Aim: To establish an analytical method to study the chemical components in Zhizi-Gancao-Chi(ZGC) decoction, and investigate its anti-depressant effect. Methods: An LC-PDA-MS/MS method was established and applied. The separation was performed on an ODS C_(18) column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elu-tion. The mobile phase consisted of water/acetic acid( 1 %, v/v) and methanol. The main components were identi-fied according to the UV and MS. The anti-depressant effect was evaluated with mice tail-suspension test and forced swimming test. Results: The components of the ZGC decoction were separated isolated and ten of them were identified. These compounds are classified to iridoid glycosides, flavonoids and triterpene saponins. In addi-tion, its anti-depressant effect was observed for the first time. Conclusion: The LC-PDA-MS/MS method can ef-fectively separate and identify the components of ZGC decoction, which has significant anti-depressant effect. The relationship between the chemical component and its anti-depressant effect needs further study.

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of work improvement in health services technical tool （ ） - HealthWISE developed by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization in a grade A tertiary Methods - hospital. A total of 14 healthcare workers who had participated in the HealthWISE teacher training in a grade A - tertiary hospital since 2016 were selected as the research subjects using a typical sampling method. Semi structured interviews ， Results ， were conducted and the interview data were collected and analyzed. Among the 14 subjects five participated in the training for more than three times. The research subjects believed that they had gained great insights through the training. The ， training had led to positive changes in both individual and team levels. In particular the hospital had established an ， ， occupational health protection system which had been significantly improved in organizational construction training and ， - ， education capacity building and so on. During the prevention and control of the COVID 19 pandemic the hospital strengthened HealthWISE application to ensure the occupational safety and health of healthcare workers. All research subjects provided opinions and suggestions on the improvement of the national comprehensive occupational health protection system for healthcare Conclusion ， workers in the future. The application of HealthWISE in this hospital has achieved remarkable results which helps to promote the establishment of a comprehensive occupational health protection system for healthcare workers on a large scale.

The effects of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) on pulmonary shunt were studied during gen- eral anesthesia and postoperative period.Twenty cholecystectomy patients were randomly divided into experiment group (group P) and control group (group Z). PEEP and ZEEP were used separately after induction. Artery blood and mixed blood from the right ventricle were taken for blood gas analysis and determine the amount of pulmonary shunting before anesthesia. half and hour, one and half an hour and two and half an hour after anesthesia and one hour after the operation.The results showed that shunt in group P decreased gradually during general anesthesia and returned to the level of preoperation at an hour after operation. AIM: To observe the clinical effect of the tonifying kidney pills with mingmuwuzi treating evaporative dry eyes.METHODS: This study adopted the positive drug control,prospective study,random number remainder grouping method to 65 cases of outpatient patients diagnosed with evaporative dry eyes which were divided into the treatment group 32 cases (64 eyes) and the control group 33 cases (66 eyes).The treatment group took the decoction of kidney pills with mingmuwuzi,combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The control group simply use sodium hyaluronate eye drops,both group were set to 4wk for a course of treatment.To observe the symptoms and signs of two groups before and after the treatment,the change of the evaluation index and curative effect were evaluated.RESULTS: The effectiveness of the treatment group was 87.5%,the control group was 78.8%,the difference was statistically significant (z=-3.149,P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The treatment of the kidney pills with mingmuwuzi combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops to evaporative dry eyes is more effective than the simple use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.

Biphasic dissolution test, consisting of immiscible aqueous and organic phase, is an in vitro dissolution method that simultaneously measures the dissolution and partition of drugs. Due to the advantages of simulating in vivo absorption and overcoming the influence of surfactants on dissolution, it has been widely used to evaluate the poorly soluble drugs in vitro dissolution. Based on the relevant research in this field in recent years, this review summarizes the history, dissolution device, theoretical model and application of the biphasic dissolution test. Finally, the prospects in the development of biphasic dissolution test are also outlined.
