Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on behaviors and GR, NR2B in hippocampal of the chronic stress depression rats. Methods Forty SD rats were divided into control, model, EA and Prozac groups. Chronic stress model was established by using chronic mixed stimulation. Observe the behaviors caused by chronic stress, including changes of spontaneous movements in Open-field test, learning-memory behavior in"Y"-maze test and stillness time in forced-swimming test. objective To study the relationships between TNF-β gene type in idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC). Methods Eighty-six IDC patients were chosen as IDC group and 95 cases unrelated healthy people as control group in the First Hospital of Jilin University in 2008. The levels of TNF-β protein were detected with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA ). TNF-β polymorphism were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms(PSR-RFLP). Results The levels of TNF-β protein in IDC patients[(1.876±1.013) μ/L] were significantly higher than controls[(1.018±0.645)μg/L], the difference being statistically significant (t=2.674,P<0.01). The frequency of TNFβ*2 genotypes in IDC patients[63.4%(109/172] was significantly higher than controls[47.9%(91/190)], the difference being statistically significant(OR=1.88, X2=6.78, P<0.05). Conclusions The TNFβ*2 allele might related to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC), can also be considered as one of susceptible genes of IDC

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of work improvement in health services technical tool （ ） - HealthWISE developed by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization in a grade A tertiary Methods - hospital. A total of 14 healthcare workers who had participated in the HealthWISE teacher training in a grade A - tertiary hospital since 2016 were selected as the research subjects using a typical sampling method. Semi structured interviews ， Results ， were conducted and the interview data were collected and analyzed. Among the 14 subjects five participated in the training for more than three times. The research subjects believed that they had gained great insights through the training. The ， training had led to positive changes in both individual and team levels. In particular the hospital had established an ， ， occupational health protection system which had been significantly improved in organizational construction training and ， - ， education capacity building and so on. During the prevention and control of the COVID 19 pandemic the hospital strengthened HealthWISE application to ensure the occupational safety and health of healthcare workers. All research subjects provided opinions and suggestions on the improvement of the national comprehensive occupational health protection system for healthcare Conclusion ， workers in the future. The application of HealthWISE in this hospital has achieved remarkable results which helps to promote the establishment of a comprehensive occupational health protection system for healthcare workers on a large scale.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most common causes of nosocomial infection due to its intrinsic resistance to antibiotics. In the host,glutathione(GSH) ,one of the most important intracellular antioxidants,provides protection against high levels of oxidative stress. A decrease in GSH levels in tissues infected with P. aeruginosa has been observed while interactions between pyocyanin and GSH maybe partially attribute to P. aeruginosa infection. In this review,the relationship between GSH and the pathogenicity of P. aeruginosa has been discussed based on the author's own research results and the latest literature.

Objective To evaluate the usage of renoportal anastomosis in the liver transplanta- tion.Method The successful experience about renoportal anastomosis for portal vein reconstruction in liver transplantation was reported,and related literature reviewed.Results Including our case,there have been 13 cases of liver transplantation using renoportal anastomosis for portal vein reconstruction. Among these patients,8 cases were complicated with diffuse portal vein thrombosis,and 10 cases had a splenorenal shunt(spontaneous shunt in 3 and surgical shunt in 7).Complications related to portal vein hypertension occurred in 3 cases(transient ascites in 2 cases and severe digestive bleeding in 1 case)after liver transplantation.There were 3 deaths which were not related to renoportal anastomo- sis.Conclusion Renoportal anastomosis is a safe and feasible technique in liver transplantation for the patients with diffuse portal vein thrombosis or with splenorenal shunt(spontaneous or surgical shunt).

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill (SBP) on coronary vasodilation by analysis of coronary angiography (CAG).

METHODSA consecutive cohort of 300 patients who underwent CAG between January 2013 and July 2013 were recruited and randomly assigned to 2 groups before operation. Patients in the SBP group sublingually took SBP, while those in the control group sublingually took placebos. All patients repeatedly underwent CAG 5 min after administration. The vascular diameter was calculated by quantitative angiography analysis method. The diameter of the left anterior descending coronary artery was measured in patients whose coronary arteries had no stenosis. The narrowest vascular diameter was measured in patients whose coronary arteries had stenosis. The heart rate, blood pressure, and the vascular diameter were compared between before and after administration in the two groups.

RESULTSIn the two groups, there was no significant difference in changes of heart rate, systolic pressure, or diastolic pressure between before and after administration (all P > 0.05). There were 64 patients with normal CAG in the two groups, 30 in the control group and 34 in the SBP group. CAG showed there were 236 patients with stenotic coronary artery, 110 in the control group and 126 in the SBP group. The vascular diameter was obviously larger in patients in the SBP group with normal or abnormal CAG after administration (all P < 0.01). It was also obviously larger than that of the control group after administration (P < 0.05, P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONSBP could dilate both normal coronary artery and lesioned coronary arteries, but did not lead to fastened heart rate and decreased blood pressure.

Abstract: Objective　To analyze the laboratory indexes of patients infected with malaria patients and COVID-19, so as to provide reliable evidence for the diagnosis of mixed infection of both. Methods　The routine clinical laboratory items such as routine blood, biochemistry and lymphocyte subsets were tested in three cases of COVID-19 complicated with falciparum malaria who admitted to Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from July to December 2020 were tested. Laboratory data were stage-wise analyzed in conjunction with changes in the course of disease. Results　Three patients confirmed COVID-19 infection recruited all had malaria infection history. Fever, headache, and other symptoms emerged on the 4rd to 11th day after admission. Malaria parasite was detected by malaria parasite antigen testing and blood smear testing, and all three patients had re-ignition of malaria after being confirmed COVID-19 infection. In the early stage of malaria relapse, lymphocytes decreased, CRP and SAA increased, and gradually returned to normal level after antimalarial treatment. Interestingly, we only found one patient at the initial stage of malaria detection showed PLT decreased, no other unnormal changes in other routine blood results (WBC, ESO) and liver function results (ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL, DBIL, CG) were found from the beginning to end course of the disease. Conclusion　COVID-19 infection may promote the resurgence of malaria, so the relapse of malaria should be monitored especially for the patient with malaria infection history who begin to develop fever and other symptoms a few days after the diagnosis of COVID-19. The inflammatory indicators would be worth able as an auxiliary judgment basis for the effective treatment of the two combined infection.
