Forty-three cases of malignant tumors with metastases to serous cavites were treated by interventional chemotherapy under ultrasound guidance and monitoring. 43 cases (83 injections) were all successfully operated and followed up. After peritoneoclysis, besides the common side effects of chemotherapyie nausea and vomiting, 3. 8% of the patients had abdominal pain and 75. 5% had abdominal distention. No complication of hemorrhage, infection, drug leakage or organ injury oceurred. It is suggested the method is safe easily to be used especially for the intracavitary chemotherapy of malignaant tumors and deserves to be widely employed.

Objective To investigate the association of serum adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) with endothelial damages in metabolic syndrome (MS) patients. Methods One-hundred and five patients diagnosed as MS were recruited as cases and 37 subjects without characteristics of MS were recruited as controls. The cases were divided into two groups according to the level of serum von Willebrand factor (vWF) :normal endo-thelial functional MS group (57 patients) and abnormal endothelial functional MS group (48 patients). Serum adi-ponectin concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immanosorbont assay (ELISA). Serum TNF-α concentration was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The concentration of serum adiponectin in normal subjects (10.5 mg/L [SD:3.2]) was significantly higher than both that of normal endothelial functional MS group (7.9 mg/L [SD :2.2]) and abnormal endothelial functional MS group (6.5 μg/L [SD :2.5]) (P < 0.05). The concen-tration of serum TNF-α in normal subjects(0.17 μg/L [SD :0.04]) were significantly lower than that of normal en-dothelial functional MS group (0.19 μg/L [SD:0.05]) and abnormal endothelial functional MS group (0.23 ng/mi [SD: 0.06]) (P< 0.05). The level of serum adiponectin were negatively correlated with TNF-α(r=- 0.555, P < 0.01). Logistic regression analysis results showed that high level of TNF-α was a risk factor of endo-thelial damages (OR = 20.649, P = 0.035), whereas high level of serum adiponectin protected against endothelial damages (OR = 0.340,P=0.006). Conclusions Low level of serum adiponectin and high level of serum TNF-α may correlate with endothelial damages in MS patients.

18F-2-fluro-D-deoxy-glucose (18F-FDG) is used by positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) examination as an imaging agent,by observing the uptake of the agent of the lesion to determine its metabolism,and make a diagnosis.It can provide anatomical and functional at the same time,not only qualitative but also position and can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Currently PET/CT has been widely used in the clinical aspects of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,prognostic assessment and so on.The property of pleural effusion is important to the treatment and prognosis of the disease.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of fast blood glucose meter in the emergency test of blood glu‐cose .Methods 186 critical patients in or hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected for conducting the clinical re‐search .The average blood sugar was detected in all the research subjects by using the fast blood glucose meter and the fully auto‐matic biochemical analyzer .Results The consistency rate of detection results by the two kinds of detection method reached 22 .04% ,the difference of data was relatively small .In addition ,the detection time for the fast blood glucose meter was significantly shorter than that of the fully automatic biochemical analyzer ,the difference showed the statistical significance (P< 0 .05) .Conclu‐sion The detection results of the fast blood glucose meter have no too large difference with those of fully automatic biochemical an‐alyzer and have the same guidance significance to the diagnosis and treatment .The fast blood glucose meter has the advantages of quickness and convenience ,short time‐consuming and can be used in emergency .

Objective To investigate the influence of intravenous infusion by double-lumen peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)on continuous dynamic central venous pressure(CVP)monitoring.Methods In the patient undergoing the double-lemon PICC,continuous dynamic CVP monitoring was performed by a lumen and the intravenous infusion was conducted by another lu-men.Whether the simultaneous venous infusion affecting the values of continuous dynamic CVP monitoring was observed.Results Intravenous infusion through double-lumen PICC had no influence on simultaneously continuous dynamic CVP monitoring (P>0.05),which could influence the values of CVP monitoring when simultaneously using the intravenous infusion pump(P<0.05). The speed of pumping fluid had no influence in a shout time(10 min),with significant difference(P>0.05).The CVP values could recovered to the status before infusion when continuously infusing after stopping using the infusion pump.Compared with before in-fusion,the CVP values after stopping intravenous infusion had no obvious change(P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion by double-lumen PICC has no influence on continuous dynamic CVP monitoring.But simultaneously adding infusion pump has certain influence on the CVP monitoring values.

