Objective To study the distribution of sleep duration in mid-pregnancy women and examine its association with prehypertension ( PHT) . Methods In the baseline survey of a prospective cohort study,943 women in mid-pregnancy were recruited in Guangzhou,China in 2017-2018. A standardized questionnaire was used to assess demographic characteristics, sleep duration and other lifestyles. We obtained maternal blood pressure values, weights, heights, and medical histories from medical records. Multivariate logistic regression was conducted to examine the association between sleep duration and PHT. Results The average daily sleep duration of women in mid -pregnancy was ( 10. 41 ± 1. 67 ) hours, and it was negatively related to age and educational level. Overall,98. 33% of pregnant women had a daily sleep duration ≥ 7 h and the distribution was related to passive smoking. The average night time sleep duration was ( 9. 48±1. 21 ) hours, and it was negatively related to age and educational level. The daytime sleep duration was ( 0. 93 ± 0. 69 ) hours, and it was positively associated with physical activity. The average bedtime was( 22 ∶ 42 ± 1.24) ,and it was positively associated with passive smoking. The prevalence of PHT was 9. 61%. We did not observe any significant association between sleep duration and PHT. Conclusions The mid-pregnancy women in Guangzhou had relatively long sleep duration, and it differed by maternal age, educational level, physical activity, and passive smoking. There was no significant association between sleep duration and PHT.

OBJECTIVETo compare the differences of the T helper cell reconstitution kinetics between HLA matched or HLA mismatched allo-HSCT through exploring the reconstitution kinetics of CD4+ CD25+Foxp3+ cells (CD4+ Treg), CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ cells (CD8+Treg), CD4+CD25-CD127+ conventional T cells (Tcon) and the secretion of IL-17a and IFN-γ in CD4+ T cells (Th17 and Th1 cells) or CD8+ T cells (Tc17 and Tc17 cells) post allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells transplantation (allo-HSCT).
METHODSFrom December 2011 to October 2012, the peripheral blood (PB) of 20 patients undergoing HLA matched (10 patients) or mismatched (10 patients) allo- HSCT without acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) and of 10 related healthy donors were collected to analyze the expression of CD25+Foxp3+, IL-17a, IFN-γ and CD127 expression through 8-colour Flow cytometer.
RESULTS(1) The reconstitution kinetics of CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells absolute numbers were comparable within 2 month post HLA matched and mismatched transplantation. (2)The absolute numbers of CD4+ Treg cells[+30 d, 8.46 (0.36-27.41) cells/μl 1.10 (0.04-8.03) cells/μl, P<0.05; +60 d, 8.50 (1.16-36.20) cells/μl vs 2.73 (0.34-6.84) cells/μl, P<0.05], Tcon cells[+30 d, 72.69 (3.85-211.73) cells/μl vs 13.41 (0.48-96.17) cells/μl, P<0.05; +60 d, 100.85 (16.28-267.20) cells/μl vs 47.75 (6.34-143.04) cells/μl, P<0.05], as well as Th17 cells[+30 d, 2.34 (0.02-6.87) cells/μl vs 0.20 (0.02-1.34) cells/μl, P<0.05; + 60 d, 1.90 (0.36- 7.82) cells/μl vs 0.46 (0.03-1.39) cells/μl, P<0.05]and Tc17 cells[+ 30 d, 1.08 (0.07-15.03) cells/μl vs 0.25 (0.01- 0.81) cells/μl, P<0.05;+60 d, 1.85 (0.63-26.57) cells/μl vs 0.46 (0.01-3.66) cells/μl, P<0.05]within 2 month post HLA matched HSCT were significantly higher than those post HLA- mismatched HSCT. However, the absolute numbers of Th1 cells or Tc1 cells within 2 month post HLA-matched or HLA-mismatched HSCT were comparable. (3) The ratio of Th1 and Th17 cells, or the ratio of Tc1 and Tc17 cells were significantly higher within 2 month post HLA-mismatched allo-HSCT compared to those post HLA-matched HSCT.
CONCLUSIONThe reconstitution kinetics of T helper cells subset were different at early stage post HLA-matched or HLA-mismatched allo-HSCT, which might be help to explain the different rate or the different involved organ of the acute graft-versus-host diseases (aGVHD) post HLA-matched or -mismatched allo-HSCT.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the efficacy and safety of combination chidamide and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in the treatment of childhood acute T lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).
METHODS:
Seven children with acute T lymphoblastic leukemia received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in SUN Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital of SUN Yat-Sen University were selected. 7 cases of T-ALL were divided into 2 groups: HSCT plus chidamide-treated group (4 cases) and traditional HSCT-treated group (3 cases) as control. The incidence of GVHD and other related complications, as well as implantation, recurrence and survival were compared between the two groups, and the side effects of chidamide were observed. All the patients were follow-up until January 2019.
RESULTS:
All the 7 patients were alive and, there was no difference in the incidence of acute GVHD between the HSCT plus chidamides treated group and the traditional HSCT-treated group. The implantation rate of HSCT was 100%, and there were no recurrence occurred. During the application of chidamide, 3 cases showed adverse reactions, of which 2 cases had adverse reactions of grade 3 or higher, and 2 cases were hematological adverse reactions (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia), other adverse reactions were non-hematologic adverse reactions (transaminase elevation, fatigue, nausea, vomiting), there were no serious adverse reactions occurred. In the HSCT plus chidamide-treated group, 2 cases were found that mature lymphocytes were not expressed by tumors, during examing for minimal redidaul disease (MRD). Compared with the immunophenotype and TCR rearrangement at first diagnosis, the results did not support the source of residual T-ALL tumor cells. During the review of MRD, it was found that the abnormal T cells showed an increasing trend, indicating that chidamide might induce leukemia cell differentiation through some pathways.
CONCLUSION
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is still an effective method to cure children's T-ALL. In some cases, abnormal T-cell nonclonal amplification occurs during the application of chidamide, and the children with T-ALL can tolerable adverse reactions of chidamide.

Due to the particularity of ginseng cultivation, the soil fertility of cultivated ginseng is seriously depleted, so that the cultivated ginseng land can not be reused in the short term, and the land area available for cultivating ginseng becomes less and less with the growth of ginseng cultivation time. Therefore, in order to effectively manage ginseng cultivation, and achieve the sustainable use of ginseng land, it is necessary to obtain accurate information on the distribution of ginseng planting space. In this study, the object-oriented classification method based on rule set was used to extract ginseng planting area based on the ZY-3 satellite data in Fusong county, Jilin province. Firstly, multi-scale segmentation of ZY-3 remote sensing image in the study area was made, and the optimal segmentation scale was determined on the basis of multi-scale segmentation results. Secondly, a spectral curve according to the different feature type samples was generated. The similarities and differences between ginseng plot and other types of surface features were analyzed, and a rule set based on the results of spectral analysis was established to achieve the final extraction. The results show that the object-oriented classification method based on rule set can effectively extract the ginseng planting plots in the study area, and solve the problem that the extraction result is broken compared with the traditional pixel-based classification method.
