Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(7):5-9
Objective To investigate the status quo of job enbeddedness and intent to stay among the clinical specialist nurses and to explore the correlation between them. Method A total of 200 clinical specialist nurses participated in the investigation by means of general nurses' questionnaire, job embeddedness scale and intent to stay scale. Results The score of job embeddedness was (3.40 ± 0.46), the dimension of community association scored highest (3.68 ±0.67), the dimension of organization sacrifice the lowest (3.12±0.53) and the intent stay (3.69 ± 0.80). There was a positive correlation between job placement and intent to stay as well as its dimensions of community matching, organization sacrifice (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Community matching served as a major factor in predicting the intent of a specialist nurse. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the needs of specialist nurses and take relevant measures to improve the job embeddednee level of specialist nurses and thus improve their intent to stay as well.

Purpose:To observe the efficacy of capecitabi ne in the treatment of relapsed breast cancer. Methods:21 patients with relapsed breast cancer were treated. C apecitabine was administered twice a day at the dose of 2 500 mg/(m 2?d) f or two weeks. 21 days was one cycle. Patients could be evaluated after at least 2 cycles treatment. Results:20 patients could be evaluated. There were no complete response but 6 partial response, 8 stable disease and 6 progressive disease in t he group. The response rate was 30.0%. The common toxic effects were hand-foot syndrome (61.1%), nausea and vomiting(66.7%), leucopenia (42.9%) and skin pigm entation (23.8%). Conclusions:Capecitabine is effective for the relapsed breast c ancer patients who have been treated with anthracycline and taxanes. The toxic e ffects are mild and the tolerance is well. Capecitabine can be used as the secon d line regimen for relapsed breast cancer.

Objective To investigate the influence of mental intervention on the self-image of breast cancer patients. Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital from January to September,2015 were enrolled as the control group in the study, where routine nursing intervention, health education on disease related knowledge and psychological nursing were carried out.During October 2015 to June 2016,50 patients with breast cancer were enrolled as the observation group, where psychological awareness intervention was carried out apart from the routine nursing intervention. The self-image level of breast cancer patients from the two groups was evaluated by self-image questionnaire for breast cancer patients (BIBCQ).Result After intervention, the scores on self-image in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Mental intervention can improve the self-image of breast cancer patients and help improve their quality of life.

Objective To detect the expression of osteopontin (OPN) in cervical local tissues of patients with chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical cancer. To investigate the possibility that OPN is used as tumor marker of cervical cancer. Methods The expression of OPN in 25 cases of chronic cervicitis, 18 cases of CIN and 21 cases of cervical cancer was detected by immuohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive expression rates of OPN in the chronic cervicitis, CIN and the cervical cancer had a rising trend (48 %, 77.78 % and 80.95 %, respectively) and their differences had statistical significant (P <0.05). The OPN expression level in cervical cancer had no statistical correlation with age, tumor size, clinical stage and other clinical pathological features (P >0.05). Although OPN expression level in cervical cancer wasn' t related with tumor clinical stage, positive expression rates of OPN had a gradually increased trend along with the clinical stage. Conclusion High expression of OPN is found in cervical cancer and may be related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.

Objectives To explore the status and characteristics of changes in lung function in the elderly in communities of Beijing, and to provide reference for improving the prevention and control of chronic lung disease in the elderly. Methods A stratified, segmented and cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1 144 subjects aged 60 years and over in communities of Beijing (Huairou District,Daxing District rural area and Xicheng District).Health status and pulmonary function were assessed, and characteristics of lung functions and their changes were analyzed in the elderly. Results The average vital capacity(VC)was 2.53L,and forced vital capacity(FVC) was 2.29 L,forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1)was 1.81 L,1 second rate (FEV1/FVC) was 83.42 %.Static vital capacity was decreased in 1/3 of the elderly, and dynamic vital capacity, including FVC and FEV1,was reduced in about half of the elderly.Ratio of decline in lung function in the elderly was higher in male and in urban area than in women and in rural areas.Ratio of decline in each index of pulmonary ventilation function showed a significantly increased tendency along with the ageing.Lung dysfunction types in the elderly included a restricted (23.5%)and obstructive ventilation disorder (19.7%)and mixed ventilation disorder(12.8%).Conclusions The ratio of decline in lung function in the elderly is increased along with aging, and more significantly higher in female and in urban than in male and in countryside.Restrictive ventilation disorder in the elderly is more often in urban areas, while obstructive ventilation disorder occurs mostly in rural areas.Corresponding measures should be adopted for different groups of people.

Objective To study the possibility of the exist of specific antibody against platelet in tumor patients and to evaluate the value of MAIPA in measure of specific antibody against platelet in malignant tumor patients with nonimmune thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods Anti- GPⅡb/Ⅲa and anti- GPⅠb/Ⅸ autoantibodies were detected by a modified monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigens assay(modified MAIPA). Results The positive rate of the platelet antibody in nonimmune thrombocytopenic purpura is very low with MAIPA. Conclusions The platelet GP- specific autoantibody detection is considerably important in discriminating immune from nonimmune thrombocytopenia.

China Oncology 2006;0(12):-
Background and purpose:The development of breast cancer is a multi-step process associated with changes in host chromosome, and some of which correlate with the appearance and progression of the tumor. We studied the expression of BUBl,APC protein in normal breast, hyperplasia of mammary glands and breast cancer tissues and evaluated its difference and clinical significance. Methods:The inmmunohistochemical method was used to analyze the expression of BUB1 and APC protein in normal breast, hyperplasia of mammary glands and breast cancer tissues. Results:The positive rate of BUB1 protein expression in normal, hyperplasia of mammary glands and breast cancer tissues was 86.7%,80.0% and46.0%,respectively.There were signifi cant differences among the three breast tissues(P

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of acidic conditions on epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT) of HepG2 cells. Methods HepG2 cells were cultured under acidic and alkaline conditions to observe the difference of cell morphology.Wound healing assays were performed to detect the migration ability of the two groups.Matrigel invasion assays were used to detect the invasive ability of the cells. The expression of EMT-related genes at mRNA level was detected by RT-PCR.The expression level of EMT-related gene protein was detected by Western blot. Results The morphology of HepG2 cells was changed from epithelium to interstitial type under acid conditions. The migration ability of HepG2 cells under acidic condition was stronger than that of alkaline conditions. The number of HepG2 cells crossing Matrigel was higher than that of alkaline condition. The mRNA expression of Vimentin,Slug,Snail and Zeb1 related to EMT and the protein expression of Vimentin and MMP9 related to EMT in HepG2 cells were significantly higher than those under alkaline condition. Conclusion The acid conditions can induce the occurrence of EMT in HepG2 cells.
