Objective To discuss the clinical significance of changes of coagulation,fibrinolytic function and platelet parameters before and after chemotherapy in lung cancer patients.Methods Sixty-five cases patients with lung cancer were selected as research object and 65 health persons were selected as the control group.The prothrombin time (PT),thrombin time (TT),activated partial clotting enzyme live time (APTT),fibrinogen (FIB),D-dimer (D-D),the original plasma protein C (PC),fibrinolytic enzyme activator inhibitor-Ⅰ (PAI-Ⅰ),the platelet count (PLT),platelet deposited (PCT),platelet distribution width (PDW) and mean platelet volume(MPV) of the control group,lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy were tested and compared.Results The levels of PT,TT,APTT,PC,FIB,D-D,PAI-T,PLT,PCT,MPV and PDW of the control group,lung cancer group of before and after chemotherapy were (11.24±0.36) s,(11.56±0.64) sand (10.42±0.64) s,(13.52±1.23) s,(13.56±1.04) sand (12.43±1.26) s,(29.74±2.53) s,(30.05 ± ±2.31) sand (28.53±2.25) s,(4.52±0.52) mg/L,(3.67±0.42) mg/L and (3.25±0.35) mg/L,(3.24±0.53) g/L,(4.26±0.63) g/L and (3.72± 0.25) g/L,(143.53± 34.73) μg/L,(745.63 ± 253.543) μg/L and (435.67±164.73) μg/L,(26.53±7.35) μg/L,(46.63±12.65) μg/L and (85.67±32.63) μg/L,(221.74± ± 53.62) × 109/L,(284.24± 58.25) × 109/L and (204.73 ± 47.1) × 109/L,(0.22 ± 0.06) ％,(0.26 ± 0.12) ％ and (0.21±0.04)％,(10.03±0.64)fl,(10.64±1.052) fl and (9.64±0.84) fl,(15.59±1.53) fl,(16.15±2.53) fland (15.22±2.18) fl respectively.There were no statistically significant difference about PT,TT,APTT and PDW between lung cancer group of before chemotherapy and control group (t =-0.773,-0.142,-0.241 and-0.844;P＞0.05).The PC level of lung cancer group of before chemotherapy was obviously lowerthan that of control group(t=5.354,P＜0.05),and levels of FIB,D-D,PAI-T,PLT,PCT and MPV obviouslyhigher than that of control group(t=-4.246,-7.563,-6.533,-5.243,-4.956 and-5.354;P＜0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of PT,TI,APTI,FIB,PC,D-D,PLT,PCT and MPV of lung cancer group decreased obviously while the level of PAI-T was obviously increased,the differences were statistically significant (t =4.366,5.104,4.963,5.453,6.452,7.343,5.452,6.043,5.452 and-5.934;P＜0.05).Conclusion The coagulation,fibrinolytic function and platelet of patients with lung cancer and platelet function obvious anomalies and show a high condensation and secondary fibrinolytic state of hyperthyroidism.Chemotherapy can increase the disfunction of coagulation.

Objective To investigate the effect of argatroban on C-reactive protein (CRP) and therapeutic efficacy in patients of malignant tumor complicated by acute lower limbs deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods 56 patients of malignant tumor complicated by acute lower limbs DVT were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group (n =28),argatroban was given intravenously as anticoagulation.Urokinase as thrombolysis and warfarin as anticoagulation were used in the control group (n =28).The concentrations of serum CRP were detected before treatment and on the 14th day of post-treatment in observation group and control group.Recanalization and therapeutic effect of DVT were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences in the serum CRP concentrations between observation group and control group [(46.44±28.82) mg/L vs (45.96±29.40) rmg/L,F =0.004,P =0.951].On the 14th day of post-treatment,the CRP concentrations in observation group and control group were lower than those of pretreatment (F =25.996,P ＜ 0.05,F =4.828,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the 14th day of post-treatment,the CRP concentration of observation group was lower than that of control group [(16.97±10.22) mg/L vs (31.63± 18.07) mg/L,F =13.965,P ＜ 0.01].Recanalization rate of observation group on the 14th day of post-treatment (96.43 ％,27/28) was higher than that in control group (67.86 ％,19/28) (x2 =8.204,P =0.017).Therapeutic effect rate of observation group on the 14th day of post-treatment (96.43 ％,27/28) was higher than that in control group (75.00 ％,21/28) (x2 =6.205,P =0.045).Conclusion Argatroban can decrease serum level of CRP in patient of malignant tumor complicated by acute lower limbs DVT,which is favorable for improvement of clinical effectiveness.

Objective To observe the effect of Fuzhenghunao capsule on NE of the locus ceruleus and myocardial tissues in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 72 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham,model,Fuzhenghunao and Angongniuhuang. The content of NE were tested by the high performance liquid phase-electrochemical method at 6 h,24 h and 72 h of post-operation. Result NE was obviously increased in sham group,and decreased in two treatment groups. Conclusion Fuzhenghunao capsule could be used to inhibit the activation of locus ceruleus noradrenalin system and protect myocardial tissues by regulating NE content.

Phthalate esters widely exist in the environment. It has been demonstrated that they are harmful to human bodies. Phthalate mono-esters are the first metabolite of phthalate esters. In general,biotransformation or metabolism of xenobiotics most frequently result in detoxification of the chemical and facilitates excretion from the body. However,this may not be the case for phthalates. In the present paper,metabolism of phthalate esters and the toxicity of the phthalate mono-esters were reviewed,not only the effect of their mutagenesis,teratogenesis and carcinogenesis,but also their toxicity on reproduction,development,hormones,nuclear receptor,inflammation and obesity were included.

