Objective To investigate serum alpha 1-acid glycoprotein (AAG)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA)pa-tients with serum drug before and after the treatment, application of evaluation of serum alpha 1-acid glycoproteindetection in RA.Methods 88 cases of newly diagnosed RA patients treated with methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine combined with pyri-dine and the Liu Danhuang administration,in zeroth and June. The patients were taken for determination of serum AAG and rheumatoid factor in the serum of the patients with rate nephelometry (RF)levels, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),and record the patients with RA disease the activity index of 28 (DAS28).Results After treatment,RA in the blood of patients with AAG (1 136.30±322.40 mg/L),RF(43.73±4.53 IU/ml),ESR (34.56±9.21 mm/h)and DAS28 (3.10 ±1.0)were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or 0.01),and the AAG,ESR,RF and DAS28 were positively correlated (r=0.19,P =0.02;r=0.24,P =0.0 and r=0.39,P =0.03).Conclusion The serum RA inpatients with AAG changes obvi-ously,had certain curative effect evaluation of RA.

Objective To explore the levels of blood N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and homocysteine(HCY) and their clinical significance in the patients with essential hypertension(EH) complicating left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods One hundred and fifty cases of HE were divided into the EH-LVH group and simple EH group according to the results of cardiac ultrasound. One hundred individuals undergoing physical examination were selected as the control group. The levels of blood NT-proBNP and HCY were compared among three groups and the correlation analysis were analyzed with LV was performed. Results The levels of blood NT-proBNP and HCY in the EH-LVH group were obviously higher than those in the EH group and control group, the EH group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of blood NT-proBNP and HCY had significantly positive correlation with left ventricular mass index(LVMI),while negative correlation with mitral flow velocity E/A(P<0.05).Conclusion The NT-proBNP and HCY levels can be used as the indicators for monitoring the development and progress of EH and has some predictive value for its complicating LVH.

Objective To compare diagnosis value and the clinical application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method and the immune turbidimetric method detecting serum anti cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP)antibody in patients with RA.Methods Collected fresh serum specimen of 267 inpatients with RA in Rrheumatism Department of Xi’an Institu-te of Rheumatism from December 2014 to February 2015,and fresh serum specimen of 50 healthy blood donors from the Blood Center of Shaanxi Province respectively.Anti CCP antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)method and the latex immunoturbidimetry assay.Evaluated the correlation of the results and clinical application to RA diagnosis. Results Sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of ELISA and latex immunoturbidimetry assay were 77.3%,86.8%,94.3% and 76.2%,80.2%,77.9% respectively.Compared two kinds of methods, the value of Kappa was 0.756,for having consistency.Throughχ2 test (χ2 =1.85,P >0.05),there was no significant difference between two meth-ods.Area of ELISA and lateximmunoturbidimetry under the ROC curve were 0.876 and 0.832 respectively. Conclusion De-tection of serum anti CCP antibody has diagnostic value in RA patients. The ELISA method and the latex immunoturbidime-try assay for detection of anti CCP antibodies had consistency. Two methods had no statistical difference, and the latex turbi-dimetric method is suitable for grassroots medical institutions.

Objective To investigate the relationship between BMI and blood lipids, blood glucose and blood uric acid. Methods A total of 3 860 employees from a university who underwent physical examination in 2018 were selected and divided into obesity group, fat group, normal group and lean group according to their body mass index. The levels of blood lipids, fasting blood glucose and blood uric acid among different groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were a total of 1,889 people in the obesity group and fat group, accounting for 48.94% of the total. The weight difference among the different groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no statistical significance in age difference among different groups. The height in the obese group and fat group was significantly different compared with the normal group. There were significant differences in the levels of triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and blood uric acid (UA) in the different groups (P<0.05). The fasting blood glucose level (GLU) in both the obesity group and fat group was significantly different compared with the normal group (P<0.05). With the increase in body weight index, the proportion of high blood fat, fatty liver, hyperglycemia and high blood uric acid all increased significantly as compared with the normal group or the lean group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of fatty liver and hyperuricemia in the male was higher than that in the female. Conclusion The risk of high blood fat, fatty liver, hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia in college faculty and staff was significantly increased with the increase of BMI. It is suggested that the college employees should have a balanced diet, increase exercise, and control BMI within a reasonable range.
