The clinical practice on real patients is more and more difficult in the present condition of the hospitals. Then, the modern medical simulating teaching is the main direction of the development in this field due to its characteristics, based on high- technology, simulating the real clinical circumstance, and being applicable in practice and avoiding the risk of clinical miscarriage. The significance and main development direction of modern medical simulated teaching will be discussed in this article.

To study the identification of Gentianaceae Mongolian medicine Digeda with spectroscopy techniques, near infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry techniques were applied to study on the identification of 4 kinds of Gentianaceae Mongolian medicine Digeda, and characteristic spectrums obtained were systematically analyzed. In NIR study, the four species of Digeda exist some differences in 4 250-4 400 cm(-1) and 5 650-5 800 cm(-1) of one-dimensional spectra, and show significant differences in 4 100- 4 400 cm(-1), 4 401-4 900 cm(-1) and 5 400-5 800 cm(-1) of the second derivative spectra. DSC curves of them present distinct topological pattern, characteristic peak and peak temperature. Using near infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry analysis can realize efficient and accurate identification of four kinds of Mongolian medicine Digeda, and provide scientific basis for the efficient and accurate identification of other Gentianaceae Mongolian medicine Digeda.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors influencing the effects of disinfection of HBV on dental hand piece. METHODS After polluted with HBV positive serum, the dental hand piece was disinfected with sterilizer at the condition of 134℃ for 5 minutes according different treatment procedures. The samples were then taken and detected HBsAg by the automatic enzyme immune analyzer using the third generation EIA agent. The efficacy of disinfection of HBV was presented by the reaction of HBsAg detection. RESULTS If the dental hand piece was sterilized directly not cleansed using clean water after pollution and dried in room temperature, there were 96.87% of the samples being HBsAg positive, and the polluted but dried hand piece, even cleansed there were 87.5% of positive result, even if prolonged the time of sterilization and the frequencies of vacuumization, the HBsAg positive rate of the sample was still up to 56.25%.But if the hand piece was irrigated and cleansed immediately after pollution and sterilized, all samples were HBsAg negative. CONCLUSIONS Whether or not cleansed immediately is the most important factor influencing the efficacy of hand piece sterilization after pollution.

7.Management of medical equipment in hospital ship
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(10):146-148
Objective To explore the medical equipment management to facilitate the medical support in the hospital ship. Methods The influences and the ship-mounted equipment on medical equipment were analyzed, the requirements of sea conditions for medical equipment management were explored, the hidden risks and present situation of medical equipment were introduced, and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly. Results The problems of equipment management were analyzed in hospital ship, and some countermeasures were brought out including bringing into better balance the relations between various sectors, enhancing personnel, introducing professional talents, trying for the support from the director and etc. Conclusion The safety of hospital medical equipment is of great significance to the hospital ship itself and the patient.Only to strengthen medical equipment management while focusing on the qualified personnel contributes tobetter fulfilling its mission.

Objective To verify the association between common breast cancer susceptibility loci which have been confirmed in European and Asian populations and breast cancer susceptibility in sporadic breast cancer among the Han nationality in Henan province , and to analyze their genotypes in the internal type of breast cancer . Methods In 253 breast cancer patients ( the case group ) and 343 patients who had benign breast lesions ( the control group), rs2046210(6q25.1), rs2981582(EGFR2), rs889312(MAP3K1), and rs3803662(TOX3/TNRC9)were genotyped by SNP im-LDR technique.According to estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)and Ki67, breast cancer are divided into 5 types:Lu-minal A, Luminal B, HER2-enrich, Luminal HER2, and triple negative breast cancer ( TNBC).Results rs2046210(6q25.1), rs2981582(EGFR2), rs889312(MAP3K1)had no statistical differences between the case group and the control group(P=0.421, 0.459, and 0.468), but the genotype of rs3803662(TOX3/TNRC9)in the case group and the control group had statistical difference (P=0.037).The allelic frequencies of rs3803662 between the case group and control group were different in codominant inheritance ( OR=2.19, 95%CI:1.19-4.02)and recessive genetic models (OR =2.06,95% CI:1.15 -3.70).Compared with AA and GA, GG in-creased the risk of breast cancer ( P =0.012, 0.015 ).The genotypes of rs2046210 ( 6q25.1 ), rs2981582 (EGFR2), rs889312(MAP3K1), and rs3803662(TOX3/TNRC9)had no difference in different types of breast cancer. Conclusions Four common breast cancer susceptibility loci from GWAS are not entirely associated with breast cancer risk among the Han nationality in Henan province .Only rs3803662(TOX3/TNRC9)is confirmed to increase the risk of breast cancer .Different genotypes of 4 loci distribute equally in different types of breast cancer .

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;32(2):131-133
RNA has received more attention in the field of forensic medicine and the development of the new biological markers based on RNA shows great significance in the analysis of complex cases. circular RNA (circRNA) is a kind of non-coding RNA which is widely reported recently. Although the regulatory mechanisms of generation and expression are not fully clear, the existing research indicates that circRNA has important biological functions. CircRNA has a cell-type-specific expression with great stability and a high expression level, which makes it meaningful in forensic applications potentially. In this paper, the research progress, the generation and regulation of circRNA as well as its biological characteristics and functions are summarized, which will provide references for related studies and forensic applications.
