Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of low-dose thyroid hormone treatment and the change in levels of thyroid hormone in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods: 92 children with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into thyroxine treatment group and control group, with 46 children in each group. All patients received conventional treatment, the treatment group served with additional Levothyroxine of 25 ~ 50?g/d. At least 1 month follow-up was taken to compare the clinical efficacy, RIA detection level of thyroxine. Results: In control group ,urinary protein, urine occult blood, Hb and albumin showed no changes at 1w-4w after therapy, and the treatment group also showed this trend. There were no difference between two groups. However, 1 week after treatment, SCr and BUN began to decline, till 4th week(P
2.Correlation analysis of nasal septum deviation with sinusitis using spiral
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(3):432-434
Objective To investigate the relationship of the occurrence of sinusitis with nasal septum devia-tion.Methods 102 patients with nasal septum deviation confirmed by spiral CT and sinus endoscopy were included. The coronal CT images of all cases were observed. The incidence of sinusitis in different type of nasal septum deviation was calculated and the correlation between sinusitis with nasal septum deviation was analyzed. Results Among 102 patients with nasal septum deviation, deviated septum at high position in 71 cases, deviated septum beyond high position in 31 cases.Sinusitis was detected in 67 cases, accounted for 65.6%,of which unilateral involving in 38 cases, bilateral involving in 29 cases.Main lesions in the nasal septum deviation concave side in 46 cases (68.7%),in nasal septum convex side in 12 cases (17.9%).Conclusion Deviated septum is an important factor in onset.Upper septum deviation and deviated concave side more likely arise sinusitis.

International Journal of Surgery 2017;44(7):498-502
As hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis have chronic progressive process, the assessment of fibrosis is of great significance for making appropriate treatment. It is divided into two categories, which includes invasive and noninvasive assessing methods. As a noninvasive method, magnetic resonance shows prospect in many aspects. This article is a review of magnetic resonance imaging in the assessment of hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.

Objective To analyze the examination results of external quality assessment(EQA),at all levels of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) net work laboratories in Ningxia from 2002 to 2012,and to provide a reliable laboratory quality assurance for surveillance and control of IDD.Methods The data of IDD network laboratories at Ningxia provincial, municipal and county levels from 2002 to 2012 were collected and analyzed. Results Both of the response rate and qualification rate of salt iodine and urinary iodine laboratories at the provincial level were 100% in the past 11 years. The response rate and qualification rate of salt iodine laboratories at municipal level were also 100% ; the response rate of urinary iodine was 100% since 2005,and the qualification rate had been 100% for six years since 2007.The response rate of salt iodine at county level had been 100% since 2004,and the qualification rate had been 100% for four years since 2009.Conclusions IDD network laboratory in Ningxia Province runs good, and the quality control measures are solid and effective.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance on power spectra assay of heart rate (HRPSA) to cardiovascular autonomic nervous system function in patients with interictal epilepsy. Methods HRPSA of 48 patients with epilepsy and 31 healthy controls were assessed in the study. their heart rate variability(HRV) was analysed. Results HRV was significantly reduced in patients with interictal epilepsy, especially in the patients received carbamazepine treatment. Conclusion The cardiovascular autonomic nervous system function exists disturbance in patients with interictal epilepsy, especially in the patients received carbamazepine treatment.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(3):233-239
Objective Galangin is a natural flavonoid with antineoplastic activity .SIRT1 is an important member of Sirtuin family which parcitipate in many physiological process .The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of SIRT 1 on HepG2 cell apop-tosis induced by galangin . Methods HepG2 cells were pre-treated with SIRT1 inhibitor EX-527 for 2 hours, and then galangin for 24 hours.DMSO solvent control group, EX-527 treatment group, galangin treatment group and EX-527 and galangin co-treatment group were established.Hoechst 33342 staining, flow cytometry and western blot were performed to detect the apoptosis of HepG2 cells. After regu-lating the expression of SIRT1 in HepG2 cells with RNA interference and transfection of exogenous genes , these cells were treated with ga-langin for 24 hours.Negative control group , vector control group , SIRT1 knock down group , blank control group , blank vector group ,and SIRT1 upregulation group were established .Western blot and Flow cytometry were performed to detect the apoptosis of HepG 2 cells. Results The apoptosis rate and the gray level ratio of shear band of PARP 1 and GAPDH that of galangin group [(11.62± 0.55) %, 0.89±0.01]and EX-527+galangin group[(25.75±0.61) %, 1.15±0.06] were all increased(P<0.01),when these were compared with DMSO solvent control group [(2.49±0.22) %, 0.06±0.00];and those in EX-527+galangin group were also markedly increased compared with galangin group (P<0.01).The result of western bolt was that the gray level ratio of PARP 1 and GAPDH of SIRT1 knocked down group(0.06±0.01) was markedly decreased compared with vector control group (1.11±0.05)and without adenovi-rus infection group (1.10±0.04)(P<0.01).The apoptosis rate and the gray level ratio of shear band of PARP 1 and GAPDH that of SIRT1 knocked down group were markedly increased compared with vector control group and without adenovirus infection group ( P<0.01).The gray level ratio of PARP1 and GAPDH of SIRT1 up-regulated group (1.63±0.04) was markedly increased compared with blank control group (0.89±0.02) and without plasmid transfection group (0.87±0.03) (P<0.01).The apoptosis rate and the gray lev-el ratio of shear band of PARP 1 and GAPDH that of SIRT1 up-regulated group were markedly decreased compared with blank control group and without plasmid transfection group (P<0.01). Conclusion SIRT1 inhibited galangin-induced apoptosis in HepG2 cells.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2003;0(05):-
Purpose This study examined the effect of pre-exercise low and high glycemic index (GI) carbohydrate (CHO) meals on running performance. Methods Eight endurance-trained male runners completed two trials that were separated by at least seven days in a counterbalanced design. Two hours before the run and after an overnight fast, each subject consumed an isocaloric meal containing either low (GI = 37, LGI) or high (GI = 77, HGI) GI CHO foods that provided 1.5 g CHO(kg -1 body mass in random order. Each trial consisted of a 21km performance run on a level treadmill. The subjects were required to run at 70% VO 2max during the first 5km of the run. They then completed the remaining 16km as fast as possible. Results All of the subjects achieved a faster performance time after the consumption of the LGI meal (LGI vs HGI: 98 7? 2 min vs 101 5?2 min, P

Objective To investigate the role of klotho protein in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Methods We collected blood samples of 104 patients with hypertension and 61 people without hypertension admitted to our hospital between March and June 2009. Klotho protein and nitric oxide (NO) in blood serum were detected by ELISA and nitro-reductase methods. Results Klotho protein absorbance and NO were lower in hypertension group than in non-hypertension group (P
