Objective To investigate the correlation between the results of HBsAg positive results among different detection systems,and provide reference for the analysis of clinical test results and the publication of the report.Methods The HBsAg positive serum specimens with the quantitation result lower than 80 COI were detected by Roche Cobas e602 electrochemical luminescence analyzer.All the specimens were also detected by Roche Modular e170 electrochemical luminescence analyzer.The differences of detecting results were compared and performed the linear correlation analysis.Results The experimental results of two detection systems are R2 =0.933.The positive coincidences of Group A,B,C,D and E were 60.60％,92.72％,96.66％,96.66％ and 100％,respectively.The positive coincidence of the males was 87.66％,while the positive coincidence of the females was 70.96 ％.The positive coincidence of the males was significantly higher than the females (P＜0.05).Conclusion The HBsAg detecting results of Roche Cobas e602 and Roche Modular e170 electrochemical luminescence analyzer had high correlation.The results higher than 10 COI had 100％ positive coincidence rate,however the results between 1 and 10 COI were not.The result between 1 and 10 COI may lead to controversial results,suggestions for further checks.

Objective To investigate the therapy effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on renal recovery after ischemia-reperfusion injured. Methods Seventy-two Spargue-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as normal control, sham operated control, I/R group(n=30) and the MSCs group. Rats were subjected to 45 min bilateral renal ischemial-reperfusion injury with microvascular clips, after 60 min of reperfusion they were injected in BrdU positive MSCs(1?106/mL)intravenously. The animals were sacrificed at 12 h, 3 d, 7 d, 14 d, and 42 d after reperfusion, and the bilateral kidney and blood samples were harvested. The blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) were measured on automatic biochemistry analyzer. Renal morphologic changes were scored with Paller’s criterion on hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) stained sections. The apoptosis of tubular cells were examined by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL). PCNA positive tubular cells were detected immunohistochemically as proliferation index. And confocal microscopy were used to identified the distribution of BrdU positive MSCs. Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of genital tract pathogens in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes (PROM),and provide guidance for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods From 2011 to 2013,3 162 cases of patients with premature rupture of membranes were cultured for bacteria,Mycoplasma and Chlamydia.Identification and drug sensitive test of the bacteria were detected by VITEK II system;all of the data were ana-lyzed by WHONET5.6 software.Results The rate of infection was 33.30%,in which the positive rate of bacteria,Fung, Mycoplasma culture and Chlamydia trachomatis antigen detection were 13.19%,4.87%,24.89% and 2.72% respectively. The ratio of Escherichia coli producing extended spectrum beta lactamases (ESBLS)were 13.76%.The ratio of Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)and Methicillin resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS)were 27.27%and 66.25% respectively.Mycoplasma was most sensitive to minocycline,doxycycline.Conclusion Mycoplasma in-fection was the first,followed by bacteria.clinical should strengthen the surveillance of pathogen infection,and rational use of antibiotics according to the results of drug sensitive test.

Objective To investigate a cure for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) by observing the curative effect on neonates with HIE admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).Methods Fifty neonates with HIE from May to Dec.in 2006 admitted to NICU for treatment(NICU group),which contrast to the 42 neonates with HIE in corresponding periods of 2005 year(control group).The curative effect of three supports and three expectant treatment were evaluated by observing vital signs,oxygen saturation,biochemical test,and the neonatal beha-vioral nerve assessment (NBNA) respectively; Clinical curative effect contained markedly effective and effective which as the total curative effect statistics.Results There were no obvious difference between each group from the means of blood sugar data while hospitalizing as well as the NBNA in 3 days. Objective To investigate the correlation of HCV-RNA with detection indexes HCV-Ab and HCV-cAg in its clini-cal application effect among patients with hepatitis C.Methods HCV-cAg and HCV-Ab in 140 cases of HCV-RNA were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in cases of PCR,which were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results 127 cases in 140 cases of HCV-RNA positive serum were HCV-cAg positive,in line with the rate of 90.71%,and the cases of 110 HCV-Ab positive,in line with the rate of 78.57%.The positive detection rate of HCV-cAg with different HCV-RNA concentration was increased with the increase of HCV virus content,and the serum of different HCV-RNA concentration had no significant changes in HCV-Ab detection results.Conclusion The detection results of HCV-cAg had a high coincidence rate with HCV-RNA.Therefore detection of HCV-cAg can be as a complementary detec-tion of HCV-Ab,as the window period of HCV infection and infection in immunocompromised persons screening provides a simple,inexpensive method.At the same time it provides rapid screening for HCV infection provide diagnostic basis for those basic medical units who do not have the conditions for detection of HCV-RNA.

Objective To investigate the activation of renin angiotensin system(RAS)in the chronic atrial fibrillation (AF)dogs and the effects of Captopril in the treatment of AF.Methods Twenty-six mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups:pacing group(n=11),treatment group(n=9)and control group(n=6).High frequency pacing (400 b/min)of the right atrial appendage was performed for 8 weeks in the pacing group and treatment group with permanent pacemaker.Pacing was not performed in the control group.In the treatment group,the dogs were given Captopfil orally 50 mg twice a day from 3 days before pacing to 8 weeks after pacing.Tissue samples were obtained from the atrial appendages and both the left and fight atria when dogs were killed.The level of anglotensinⅡ(AugⅡ)and the intracellular Ca~(2+) concentrations were assayed by radio-immunity and spectrocomparator.Results The atrial AugⅡconcentrations were (29.83?5.73)pg/ml,(13.23?3.15)pg/ml,(11.38?2.14)pg/ml in pacing,treatment and control group, respectively.Compared with control group,the atrial AugⅡconcentrations in pacing group were significantly increased(P＜0.01 ),but no significant differences were found between treatment group and control group(P＞0.05).The intracellular Ca~(2+) concentrations were(35.32?4.88)?g/mg,(25.44?4.19)?g/mg,(24.06?3.51)?g/mg in pacing,treatment and control group,respectively.IntraceUular Ca~(2+) concentrations were higher in pacing group than that in the other two groups(P＜0.01).But in treatment group,the intracellular Ca~(2+) concentrations were almost the same as that in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Chronic high frequency pacing could significantly increase the level of the atrial AugⅡand intracellular Ca~(2+) concentrations.Captopril could inhibit the RAS activation and the intracellular calcium overload and might present a new component for the treatment of AF.
