) and 13.5+/-3.6 dBxs(-1) respectively. A, beta and Axbeta values showed no significant differences among 6 segments. It was suggested that RTMCE was feasible for quantitative analysis of myocardial perfusion in rabbits. It provides a non-invasive method to evaluate the myocardial perfusion in rabbit disease models.

Objective. The anti-atherosclerotic effect of fluvastatin at doses insufficient to lower serum cholesterol on the catheter-induced intimal thickening and possible mechanism were investigated in abdominal aorta of rabbits. Methods. Fifty-six rabbits were randomly divided into eight groups(n = 7, each). Fluvastatin was given mixed with food at daily dose of 8mg/kg starting 5 days before catheterization, Light microscope, immunohistochemistry, transmis-sion electron microecope and RT-PCR assay were applied to assess vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC)proliferation and apoptosis, as well as oncogene expression in vascular wall. Results. At day 10 and day 15 after catheter induced denudation intima/media(I/M)thickness ratio was obviously higher, and also the percentage of PCNA-positive cells and TUNEL-positive cells in media was significantly higher compared with controls. The intimal hyperplasia was mostly composed of α-SM-actin-positive cells. In rabbits given flu-vastatin I/M ratio and the percentage of these positive cells significantly decreased compared with those without fluvas-tatin. The overexpression of proto-oncogene H-ras mRNA and decreased expression of anti-oncogene p53 mRNA were found after vascular injury, whereas fluvastatin significantly reduced H-ras mRNA and increased p53 mRNA expres-sion. Conclusion. Proliferation of VSMC in the media and the migration to the intima can be inhibited, and apoptosis of VSMC be induced by short-term use of fluvastatin after balloon catheter denudation, independent of serum lipid change. The underlying mechanism is presumably associated with the influence of fluvastatin on oncogene expression in the injured vascular wall.
