To explore advances in diagnosis and treatment of neonatal diffuse intravascular coagula-tion.Of the present situation of progress in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal diffuse intravascular co-agulation were analysis and discussion,and summary of the performance.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of neonatal diffuse intravascular coagulation,has made the progress many,but there are still many problems to be solved.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect ofXuebijing injection combined with routine western medicine therapy in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage.Methods A total of 114 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method, 57 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment (maleic acid enalapril and amlodipine and atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium), and the treatment group were givenXuebijing injection based on the conventional treatment. The two groups were treated for 6 months. The changes of blood pressure, renal function and serum inflammatory cytokine levels were evaluated.Results After treatment, the mean value of 24 h systolic blood pressure, mean value of 24 h diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure variability and diastolic blood pressure variability in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (2 months after treatment:t values were 5.256, 5.595, 5.265, 2.564,P<0.05; 6 months after treatment:t values were 6.251, 5.267, 4.466, 5.264,P<0.05); the urinary mAlb, beta 2-MG, and urine albumin to creatinine ratio in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (2 months after treatment:t value were 5.566, 5.282, 2.862,P<0.05; 6 months after treatment:t value were 5.263, 6.565, 3.642,P<0.05);two plasma D-dimer, IL-6, TNF-α and fibrinogen levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (2 months after treatment:t value were 3.565, 5.652, 3.985, 5.251,P<0.05; 6 months after treatment:t value were 5.268, 4.836, 3.622, 4.265,P<0.05).ConclusionsXuebijing injection combined with routine western medicine therapy on hypertensive renal damage may have protective effect, and its curative effect was superior to simple maleic acid enalapril and amlodipine and atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium therapy.

Objective To detect the effect ofXuebijing injection on the serum soluble CD40 ligand (soluble CD40 ligand, sCD40L), lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (lipoprotein-phospholipase A2, Lp-PLA2) of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods A total of 120 patients with ACS were randomized divided into the control group and treatment group, 60 in each group.The control group received the routine treatment of Western medicine, and the treatment group receivedXuebijing injectionbased on the intervention of control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. ELISA method was used to detect serum sCD40L, Lp-PLA and IL-6, TNF-α and CRP.Results After treatment, the serum sCD40L(320.62 ± 35.81 pg/Lvs. 401.70 ± 4.84 pg/L, t=10.435), Lp-PLA2 (203.62 ± 33.13μg/L vs. 296.45 ± 4.422μg/L,t=12.831) level was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01); The serum CRP (3.10 ± 2.00 mg/Lvs.4.74 ± 2.04 mg/L,t=4.006), IL-6 (2.10 ± 1.20 pg/Lvs.3.14 ± 1.40 pg/L,t=3.781), TNF (2.81 ± 1.50 pg/Lvs. 3.70 ± 1.70 pg/L,t=3.075) level was significantly lower than thosein the control group (P<0.01 orP<0.05). Compared with the control group, the effect rate (68.3%vs. 50.0%,χ2=4.174) of the treatment group was significantly higher (P=0.041).ConclusionXuebijing injection can improve the therapeutic effectof ACS patients, and reduce CD40L, Lp-PLA2 levels.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of health and safety management in elderly patients receiving gastroenteroscopy under sedation.Methods:From February 2018 to November 2019, 126 elderly patients admitted to the cadre medicine and gerontology department of our hospital to undergo gastroenteroscopy under sedation were included as research subjects.According to the digital random number method, they were divided into the control group and the test group(n=63, each group). The control group was given routine management, while the test group was given routine management plus health and safety management.Clinical effects and safety were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in scores of the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)between the two groups before intervention.After intervention, the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower in the test group than in the control group[(39.2±3.1)scores vs.(48.6±2.1)scores, (40.1±4.1)scores vs.(52.6±5.5)scores, t=19.926 and 14.463, both P=0.000]. The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the test group than in the control group(7.94% or 5/63 vs.19.05% or 12/65, χ2=14.209, P=0.002). The differences between maximum and minimum values of heart rate(HR), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), respiratory rate(RR)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)were lower in the test group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The length of the procedure was shorter and the anesthetic dose was lower in the test group than in the control group(9.11±2.56 min vs.13.56±3.05 min, 15.35±2.66 ml vs.21.67±6.15 ml, t=8.870 and 7.486, both P=0.000). Patient satisfaction was higher in the test group than in the control group( χ2=16.383, P=0.014). Conclusions:Health and safety management can improve emotional health, stabilize vital signs and enhance satisfaction in elderly patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy under sedation.

