2.Study on synthesis and adsorption kinetics of Ganoderma lucidum Polysaccharide-Fe(Ⅲ) complex
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):40-42
Objective To confirm the synthesis conditions of Ganoderma lucidum Polysaccharide-Fe (Ⅲ) Complex, and study on adsorption kinetics of it.Methods Adopt alcohol sedimenting technique and decoloring, dialysis, etc, extracting refined polysaccharide from Ganoderma lucidum. The solution of the Polysaccharide with FeCl3 react in alkaline conditions. To synthesize the polysaccharide iron complexes(GPC).The iron contents were determined by o-phenanthroline spectrophotography and and study on adsorption kinetics of Ganoderma lucidum Polysaccharide-Fe (Ⅲ) Complex. Results GPC is red brown and shapeless powder,it's liable to dissove in water, its solution is neutral, without precipitation, dissociation and Fe3 +at the pH from 3 to 12,and insoluble in organic solvents. So GPC is very stable. At the same time under different temperatures, the Fe3 + and polysaccharide on the adsorption quantity of increased gradually over time, the basic stability after 1.5 h.At the same time, with different temperatures the adsorption quantity of polysaccharide Fe3 + increases with the rise of temperature. Conclusion GPC may become a new ideal oral iron.Time and temperature are the key fabrication processes of GPC.
3.Progress of novel immunotherapy agents in non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(12):764-768
Novel targeted drugs and clinical trails have become the research highlights of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) recently. With further studies on immunotherapy in NHL, a number of novel immunotherapeutic targeted agents have been developed, some of which also had showed clinical benefit in early-stage study. The advances on novel immunotherapeutic targeted agents in NHL will be comprehensively reviewed in this paper from three aspects, including the targeted monoclonal antibody of cell surface antigen, the targeted therapy of cell signal transduction pathway and lymphoma microenvironment.
5.Progress in genetics of vesicoureteral reflux
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(1):9-13
Vesicoureteral reflux,a most common congenital anomaly of the kidney and urinary tract,is associated with the malformation of ureterovesical junction. It does not cause any specific symptoms or signs un-less it is part of a syndrome or complicated by urinary tract infection. The exact cause is not clear, and genes or environmental factors may result in vesicoureteral reflux. The prevalence of siblings and offspring of reflux pa-tients are higher than normal control groups,so the genetic screening is necessary. This article will review the ge-netics of vesicoureteral reflux and possible interactions.
6.Influence of Electroacupuncture on the Expression of GR and NR2B in Hippocampal of Chronic Stress Depression Model Rats
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on behaviors and GR, NR2B in hippocampal of the chronic stress depression rats. Methods Forty SD rats were divided into control, model, EA and Prozac groups. Chronic stress model was established by using chronic mixed stimulation. Observe the behaviors caused by chronic stress, including changes of spontaneous movements in Open-field test, learning-memory behavior in"Y"-maze test and stillness time in forced-swimming test. The expression of GR and NR2B in hippocampal tissue was detected by immunohistochemical technology. Results Compared with control group, the results of spontaneous movements, stillness swimming time and learning-memory behaviors of the chronic stress model rats were declined significantly (P
7.Thoughts from the Jurisprudence Angle on the Doctor and Patient′s Right Conflict——Analysis on the Conflict Between Doctors′ Special Right to Intervene and Patients′ Right of Informed Consent
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The conflict between doctors′ special right to intervene and patients′ right of informed consent is a main cause of the current tense doctor-patient relationship with the absence of related legislation. This article gave suggestions on legislation and possible ways for solving the problems after analyzing the two rights from the angles of basic connotation, research progress of comparative law,and the underlying reason for the two rights′ conflict.
8.Comparison of the Lea Symbols and HOTV charts for preschool vision screening from age 3 to 4 . 5 years old
International Eye Science 2014;(12):2232-2236
AlM:To evaluate the applicability and the development of the normal visual acuity from age 3 to 3. 5 years using Lea Symbols and HOTV charts.
METHODS:lt was a survey research study. Totally, 133 preschoolers ( 266 eyes ) between 3 to 4. 5 years old recruited from two kid-gardens in Guangzhou were tested with both the Lea Symbols chart and the HOTV chart. Outcome measures were monocular logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution ( logMAR) visual acuity and inter-eye acuity difference in logMAR units for each test.
RESULTS: The testability rates of the two charts were high (96. 24% vs 92. 48%, respectively), but difference was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). The difference between the two kind of monocular vision was not statistically significant (the right eye: t=0. 517, P=0. 606;the left eye: t = - 0. 618, P = 0. 538 ). There was no significant difference between different eye ( Lea Symbols chart:t=0. 638, P=0. 525; HOTV chart: t= -0. 897, P=0. 372). The visual acuities of the boys were better than those of the girls, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). The results which came from visual acuities with the two charts for the corresponding age groups (3-year-old group, 3. 5-year-old group, 4-year-old group, 4. 5-year-old group) indicated that the visual acuities of the preschoolers were improving with increasing age, but the difference among the visual acuities with the Lea Symbols chart was not statistically significant (the right eye:F=2. 662, P=0. 052;the left eye:F=1. 850, P=0. 143). However the difference among the visual acuities with the HOTV chart was statistically significant (the right eye:F=4. 518, P=0. 005;the left eye:F=3. 893, P=0. 011).
CONCLUSlON: Both Lea Symbols and HOTV chars are accepted and appropriate for preschool vision screening from 3 to 4. 5 years old. The monocular visual acuity of preschoolers from age 3 to 4. 5 years could be assessed was similar using the two charts. There is no correlation between visual acuity and different eye. There is no statistical difference between the genders. The results further demonstrate that the preschoolers whose age reached three years old have the ability to accept the Subjective vision checks. Also the development of the normal visual acuity is faster in the early stage.
10.Resistance Analysis of Streptococcus Pneumoniae in Children with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Wenzhou Area between 2004 and 2007
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
95%).Strains of PNSP were significantly more common than those PSSP(72.56% vs 22.72%),and strains of Sp resistant to erythromycin were significantly more common than susceptible to erythromycin too(94.42% vs 0.88%).Conclusions The antimicrobial resistance of Sp from children with lower respiratory tract infection in Wenzhou area has became a severe problem.Multi-drug resistance of Sp has been observed to chlorodeoxylincomycin, erythromycin, tetracycline and so on.The results will provide some important information for the therapy and the choice of antibiotics of Sp infection.
