Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention published three confirmed novel H 7N9 avain influenza virus in-fection cases on March 31 ,2013 .The disease then spread across China and caused extremely high morbility and mortality , which trig-gered extensive attention .These cases were caused by a novel H 7N9 avian influenza virus which was highly mutable .Once the virus a-dapted to human respiratory epithelium receptors , a pandemic outbreak would occur immediately .This article summerizes the research progress on the H7N9 avain influenza, including epidemiologic characteristics , etiology features, clinical manifestation, detection tech-niques as well as theraputic and prevention strategy .

Objective To explore the relationship between cat fur or dog fur allergens and clinical presentation, as well as allergenic cross-reactivity between cat fur or dog fur allergens and other allergens. Methods Totally 548 children with allergic disorders were assayed with 13 international standard allergen agents by means of SPT. The results were denominated according to the size of skin areola or welt, reference histamine as positive, isotonic Na chloride as negative. Results In 143 children with cat fur allergenic SPT position, 98 cases were boys and 45 cases were girls with an average age of 5. 84 years. In 96 children with dog fur allergenic SPT positive,60 cases were boys and 36 cases were girls with an average age of 6.06 years. The most had occurred in summer. Of them,a large number of cases presented asthma,secondly presented mild cough. Besides, the cross- reactivity of cat fur and dog fur allergenic SPT positive in 64 cases with acarid was most common, followed by latex, which exceeded animal protein, while the cross - reactivity of mold, plant farina and chomophyte allergens were rare. Conclusions About 20% children with allergic disorders are cat fur or dog fur allergenic SPT positive. Cat fur or dog fur allergenic SPT positive results are significantly correlative to age and season, however they are not relative.to sex. Cat fur or dog fur allergens exist correlations with other allergens.

Objective : To explore the influencing factors for maternal anemia during the third trimester of pregnancy, so as to provide the evidence for the effective prevention of anemia. Methods : Data of parturients, who received prenatal care and delivered at Hangzhou Women＇s Hospital from October to December of 2019 were retrospectively collected and analyzed. The obstetric electronic medical record system of this hospital was used to collect general information of the subjects. Serum ferritin, serum vitamin B12, serum folic acid and hemoglobin were determined at the second and third trimester. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for anemia in the third trimester. Results : A total of 1 143 parturients were enrolled, with a median age of 29 ( interquartile range: 4 ) years. Among them, 1 050 cases had normal weight before pregnancy, accounting for 91.86%; 267 cases were multiparas, accounting for 23.36%; 74 cases of anemia occurred during the third trimester of pregnancy, accounting for 6.92%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the multipara（OR=1.714,95%CI: 1.032-2.848）, iron deficiency duiring the second trimester（OR=3.301,95%CI: 1.401-7.781）, iron deficiency during the third trimester （OR=14.134,95%CI: 1.944-102.774）and folate deficiency during the third trimester（OR=2.960,95%CI: 1.295-6.766）were influencing factors for anemia during the third trimester. Conclusion Anemia during the third trimester of pregnancy is related to iron deficiency during the second and third trimesters, folic acid deficiency during the third trimester, and multipara.

Objective:To observe the effect of Radix Paeoniae Bubra(RPB)on NADPH oxidase p22phox,monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)mRNA expression and neointimal hyperplasia after carotid artery balloon injury in cholesterol-fed rabbits.Methods:The rabbit model of carotid balloon injury was established adopting Clowes method,and treated with extract of RPB.Component of neointima and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and macrophage was determined by immunochemical stain.The collagen of typeⅠwas detected by special staining for blood vessels and the area of neointima was measured by image assay system.Expression of NADPH oxidase p22phox mRNA,MCP-1 mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization and transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Results:RPB can attenuate the neointima area and proliferation of collagen typeⅠinduced by balloon-injury,remarkable prevent the formation of restenosi,and down-regulate expression of NADPH oxidase p22 and MCP-1mRNA significantly and decrease the degree of macrophages infiltration especially in vessel wall of injuring carotid artery.Conclusions:RPB inhibited NADPH oxidase P22Phox and MCP-1 mRNA expression,and modestly reduced neointimal hyperplasia,which might be partly attributed to its antioxidant and inflammatory effects.

Objective To explore the role of interleukin-15(Il-15)in pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease(KD)and its potential cli-nical value.Methods Thirty patients with KD were selected in Xinhua hospital from Oct.2004 to Jan.2006.The serum concentration of IL-15 was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in acute stage and convalescent stage of KD,and 30 children with low respiratory inflection and 20 healthy children were studied as controls.Results Serum IL-15 level in acute KD was significantly higher than that in normal control,and the two sides were remarkably different in statistics(q=25.64 P

Development of an ultrasonic hyperthermia instrument's software based on ARM32 microprocessor is here introduced. The system integrates the embedded SOC system, memory system, PWM system, A/D system, JTAG debug system, UART communication system, I/O system and GUI system (include LCD, keyboard) in one PCB board. It effectively completes the control and constance of temperature through the improved PID algorithm, and the instrument miniaturization. Experiments have proved that the system accords with the design requirements.

The paper described the development stages of a hospital performance evaluation scale based on patient experience.An empirical application on 7 856 patients of 26 hospitals in four provinces in the country identified the challenges encountered in the course of its application.These include limits of patients experience,variations on the experience reports incurred by different services experienced by patients,and setting of the patient-inpatient ratio among others.Solutions proposed based on these studies aim at creating a patient experience scale tailored to Chinese patients.

Objective To investigate the preliminary experience of mechanical thrombectomy with a tri-axial system of the Solitaire AB stent through a Neuro delivery catheter to treat intracranial large artery occlusion. Methods A tri-axial system was used to deliver the Solitaire AB stent through a Neuro delivery catheter to provide intracranial aspiration in close proximity to the stent. This technique was used in 1 case of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion and 1 case of acute basilar artery occlusion. Results Successful revascularization was achieved in these 2 cases. Thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (TICI)score was 3. The clot length of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion was 3 cm and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS)score of this case was 3 at 90 days follow-up. Another patient with acute bilateral vertebral occlusion was revealed successful recanalization by angiography. Conclusion The results suggest that this technique of a tri-axial system used of the Solitaire stent through a Neuro delivery catheter can effectively retrieve clots from the occlusive artery and minimize the chance of antegrade blood flow dislodging the thrombus.
