Objective To investigate the therapy effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on renal recovery after ischemia-reperfusion injured. Methods Seventy-two Spargue-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as normal control, sham operated control, I/R group(n=30) and the MSCs group. Rats were subjected to 45 min bilateral renal ischemial-reperfusion injury with microvascular clips, after 60 min of reperfusion they were injected in BrdU positive MSCs(1?106/mL)intravenously. The animals were sacrificed at 12 h, 3 d, 7 d, 14 d, and 42 d after reperfusion, and the bilateral kidney and blood samples were harvested. The blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) were measured on automatic biochemistry analyzer. Renal morphologic changes were scored with Paller’s criterion on hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) stained sections. The apoptosis of tubular cells were examined by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL). PCNA positive tubular cells were detected immunohistochemically as proliferation index. And confocal microscopy were used to identified the distribution of BrdU positive MSCs. Results After 12 h, 3 d of reperfusion, the Scr value of MSCs group were signifcantly lower than I/R group(P

The present is aimed at identifying the activation of TRAFs in n asopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in vitro. The differential expression of TRAF2\,TRAF3 was not detected in RN A and protein level, whereas the expression of TRAF1 in HNE2-LMP1 cell lines wa s much more abundant than that in HNE2 cell lines, suggesting that TRAF1 may be an inducible molecule; More importantly, TRAF1, TRAF2 or TRAF3 were activated in the HNE2-LMP1 cells, whereas TRAF1, TRAF2 or TRAF3 were not activated in HNE2 cells as detected by the immunoprecipitation-Western blotting assay. These data provide an experimental basis for our study beginning from the signal transduca tion pathway for the eluccidation of the mechanism of LMP1 carcinogenesis in NP C.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of ultrafiltration-membrane extracts of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata (UMERRP) on theproliferation and genetic stability of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) induced by cadmium chloride (CdCl2).
METHODSProtective effects on the proliferation, micronuclear rates, chromosome aberration rates, and apoptosis rates were observed by micronuclei test, karyotype analysis, and flow cytometry.
RESULTSCompared with the CdCl2 group, UMERRP with different molecular weights at 0. 8 g/L could obviously promote the proliferation (P <0. 05). Compared with the control group, micronuclear rates, chromosome aberration rates, and apoptosis rates were obviously enhanced in the CdCl2 group (P <0. 05). Compared with the CdCl2 group, UMERRP with different molecular weights could obviously decreased CdCl2 induced micronuclear rates, chromosome aberration rates, and apoptosis rates (P <0. 05). Of them, BMSC micronuclear rates and chromosome aberration rates decreased most obvious in UMERRP groups with molecular weight below 10 000 (P <0. 05). The apoptosis rate decreased most obviously in UMERRP groups with molecular weight ranging 100 000 and 200 000 (P <0. 05).
CONCLUSIONUMERRP could reduce CdCl2 induced micronuclear rates, chromosome aberration rates, and apoptosis rates.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2006;31(4):269-279
In this article, the research of chemical constituents and bioactivities in recent ten years has been reviewed of plants from the 12 genera in Flacourtiaceae related to the medicinal resources in China. The research in China about the plants from Flacourtiaceae was done very little, but many literatures have been reported abroad. The plants from Flacourtiaceae mostly contain the constituents such as aromatic glucosides, lignanoid glucosides, diterpenoids and cyclopentenoid cyanohydrin glucosides et al. These compounds or plant extracts mainly show antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic activities. The research of plants from Carrierea, Itoa and Bennettiodendron of Flacourtiaceae in China is still blank. The systemic research about chemical constituents and bioactivities of plants from these genera will play important roles in the discovery of novel natural products and active constituents, and provide valuable reference for the classifying of plants from these genera.

OBJECTIVE To use network pharmacology to predict and analyze the mechanism of Aconite-Ginger against myocardial ischemia. METHODS TCMSP was used to collect the active compounds of Aconite-Ginger and predict the targets of active compounds. At the same time, target sites of anti-myocardial ischemic injury drugs were collected using DisGeNET and CTD database, and then active compounds and target sites were compared.Analyze and screen out the targets of Aconite-Ginger anti-cardiac machine ischemia. GO, KEGG analysis and Aconite-Ginger drug molecule-target were performed on selected targets using MAS 3.0 and Cytoscape 3.3.0 software.RESULTS 27 common targets of Aconite-Ginger anti-ischemia ischemia and 63 signal pathways were predicted. CONCLUSION Aconite-Ginger mainly regulates calcium signal transduction, apoptosis and MAPK signaling pathway, which can also regulate through toll-like receptors, Fc epsilon RI and other signal pathways, so it is speculated that it may participate in regulation Apoptosis, inflammatory response, enhancement of myocardial function, etc., thereby exerting an anti-ischemic effect. It laid a good foundation for further revealing its mechanism of action.