Objective To study the effect of restraint and watered stress of different durations on the gastric empting in rats. Methods 48 male SD rats (weight ±150 g) were divided randomly into 6 groups with 8 in each. The experimental rats were restrained and watered in 23℃ water box for 1 h/d, while the controls were free. The body weight, general conditions and behavioral indexes of the rats were observed and recorded. The gastric empting rate was measured in rats with semi-solid diet after 3 d,7 d and 28 d during the statistically significant differences among different groups of different stress groups,and between the 3 d test group and 3 d control group. The gastric empting rate was higer in the 7-day test than in 7 d controlled group, lower in the 28 d test group than 28 d control group. Conclusion Different chronic stress can cause changes of gastric empting rate. With the prolonging of stress time, the empting rate is rising and then decending.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy in family environment and mental health.Methods Using family environment scale (FES),general self-efficacy scale (GSES)and mental health scale (MHT)to investigate 360 junior high school students in a middle school by cluster random sampling.Results (1)There was a negative correlation between the family environment intimacy(6.60 ±2.12) and total score of knowledge (3.98±l.85)and mental health(44.56±12.93)(r=-0.170,P＜0.01;r =-0.116,P＜0.05),and a positively correlation on contradictions between the family environment(3.55±2.21) and mental health (44.56± 12.93) (r=0.183,P＜0.05).There was a positively correlation among family environment intimacy(6.60±2.12),the knowledge(3.98± 1.85) and general self-efficacy(2.51 ±0.50) (r =0.148,P＜0.05;r=0.222,P＜0.05).There was a negative correlation between general self-efficacy(2.51± 0.50) and mental health (44.56± 12.93) (r=-0.275,P＜0.05).(2)In the relationship between intimacy and mental health in the family environment,the general self efficacy played partial of intermediary effect,and the mediating effect was 30.83％.In the relationship between family environment and mental health,general self efficacy played intermediary effect.Conclusion The general self efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between family environment intimacy and knowledge and mental health.

Objective To investigate the role of resilience on cognitive function in older adults.MethodsBy random sampling,a total of 321 older adults participated the present study and were investigated by Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Mini Mental State Examination and self-designed general questionnaire.ResultsThe score of resilience in older adults (82.75±15.13) was significantly higher than that of Chinese community people (65.40±13.90) (t=20.68,P<0.01).Older adults with poor resilience performed significantly lower on all dimensions of cognitive abilities than the other two groups (middle & higher resilience group) (all P<0.05).With both age and educational level controlled,tenacity and strength were of positive prediction for the cognitive abilities of older adults (β=0.25,0.17,P<0.05).ConclusionThere is a close relationship between resilience and cognitive function of older adults.The training of tenacity,strength and optimism will help delay the decline of cognitive function.

Objective To investigate the association of serum interleukin-8 (IL-8) and myocardial enzyme levels in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Serum IL-8 contents were measured by the radioimmunity method and serum myocardial enzyme contents were measured by the Olympus AU640 in 60 children with bronchopneumonia (mild 30 cases and severe 30 cases) as well as in 30 controls.Results Serum IL-8 contents were significantly higher in children with severe bronchopneumonia and mild bronchopneumonia than those in controls [( 2.54 ± 0.65),( 1.28 ± 0.53) μ g/L vs.(0.43 ± 0.08) μ g/L] (P ＜0.01),and serum myocardial enzyme contents (α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase,creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase) were significantly higher in children with severe bronchopneumonia and mild bronchopneumonia than those in controls (P＜0.01).Conclusions IL-8 and myocardial enzyme may play a role in children with bronchopneumonia.Determination of serum IL-8 and myocardial enzyme levels might have important prognostic values in children with bronchopneumonia.
