1.Research progress on dignity therapy in patients with advanced cancer

Dignity is the idea that a being has the innate right to be valued, respected, and treated ethically. It reflects the value of life.Dignity therapymainly discusses thedignity during the period of death and dying.It involves symptom control, body integrity, au-tonomy, privacy boundaries, respect, and proper handling of personal affairs and death in peace. Dignity therapy is a unique, individu-alized, and brief psychotherapy that was developed for the purpose of relieving distress, enhancing end-of-life experience, reducing psychological and mental burden, and improving the quality of life for dying patients.
2.Perioperative nursing of interventional therapy for patients with chronic occluded internal carotid artery

Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of interventional therapy for patients with chronic occluded internal carotid artery. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical nursing data of 12 patients with chronic occlusion of internal carotid artery who were successfully performed recanalization for the occluded vessels. Results The vital signs of all patients were normal during the procedures. The patients got favorable outcomes and no complications occurred during the perioperation. Conclusions Interventional therapy for chronic occlusion of internal carotid artery is a new technology for carotid diseases. Perfect preoperative health education and psychological nursing, comprehensive monitoring of vital signs and nerve function, strengthening body position nursing can ensure prevention of complications and the success of surgery.
3.Evaluation of Serum Alpha 1-Acid Glycoprotein in Therapeutic Efficiency of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To investigate serum alpha 1-acid glycoprotein (AAG)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA)pa-tients with serum drug before and after the treatment,application of evaluation of serum alpha 1-acid glycoproteindetection in RA.Methods 88 cases of newly diagnosed RA patients treated with methotrexate,hydroxychloroquine combined with pyri-dine and the Liu Danhuang administration,in zeroth and June.The patients were taken for determination of serum AAG and rheumatoid factor in the serum of the patients with rate nephelometry (RF)levels,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),and record the patients with RA disease the activity index of 28 (DAS28).Results After treatment,RA in the blood of patients with AAG (1 136.30±322.40 mg/L),RF(43.73±4.53 IU/ml),ESR (34.56±9.21 mm/h)and DAS28 (3.10 ±1.0)were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or 0.01),and the AAG,ESR,RF and DAS28 were positively correlated (r=0.19,P =0.02;r=0.24,P =0.0 and r=0.39,P =0.03).Conclusion The serum RA inpatients with AAG changes obvi-ously,had certain curative effect evaluation of RA.
4.Comparison of Fertility Rates Between Laparoscopic and Open Oviduct Anastomosis

Objective-To-study-the-clinical-characteristics-of-laparoscopic-oviduct-anastomosis-for-the-treatment-of-fallopian-tube-sterilization-or-tubal-infertility-.-Methods-A-total-of-48-cases-of-fallopian-tube-sterilization-or-tubal-infertility-patients-underwent-oviduct-anastomosis-between-January-2006-and-August-2013-in-our-hospital-.The-patients-were-divided-equally-into-laparoscopic-surgery-group-(laparoscopic-group,-24-cases)-or-open-surgery-group-(open-group,-24-cases)-in-chronological-order.The-ratio-of-infertility-patient-was-equal-in-both-laparoscopic-surgery-group-and-open-surgery-group-.Repatency-rate-and-pregnancy-rate-of-different-surgical-procedures-were-analyzed-,-respectively-.-Results-All-the-operations-were-successfully-completed-.Bilateral-tubal-repatency-rate-was-100%in-all-the-patients-during-the-operation-.The-pregnancy-rate-of-laparoscopic-surgery-group-(87.5%,21/24)-was-higher-than-that-in-the-open-surgery-group-(62.5%,15/24)-within-24-months-after-surgery,-with-significant-difference-(χ2-=4.000,-P=0.046).-Conclusions-The-success-rate-of-laparoscopic-oviduct-anastomosis-is-comparable-to-open-surgery-.However-,-the-pregnancy-rate-after-laparoscopic-oviduct-anastomosis-is-higher-than-open-surgery-.Laparoscopic-oviduct-anastomosis-has-a-broad-prospect-of-application-.
5.Application of DDS technology to electrotome based on CPLD

Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis(DDS) technology is realized on complex programmable logical component(CPLD) with hardware description language.SCM controls CPLD by the input/output port through the procedure so as to produce the profile signal for power module.Then the high pressure shielding system controls the power module so as to drive the output transformer for the high frequency high-pressure output of high frequency electricity knife.This system has such characteristics as good frequency stability,revision convenience and so on.The CPLD hard wire logic is described through Verilog HDL,and the monolithic integrated circuit firmware is compiled through Keil C51.This article carries on the detailed elaboration for software and hardware design through the code example and the principle schematic drawing.
6.Expression and implication of tissue transglutaminase in kidney of diabetic nephropathy rats

Objective To observe the expression of tissue transglutaminase (tTG) in renal tissues of diabetic nephropathy rats, and to investigate its contribution to the progression of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were sacrificed at 30 d, 60 d, 90 d, and 120 d respectively. Albuminuria excretion rate (AER), kidney weight index and serum creatinine (Scr) of the rats were measured. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining and periodic acid-silver-methenamine (PASM) staining were used to observe the renal pathological changes. CollagenⅣ(ColⅣ) and soluble tTG protein in kidney were examined by immunohistochemistry,insoluble tTG by immunofluorescence. Expression of total tTG mRNA in kidney was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results AER, kidney weight index and Scr of diabetic rats were all progressive during the period of the experiment. 7.The value of blood supply by inferior phrenic artery to hepatic carcinoma in interventional embolization therapy

Objective To study blood supply by inferior phrenic artery to hepatic carcinoma and the value of interventional embolization of the artery. Methods 35 cases of primary hepatic carcinomas,with one severe biliary tract hemorrhage,underwent both hepatic and phrenic artery angiography,and chemoembolizational therapy through the hepatic arteries and the phrenic arteries that had blood suply.And those with the biliary tract hemorrhage were managed by means of gelfoam and coil embolization. Results It was found that 21 of the 35 cases had blood supply by inferior phrenic artery to hepatic carcinomas and they were mainly in mass pattern and diffuse infiltration pattern with invasion of hepatic membrane.The regions of blood supply varied from 20%to 70%.The tumors shrank 40%~50% in 14 cases,10%~30% in 18 cases,with no change in 3cases.Biliary tract hemorrhage ceased. Conclusions Among the collateral arteries that supply blood to hepatic carcinoma,inferior phrenic artery peays a main part.It seems that both the hepatic and phrenic artery should be embolized in interventional therapy to hepatic carcinoma in order to get a better therapeutic result.
9.Infection situation of intestinal nematodes and knowledge about prevention and control of intestinal nematodiasis in Jingjiang City

Objective To investigate the infection situation of intestinal nematodes and knowledge about the prevention and control of intestinal nematodiasis,so as to explore the effective control measures in Jingjiang City. Methods The towns where more floating people lived were randomly selected and the infection situation of intestinal nematodes was investigated with Kato-Katz method,and the residents'awareness of the prevention and control of nematodiasis was surveyed with questionnaires. Re-sults From 2013 to 2015,totally 4555 local residents and 2278 floating people were investigated in Jingjiang City. The infec-tion rate of intestinal nematodes was 0.29%(13 cases)in the local people,while the rate was 0.75%(17 cases)in the floating people,and the difference was significant(χ2=7.380,P<0.01). The differences of the intestinal nematode infection rates be-tween sexes in both local residents and floating people were not significant(χ2=0.010,0.048,both P>0.05). The awareness rate of intestinal nematodiasis prevention and control of the local residents was significantly higher than that of the floating peo-ple(χ2 =9.649-164.533,all P<0.01). Conclusion The floating people is the focus of intestinal nematodiasis control,and the health education of ancylostomiasis control should be strengthened in Jingjiang City.
10.Effect of arsenic trioxide on the expressions of human gastric cancer genes nm23 and P53

ObjectiveTo detect the effect arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on the expressions of human gastric cancer genes nm23 and P53.MethodsThe expressions of proteins coded by nm23 and P53 were examined with immunohistochemistry method after treated by As2O3.ResultsThe expressions of proteins coded by nm23 and P53 decreased after treated by As2O3 (P<0.05).ConclusionAs2O3 can down-regulate the expressions of proteins coded by nm23 and P53.
