Objective To investigate the effect of bedside comprehensive ability training and critical thinking on the improvement of the personality maturity of pediatric nurses. Methods A total of 102 nurses with pediatric working years within one year were selected, and then they were arranged to receive critical thinking in combination with bedside comprehensive ability training for 6 months. After the training, pediatric nurses′ critical thinking ability, bedside comprehensive ability and personality maturity were evaluated. Results Before training, the total score of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) , total score of bedside comprehensive ability, personality maturity score were 288.21±25.44, 75.24±2.51, 84.01±32.26, after training, they were respectively 324.18±25.93, 92.65±3.17, 125.57±35.47. Comparison of the scores before training and after training showed statistically significant difference(t=7.071, 30.750, 6.190,P < 0.05 or 0.01). Setting personality maturity as the dependent variable, and and CTDI-CV and bedside comprehensive ability as the independent variables, regression analysis showed that CTDI-CV and bedside comprehensive ability had a positive impact on the personality maturity. Conclusions The ability of pediatric nurses' critical thinking ability and bedside comprehensive ability training can promote the improvement of personality maturity of pediatric nurses.

Objective To investigate the correlation of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) and calcium levels with cerebral microbleeds in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 97 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected as the study subjects and divided into cerebral microbleed (group 31 patients with) and non-cerebral microbleed (group 66 patients) based on the results of susceptibility-weighted imaging. Demographic data and laboratory examination indicators were collected from the two groups, and serum OPG and calcium levels were measured. The levels of serum OPG and calcium were compared between patients with different degrees of lesion and bleeding sites. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to determine the correlations of serum OPG and calcium with cerebral microbleeds. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore the influencing factors of cerebral microbleeds. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were plotted to assess the predictive value of serum OPG and calcium for cerebral microbleeds. Results Significant differences were observed in age, proportions of patients with drinking and hypertension as well as diabetes, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and serum OPG and calcium levels between the cerebral microbleed group and the non-cerebral microbleed group (

Objective:To assess a value of dual energy index(DEI)and effective atomic number(Zeff)of dual-energy computed tomography(DECT)combined with slope of energy spectrum curve in identifying the component of urinary tract stones. Methods:The clinical and DECT imaging data of 111 patients with urinary tract stones who admitted to Nantong Haimen People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected, and the diameters of the urinary tract stones of all patients were<5 mm.The components of outside body stones of all patients were analyzed by infrared spectrum. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the DEI,Zeff, slope of energy spectrum curve and the combination of the them were respectively calculated in identifying the components of urinary tract stones. Results:In 111 patients, the patients with calcium oxalate stones were 75(67.57%),and ones with hydroxyapatite were 15 cases(13.51%),and ones with uric acid stones were 21 cases(18.92%),and there were no other type of stone included cysteine. The differences of CT values(F=487.691,P<0.001),DEI values(F=395.553,P<0.001),Zeff values(F=818.689,P<0.001)and the slopes of energy spectrum curves(H=19.615,P<0.001)were statistically significant among the three types of stones. The overall accuracies of DEI,Zeff and slope of energy spectrum curve were 87.39%(97/111),84.68%%(94/111)and 81.98%(91/111)in identifying the components of urinary tract stone. The range of diagnostic accuracies of DEI,Zeff and the slope of energy spectrum curve was between 80%and 100%for calcium oxalate stones, hydroxyapatite and uric acid stones. The overall accuracy of DEI,Zeff combined with slope of energy spectrum curve was 94.59%(105/111)in identifying the components of urinary tract stones. The diagnostic accuracies of DEI,Zeff combined with slope of energy spectrum curve were respectively 94.59%,94.59 and 100%for calcium oxalate stones, hydroxyapatite and uric acid stones. Conclusion:Compared with the single indicator of DECT,the DEI and Zeff combined with the slope of the energy spectrum curve showed better diagnostic accuracy in identifying the components urinary track stones.

Objective To explore artificial reconstruction vs artificial intelligence reconstruction in coronary artery volume rendering(VR).Methods A total of 110 coronary heart disease(CHD)patients were enrolled in the study, and underwent computed tomography arteriography.Artificial reconstruction(artificial group)and artificial intelligence reconstruction(intelligent group)were conducted in coronary artery VR.The image quality of VR and curved planar reconstruction(CPR),the diagnosis coincidence rate of arterial stenosis, and vascular reconstruction score were compared between two groups. Results The VR image quality of intelligent group was significantly higher than that of artificial group, with excellence rate of 90.91%vs 80.00%;and intelligent group scored higher than artificial group in CPR image quality(P<0.05).The differences in the diagnostic coincidence rates of arterial vessels(RCA,LAD,LCX)with no stenosis, slight stenosis, moderate stenosis, and vascular occlusion between two groups were trivial(P>0.05),while the two groups differed significantly in the diagnosis coincidence rates of mild stenosis and severe stenosis(P<0.05).The mean total score, the median value of the 3 main branches+posterior descending branch+intermediate branch+diagonal branch+blunt margin branch, and the median value of the other vascular branches were all significantly increased in intelligent group as compared with artificial group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial intelligence reconstruction has higher application value than artificial reconstruction in coronary artery VR.
