18F-2-fluro-D-deoxy-glucose (18F-FDG) is used by positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) examination as an imaging agent,by observing the uptake of the agent of the lesion to determine its metabolism,and make a diagnosis.It can provide anatomical and functional at the same time,not only qualitative but also position and can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Currently PET/CT has been widely used in the clinical aspects of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,prognostic assessment and so on.The property of pleural effusion is important to the treatment and prognosis of the disease.

This paper summarizes the main content, application effect, application characteristics and limitations of the colostomy complication assessment tool, analyzes the problems of the existing assessment tools, and proposes practical solutions, so as to provide a reference for the evaluation and management of colostomy complications.

Objective:To construct a nursing evaluation system for patients with enterostomy to provide a basis for formulating individualized nursing programs for patients with enterostomy.Methods:From November 2020 to June 2021, based on the conceptual framework of health-related quality of life proposed by the World Health Organization and the cross-cultural nursing theory as theoretical guidance, the first draft plan was formed through the extraction of evidence-based evidence and the results of qualitative interviews. Using the purposeful sampling method, 20 medical and nursing experts in enterostomy-related fields were selected to carry out Delphi expert letter inquiries, the first draft plan was revised, and a nursing evaluation system for colostomy patients was established.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires was 100.00%. Expert authority coefficients were both 0.89. Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.23 and 0.32, respectively ( P<0.01) . Finally, a nursing evaluation system for enterostomy patients was formed, including 4 first-level indexes, 22 second-level indexes and 102 third-level indexes. Conclusions:The framework of the nursing evaluation system for patients with enterostomy is complete, the construction process is scientific and reliable, and it has guiding value for the overall nursing evaluation of patients with enterostomy.

With the acceleration of aging and the changes of people's lifestyle and environment， the incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases （chronic diseases） in China is increasing， which has become a major public health problem. The number of sub-health people is even more and rising. The thought of treating disease before its onset emphasizes taking precautions against disease and preventing change after disease onset， which is one of the core contents of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory. According to the theory of TCM， health as a dynamic balance of yin and yang and diseases can be prevented and treated by maintaining this balance. The "state adjustment" strategy suggests to treat diseases by adjusting the state of exuberance or decline based on recognizing and distinguishing "state"， which has important guiding significance for developing and evaluating the healthcare food produced with Chinese medicinal materials. Healthcare food plays a vital role in health promotion， chronic disease prevention， and quality of life improvement. At present， the healthcare food produced with Chinese medicinal materials in China generally lacks TCM guidance and fails to fully reflect the advantages of TCM. In this study， the development strategy， functional claims， evaluation methods， and existing problems of healthcare food were discussed. Furthermore， with diabetes as an example， the "state adjustment" strategy was introduced into product development and evaluation to provide ideas for promoting the rapid growth of healthcare food with TCM characteristics.

【Objective】 To explore the quantitative value of key points for ABO blood group initial screening in fixed blood donation sites, so as to provide reference for standardized testing process of sliding method. 【Methods】 Several groups of experiments were carried out to illustrate the optimal conditions, including the serum dosage of monoclonal reagent, red blood cell dosage of blood sample, and reaction time in ABO blood group initial screening, by sliding method, and the quantitative value of key points of sliding method was preliminarily determined. Blood typing tests of 310 blood donor samples including type A, B, O, AB, subtype A and subtype AB were conducted to evaluate the effects of quantitative value of key points in the initial screening procedure. The test tube method would be conducted if the results are inconsistent with the fully automated blood grouping analyzer. The ABO subtypes suspected are identified by serological and molecular biological methods. 【Results】 The quantitative value of key points in initial screening procedure of sliding methods was as follows: 2 drops of reagent serum, 5-10 μL of whole blood and 3 minutes of reaction time. The concordance rate of ABO blood type screening comparison experiment in 310 blood donors was 100%. 【Conclusion】 ABO blood group initial screening by sliding method with quantitative value can effectively standardize the pre-donation blood type screening in fixed blood donation sites, and can meet the requirements of ABO blood group initial screening.