Objective To investigate the clinic-pathological significance of von Willebrand factor (vWF) and P-selectin expression in patients with lupus nephritis (LN).Methods Biopsy specimens from 71patients with LN whose disease course ranged from 2 months to 10 years were examined and scored according to a standardized method.SLE activity was evaluated by the SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) and the British Isles Lupus Assessment Group index.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of vWF and P-selectin in the renal tissue of LN patients and 10 normal controls.Of all the patients,7 had World Health Organization type Ⅱ,10 had type Ⅲ and 36 had WHO type Ⅳ,18 had type Ⅴ lupus nephritis.At the same time,the 24-h urine protein (UP) excretion level,the serum creatinine,the serum C3,C4,album level,antinuclear antibody (ANA),anti-double stranded DNA and disease activity scores of all patients were detected.The relationship of their expressions with the clinicopathological parameters of lupus nephritis was analyzed.ANOVA,Nemenyi test and Pearson's analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results Compared with the control group,the in situ expressions of vWF and P-selectin in the lupus nephritis patients were significantly higher.Among these patients,renal expressions of vWF were higher in type Ⅳ (0.30±0.10) than those with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ (0.12±0.05,0.22±0.14)(x2=9.273,x2=8.712,P＜0.05),while the expressions of P-selectin were higher in type Ⅳ and Ⅴ (0.29±0.05,0.36.±0.10)than those in type Ⅱ and Ⅲ (0.27±0.09,0.29±0.05 )(P＜0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that vWF was correlated significantly with AI and 24-h UP (r=0.403,0.332,P＜0.05 ),while P-selectin was correlated significantly with the scores of activity index (AI),24-h UP excretion rate and SLEDAI (r=0.283,0.453,0.297,P＜0.05 ).The expression of vWF was also closely related to P-selectin expressions (r=0.371,P=0.001).Conclusion These results indicate that vWF and P-selectin play a critical role in the pathogenesis of LN.The detection of these two factors will provide a valuable clinical reference for renal damage.These information provide valuable clues for making better treatment regimen plan and achieving more favorable prognosis.

Objective Though measuring the expression levels of blood aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and cytochrome P-450 1A1 (CYP1A1),to explore the relationship between the expression levels and chronic arsenic poisoning induced skin changes.Methods Totally 233 residents were selected in Hanggin Rear Banner arsenic exposure area of Bayannur City,according to water arsenic concentrations,these people were divided into control (＜ 10 μg/L,55 people),low (10-＜ 100 μg/L,47),medium (100-＜ 200 μg/L,45) and high (≥200 pg/L,86) arsenic exposure groups.Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression levels of blood AhR and CYP1A1 mRNA,which were presented in median and quartile [M (Q1-Q3)],and the relationships between their expression levels and keratosis,depigmentation of skin were analyzed.Results The relative expression levels of AhR and CYP1A1 mRNA in high-dose groups were 3.18 × 10-3 (2.42 × 10-3-4.45 × 10-3) and 1.58 × 10-3 (0.80 ×10-3-2.73 × 10-3),which were higher than those in control groups [2.30 × 10-3 (1.53 × 10-3-3.20 × 10-3) and 1.00 × 10-3 (0.59 × 10-3-2.09 × 10-3)],and the difference were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with control group,the detectable rates of arsenic poisoning,keratosis and depigmentation of skin were higher,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =20.187,15.848,21.595,all P ＜ 0.05).The detectable rates of arsenic poisoning,keratosis and depigmentation of skin were increased with increase of water arsenic concentrations (x2 =19.012,15.269,16.868,all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with normal [2.54 × 10-3 (1.79 × 10-3-3.43 × 10-3),2.57 × 10-3 (1.78 × 10-3-3.52 × 10-3)],AhR mRNA relative expression levels [4.45 × 10-3 (3.47 × 10-3-8.04 × 10-3),4.45 × 10-3 (4.02 × 10-3-6.25 × 10-3)] of degree Ⅲ keratosis and depigmentation of skin were increased,and the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Chronic arsenic exposure affects the expression level of AhR and CYP1A1 mRNA.Blood AhR mRNA expression may have relationship with endemic arsenic poisoning induced skin change,but blood CYP1A1 mRNA expression may have nothing to do with endemic arsenic poisoning induced skin change.

Objective: To adjust the distance between SD sequence and ATG in the same expressive plasmid pLX1 to enhance expression of heterologous bFGF gene in E. coli. Methods: Adjusting the different distance between SD sequence and ATG by Klenow and Mung Bean Nuclease. SDS PAGE and Western blot showed the expressed protein bFGF in E.coli. bFGF proteins were purified by HPHIC, HPGFC and HAC. Biological activity was examined by MTT. Results: Recombinant plasmids pLX2, pLX3 were obtained and the expressive levels were 8.03%, 9.9% respectively. Also the purified bFGF was obtained by HPHIC, HPGFC, HAC and its ED 50 was 2.29 ng/ml. Conclusion: Increasing the bFGF gene dosage by adjusting the distance between SD sequence and ATG could increase the expression level of a desired protein.