Objective To explore application value of 16 detecter spiral CT angiography for dissecting aneurysm of aorta .Meth-ods Retrospectively analyzed 9 cases of patients with the dissection of superior mesenteric artery in admission from January 2010 to December 2012 ,the cases were diagnosized by 16 detecter spiral CT angiography for dissecting aneurysm of aorta .post-process-ing techniques such as maximum density projection ,multi-plane reorganization and curved surface reconstruction and volume were used analyzed and diagnosized .Results These pathological changes such as superior mesenteric artery sandwich of true ,false cavity and inner diaphragm ,broken mouth position ,sandwich cumulative range and whether merger thrombus ,branch vascular involve-ment could be displayed by 16 detector CT vascular imaging and post-processing technology .Conclusion 16 layer detector CT ima-ging and post-processing techniques of blood vessels could clearly show the mesenteric artery sandwich ,which might be play an im-portant role for timely and accurate diagnosis .

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for analyzing the volatile oil of high-yield and high-oil Curcuma kwangsiensis, and to provide reference for its breeding. METHODS:GC-MS was performed on the column of HP-5MS quartz elastic capillary column,carrier gas was high purity helium(99.999%),flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,inlet temperature was 250 ℃,the initial tem-perature of column was 50 ℃(temperature programmed),split injection with split ratio of 10:1. Mass spectrometry conditions:ionization mode was the electron impact ion source,ionization energy was 70 eV,the ion source temperature was 230 ℃,the quadrupole temperature was 150 ℃, transmission line temperature was 280 ℃,the electron multiplier voltage was 1588 V,and mass scanning range was m/z 45 to 500. High-yield and high-oil germplasm of were screened from 100 different germplasms,the volatile oil composition of single plant and relative percentage contents of each composition were compared,SPSS 22.0 software was used for cluster analysis. RESULTS:Totally 10 high-yield and high-oil germplasm were screened,54 kinds of compounds were identified,the common compositions of 10 different germplasms were camphor,1-caryophyllene,γ-elemene,curcumene, gemma ketone and new curdione,most germplasms contained borneol,isoborneol,δ-elemene,germacrene and calamine. The C78,C104,purpose 2,volatile oil content and relative percentage contents of active compositions in volatile oil were high. The 10 high-yield and high-oil germplasms can be divided into 3 groups. CONCLUSIONS:The study basically clears the main chemicalcomposition of volatile oil of high-yield and high-oil C. kwangsiensis,C78,C104 and purpose 2 are the more excellent strains in high-yield and high-oil C. Kwangsiensis germplasm.

This paper reports a woman diagnosed with citrullinemia type I (CTLNⅠ) in puerperium who was unfortunately died later. The 28-year-old patient (G1P1) delivered a live girl at 39 +2 gestational weeks and was transferred from a local hospital to Henan Provincial People's Hospital on January 11, 2020, due to "a 3-day paroxysmal confusion accompanied by dizziness 4 days after delivery". Intermittent confusion, elevated blood ammonia, and citrulline concentration, and encephaledema were presented 10 h after delivery, and the patient eventually died of cerebral hernia on the day of self-discharge. Two pathogenic mutations of the ASS1 gene were found by genetic testing, including c.422t>G (p.val141gl; HET) and c.431c>G (p.pro144arg; HET) and confirmed the diagnosis of CTLNⅠ. CTLNⅠ is a life-threatening disease that could be easily overlooked and misdiagnosed and was difficult to treat. It most often occurs in newborns and infants, whilst it is rare during pregnancy and postpartum. The possibility of this disease should be considered in patients with neurological system symptoms and elevated blood ammonia during pregnancy or puerperium.

Recently,there is a gradual increase in the incidence of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis with high serum triglyceride (TG) levels.The treatments include general measures,lipid-lowering drugs,blood purification,low molecular weight heparin and insulin,traditional medicine,improving microcirculation,surgical therapy and gene therapy.The prevention of recurrence of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis is different from other types of pancreatitis.

Objective To investigate the heterogeneity of immunomodulatory function of exosomes secreted from human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hUC-MSC).Methods Five different hUC-MSCs lines were isolated and cultured.Exosomes were isolated from the supernatant.The expression of specific surface markers CD9,CD63,CD81 and CD44 was detected by flow cytometry.The protein concentration of hUC-MSCs exosomes(hUC-MSCs-ex)was evaluated by the BCA assay.Concanavalin A and rhIL-2 stimulated umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (UBMCs) from healthy donor were co-cultured at different concentrations of hUC-MSCs-ex from different cell lines for 72 h.The growth rate of UBMCs was detected by MTT assay.ELISA was used to test the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α of the supernatants.The UBMCs co-cultured with hUC-MSCs were co-cultured with K562 cells at the ratio of 5∶1.The cytotoxic activity was calculated by MTT assay.Results hUC-MSCs-ex expressed CD9,CD63,CD81and CD44.Different hUC-MSCs lines had different regulating activities on the proliferation,secretion and killing ability of UBMCs.Conclusion hUC-MSCs-ex has heterogeneity of immunomodulatory function on UBMCs.
