The paper is aimed to establish a method of residue analysis for thiamethoxam and to study its degradation dynamic and final residue and its standard of safe application of thiamethoxam on Lonicera japonica. Samples extracted with methanol by ultrasonication were purified with dichloromethane by liquid-liquid extraction and SPE column and analysed by HPLC-UV. The results showed that average rate was 84.91%-94.44% and RSD 1.74%-4.96% with addition of thiamethoxam in respectively diverse concentration, which meets inspection requirement of pesticide residue. Two kinds of dosages of thiamethoxam were treated- varying from recommended dosage (90 g x hm(-2)) to high dosage (135 g x hm(-2)), Results of two years test showed that thiamethoxam was degraded more than 90% seven days after application and the half - life period of thiamethoxam was 1.54-1.66 d. The digestion rate of thiamethoxam was fast in the L. japonica. The recommended MRL of thiamethoxam in the L. japonica is 0.1 mg x kg(-1), the dosage of 25% thiamethoxam WDG from 90-135 g x hm(-2) is sprayed less than three times a year on L. japonica and 14 days is proposed for the safety interval of the last pesticide application's and harvest's date.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2018;24(6):709-712
Objective To evaluate the intra-and inter-rater reliability of MyotonPRO for Achilles tendon properties measured. Methods Twenty healthy subjects were recruited to measure Achilles tendon properties using a novel hand-held Myoton-PRO device by two testers, one of the testers re-tested five days later. The reliability was assessed using in-tra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) and Bland-Altman analysis, and minimum detectable changes (MDC) was calculated. The Achilles tendon properties of the dominant or non-dominant leg was compared. The correlation between body mass and Achilles tendon properties was examined. Results The intra-rater reliabilities of Achilles tendon properties were ICCleft=0.884 and ICCright=0.904; the inter-rater reli-abilities were ICCleft=0.883 and ICCright=0.945. The MDC was 36.64 N/m. Bland-Altman plots showed good agreement. There was no significant difference in Achilles tendon properties between dominant and non-domi-nant legs (t<1.236, P>0.05). The body mass positively correlated with Achilles tendon properties (r>0.477, P<0.05). Conclusion The intra-and inter-rater reliabilities of MyotonPRO were good in measuring Achilles tendon properties in healthy subjects. No significant difference was found between dominant and non-dominant legs. The body mass positively correlated with Achilles tendon properties in healthy subjects.

Objective: To observe the effects of moxibustion at Shenshu (BL 23), Zusanli (ST 36) and Shenque (CV 8) on the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism indicators of rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming, and to explore the differences between moxibustion at different points in the effects on anti-exercise fatigue. Methods: Forty-eight male SPF rats were randomly divided into a blank group, a model group, a non-meridian and non-acupoint group, a Shenshu (BL 23) group, a Zusanli (ST 36) group, and a Shenque (CV 8) group using random number table method, with eight rats in each group. Except for the blank group, rats in the other groups were subjected to replicating the one-time exhaustive model using the weight-bearing swimming experiment. Except for the model group, the other model rats received mild moxibustion immediately after swimming. Rats in the non-meridian and non-acupoint group received mild moxibustion at bilateral subcostal non-meridian and non-acupoint points, those in the Shenshu (BL 23) group received mild moxibustion at bilateral Shenshu (BL 23), those in the Zusanli (ST 36) group received mild moxibustion at bilateral Zusanli (ST 36), and those in the Shenque (CV 8) group received mild moxibustion at Shenque (CV 8) for 15 min. Four hours after the exhaustive swimming, femoral artery blood was collected to detect blood lactate (BLA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), creatinine (CRE), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), cortisol (C) and testosterone (T) levels, and calculate the T/C ratio. Results: Compared with the blank group, rat's serum levels of BLA, LDH, CK, BUN and C in the model group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group were increased, and serum levels of CRE and T, and T/C ratios were decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05); compared with the model group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group, the serum levels of BLA, LDH, CK, BUN and C in the Shenshu (BL 23) group, Zusanli (ST 36) group and Shenque (CV 8) group were decreased, and the serum CRE and T levels, and the T/C ratios were increased (all P<0.01); compared with the Shenshu (BL 23) group, the serum CK level was decreased in the Shenque (CV 8) group (P<0.01), the serum levels of T and C were decreased in the Zusanli (ST 36) group and Shenque (CV 8) group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the T/C ratio was increased in the Shenque (CV 8) group (P<0.01); compared with the Zusanli (ST 36) group, the serum CK and BUN levels were decreased (P<0.01, P<0.05), and the T/C ratio was increased in the Shenque (CV 8) group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion at Shenshu (BL 23), Zusanli (ST 36) and Shenque (CV 8) shows different anti-fatigue effects by regulating the energy metabolism and endocrine metabolism in rats undergoing one-time exhaustive swimming. Moxibustion at Shenshu (BL 23) is better in promoting energy synthesis. Moxibustion at Shenque (CV 8) is more effective in regulating synthesis and decomposition of the skeletal muscle proteins.

