Purpose　The aim is to breed a highly productive γ-linolenic acid mutant strain.Methods　The original strain Mortierella ramanniance AS 3.3413 was treated by 5-FU,UV,LiCl as mutanting agent.Results　A highly productive γ-linolenic acid mutant strain F5 was successfully obtained.The γ-linolenic acid yield of mutant strain F5 was increased by 300% as compared with that of the original strain.Pass-generation test showed that the heredity character of mutant strain F5 was stable.After the optimal medium and culture condition was established, the yield of γ-linolenic acid was up to 1 153.63 mg/L,and was increased by 335.87% as compared with that of the original strain.Conclusion　The mutant strain can be used for the industrial production of GLA.

Objective:To analyze the causes of hypoglycemia in elderly patients after resection of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the data of 120 elderly patients who underwent gastrointestinal polypectomy in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020, and analyzed the reasons for postoperative hypoglycemia.Results:(1)There were significant differences between the hypoglycemic group and the non-hypoglycemic group in age, diabetes, preoperative fluid replacement, preoperative fasting time, preoperative waiting time, preoperative emotional instability, and preoperative night sleep time(all P<0.05). (2)Logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative hypoglycemia was associated with age >70 years( OR=4.266, 95% CI: 1.120-16.162); Diabetes mellitus( OR=4.094, 95% CI: 1.311-12.773); No fluid was taken before surgery( OR=10.923, 95% CI=2.882-41.386); Preoperative fasting time ≥10 h( OR=9.042, 95% CI: 2.571-31.645); Preoperative wait time ≥12 h( OR=7.035, 95% CI: 1.855-26.651); Preoperative emotional instability( OR=4.25, 95% CI: 1.263-14.370); The preoperative night sleep time <6 h( OR=5.952, 95% CI: 1.760-19.992)was closely related(all P<0.05). Conclusions:There are many reasons for the occurrence of hypoglycemia in elderly patients after gastrointestinal polyp removal.Therefore, evaluation work should be done and preventive measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia and ensure the effectiveness and safety of treatment for patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of perineal massage combined with hip joint exercise on the outcome of delivery and mental resilience of primipara.Methods 90 pregnant women in the third trimester(after 36 weeks)who obtained the knowledge about perineal massage from midwife clinic were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases each.The control group received regular antenatal examination and family self-exercise;the experimental group received perineal massage and hip joint training combined treatment.The delivery outcome,birth experience and maternal mental resilience of the two groups were compared.Results the number of vaginal delivery in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the second stage of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the perineal integrity rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions in delivery experience questionnaire were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions in maternal mental resilience were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)after intervention.Conclusion The perineal massage which conducted by midwives combined with hip movement can effectively improve the quality of delivery,relieve the negative emotions of pregnant women,improve the psychological elasticity level of pregnant women,and improve the delivery outcomes.

Objectives To explore the establishment and effects of a multilevel and inter-disciplinary management scheme for specialist nurses.Methods The multilevel and inter-disciplinary management scheme included establishing the pyramid hierarchical training model,exploring superimposed training mechanism for specialist nurses with horizontal expansion,vertical extension,and deep development,and constructing stereoscopic clinical evaluation and quantitative assessment system.Four hundred-forty two specialized nurses have been recruited to join the multilevel and inter-disciplinary management scheme from July 2021 to August 2023.The core competencies of specialized nurses were compared before and after the implementation of management scheme.Results The quality development of specialized nursing have been improved,and the total scores and the scores of 3 dimensions(research innovation,management,and professional development)in core competencies of specialized nurses after the intervention of multilevel and inter-disciplinary management scheme were higher than those before(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multilevel and inter-disciplinary management scheme can effectively improve the core competencies of specialized nurses,and promote the high-quality development of specialized nursing.
