The aim of medical postgraduate education is to train innovative person with high quality. It is a good way ,that teachers with special research experiences who comes from different department teach postgraduated students,which can not only teach students theoretical knowledge but also train them to have innovative ability. Traditional teaching way should be changed,which is benefitial to bring active study of postgraduated students into full play.

AIM To investigate the patterns of potassium channel gene Kv 1 5 mRNA expression in the developing rat brain by using RNase protection assay. METHODS (1) RNA was extracted from brain tissues by one step method, (2) The preparation of DNA template, (3) Synthesis of RNA probe in vitro transcription, (4) RNA:RNA. RESULTS Kv 1 5 was absent in embryo tissue, but significantly increased at postnatal day 25 with adult rat, the mRNA expression did not show any change. CONCLUSION there is close relationship between Kv 1 5 mRNA expression is pertinent to the development and function differentiation of rat brain.

Objective To combine grey relation analysis and partial least squares regression model to establish the forecasting model of per-patient hospitalization expenses .Methods Gray relational analysis was used to filter out the main factors affecting per-patient hospitalization expenses ,and then collinearity was examined between these factors .Partial least squares regression was used to establish prediction model of per-patient hospitalization expenses ,and the prediction accuracy was proved .Results After filtered by gray relational analysis ,the order of the importance of factors affecting per-patient hospitalization expenses was the west-ern medicine fee ,traditional Chinese medicine fees ,diagnosis and treat fees ,other fees ,inspection fees ,bed fees and operation fees . The established partial least squares regression model had a higher accuracy on fitting and prediction ,with low average relative er-ror ,respectively ,-0 .000 2% and 0 .349 3% .Conclusion The gray relational analysis and partial least squares regression are suit-able for the influencing factors and prediction analysis of hospitalization costs .It provides a reference for data with the small sample size and high collinearity between the variables .

Objective To investigate the effect of PARP inhibitor 5-AIQ on PARP/NF-?B P65 complex and the NF-?B activity in murine colon carcinoma CT26 cells.Methods The murine colon carcinoma CT26 cells were treated with 5-AIQ in vitro.The expressions of PARP and NF-?B P65 were analyzed by Western Blot.The PARP/NF-?B P65 complex was analyzed by co-immunoprecipitation.The NF-?B binding activity was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA).Results Compared with 5-AIQ-untreated group,the expressions of PARP and NF-?B P65 were markedly decreased in 5-AIQ-treated colon carcinoma CT26 cell groups(P

A well Web-based teaching supplementary system is beneficial for saving teaching resources,arousing students’enthusiasm for study.but there is no the emotion exchange between teachers and students which exists in traditional class.Web-based supplementary teaching is an important supplementary method for medical morphology courses,but it can not replace the traditional teaching method.Combining them each other is needed for raising teaching quality.

[Objective]The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of severe aortic valve incompetence on the pharmacodynamics of cisatracurium.[Methods]Thirty patients were enrolled in this study:15 patients with severe aortic valve incompetence scheduled for aortic valve replacement were included in the study group(AI-group)and 15 patients without heart disease undergoing general surgical operations were allocated into the control group(C-group).Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl 5 μg/kg.propofol 1.5～2 mg/kg and cisatracurium 0.1 mg/kg and maintained by total intravenous anesthesia with propofol-remifentanil infusion.Degree of neuromuscular block was measured by train-of-four ratio using TOF-WATCH acceleragraph monitor.Onset time(from administration of cisatracurium to T1=0),total twitch suppression time,the time for spontaneous recovery of T1 to 25%and 75%.and the recovery index were recorded respectively.[Results]The onset time of cisatracurium was significantly longer in the AI group compared to the control group(5.6±0.8 min vs 3.4 ±0.4 min.P＜0.001.However.there was no difference in the recovery time between the two groups.[Conclusion]We demonstrated that the onset of cisatracurium was delayed in the patients with severe aortic regurgitation in comparison to those without heart disease.

Objective To explore the effects of poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) gene silencing on colon carcinoma lovo cells matrix adhesion,migration and invasion.Methods Lentivirus PARG-shRNA was transfected into colon carcinoma lovo cells and the lovo cell strain with PARG gene silencing perpetually was selected.Western blot was used to test the expression of PARG,poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) and NF-κB.The lovo cell matrix adhesion,migration and invasion potencies were observed by cell matrix adhesion,migration and invasion assay.Results The expression of PARP and NF-κB in experiment groups was weaker than that in the control groups (P＜0.05).PARG gene silencing of lovo cells decreased the cell matrix adhesion,migration and invasion potencies.The inhibitory rates of lovo cell matrix adhesion,migration and invasion were 25.22%,38.71%,35.29% respectively.Conclusion PARG gene silencing of lovo cells could inhibite cell matrix adhesion,migration and invasion potencies,which may relate to that PARG gene silencing and decreasing the activity of PARP and NF-κB.PARG probably plays an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of tumor.