The clinical data of 100 patients with grade I and II degree degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis treated from March 2014 to March 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 50 patients were treated with MIS-TLIF, including 19 males and 31 females, aged from 44 to 73 years old with an average of (49.83±15.46) years old; course of disease from 6 months to 7 years with the mean of (22.18±4.74) months; L₄ slippage was in 30 cases and L₅ slippage was in 20 cases, the slippage vertebral pedicles were intact; according to Meyerding classification, 29 cases of I degree slip and 21 cases of II degree slip. Other 50 patients were treated with open-transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(OPEN-TLIF), including 23 males and 27 females, aged from 40 to 77 years old with an average of(50.67±14.36) years old; course of disease from 6 months to 10 years with the mean of (20.56±5.37) months; L₄ slippage was in 33 cases and L₅ slippage was in 17 cases, the slippage vertebral pedicles were intact; according to Meyerding classification, 34 cases of I degree slip and 16 cases of II degree slip. The operation time, length of surgical incision, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage, and serum creatine kinase(CK-MM) levels before surgery and 1 day after surgery were observed. Visual analogue scale(VAS), Japanese Orthopedic Association Score (JOA), and Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) were compared between the two groups before and after surgery. According to the imaging data, the slip rate, intervertebral space height and slip angle of the two groups before and 12 months (last follow-up) were compared. Intervertebral fusion was evaluated according to lumbar X-ray and CT at 6 and 12 months postoperatively. The clinical effect was evaluated according to the MacNab criteria at 12 months after surgery.
RESULTS:
All the patients were followed up for 12 months. In MIS-TLIF group, operation time, length of surgical incision, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage were (118.48±21.97) min, (3.74±0.74) cm, (148.78±32.32) ml, (84.85±16.37) ml, respectively, CK-MM level was (72.31±9.79) μ/L before surgery and (415.12±25.89) μ/L at the first day after surgery. In OPEN-TLIF group, operation time, length of surgical incision, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage were (115.40±11.94) min, (8.46±0.69) cm, (219.27±48.33) ml, (157.69±31.61) ml, respectively, CK-MM level was (75.48±10.73) μ/L before surgery and (506.69±37.86) μ/L at the first day after surgery. Journal of Southern Medical University 2011;31(11):1926-1928
OBJECTIVETo define the planning target volume (PTV) margins in intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for prostate cancer without imaging guidance using B-mode acquisition and targeting (BAT) ultrasound-based prostate localization.
METHODSTen patients with prostate cancer underwent BAT ultrasound alignment before each IMRT session. The set-up deviations, each consisting of isocenter displacements in 3 directions (anterior-posterior, right-left lateral, and superior-inferior), were recorded for a total of 225 times and analyzed with Kolmogorov-Smimov (K-S) method.
RESULTSThe isocenter shift in each direction, which represented an average from all the patients, was 3.56∓2.71 mm, 4.08∓3.99 mm, and 3.20∓2.92 mm in the lateral (RL), anteroposterior (AP), and superior-inferior (SI) dimensions, respectively, and the deviations in each direction conformed to a normal distribution (P=0.806, P=0.061, and P=0.106, respectively). In the absence of imaging guidance for IMRT for prostate cancer, the PTV margin should expand by 8.97 mm in the right, 1.87 mm in the left, 12.05 mm in the anterior, 3.91 mm in the posterior, 9.06 mm in the superior and 2.66 mm in the inferior to allow 95% isodose curve to cover 90% of the clinical target volume.
CONCLUSIONThe ultrasound imagining guided localization, with simple operation, nonirradiation and small systemic error, can be real-time corrected.

Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics 2007;24(1):94-96
OBJECTIVETo reveal the allelic frequencies and haplotype frequencies of fourteen Y-chromosome short tandem repeat (STR) loci in a Tibetan population.
METHODSThe Y-chromosomal STR loci were analyzed from 126 healthy unrelated autochthonous male individuals of Chinese Tibetan using a multiplex PCR system. Allele and haplotype frequencies for these loci were determined by the AmpFISTR Y filer PCR Amplification kit.
RESULTSOne hundred and twenty-one alleles were detected from the 14 STR loci. The allele diversity values (DP) for each locus ranged from 0.4104 (DYS391) to 0.9489 (DYS385a, b), the DP value of these loci were higher than 0.5 except for that of DYS391. A total of 105 haplotypes were identified in the Y-STR loci, among which 103 were unique, while two occurred more than once. The overall haplotype diversity for the Y-STR loci was 0.9998, and the discrimination capacity was 0.9898.
CONCLUSIONThe 14 STR loci above belong to loci of high discriminating ability, the haplotypes are highly polymorphic.
