To study the identification of Gentianaceae Mongolian medicine Digeda with spectroscopy techniques, near infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry techniques were applied to study on the identification of 4 kinds of Gentianaceae Mongolian medicine Digeda, and characteristic spectrums obtained were systematically analyzed. In NIR study, the four species of Digeda exist some differences in 4 250-4 400 cm(-1) and 5 650-5 800 cm(-1) of one-dimensional spectra, and show significant differences in 4 100- 4 400 cm(-1), 4 401-4 900 cm(-1) and 5 400-5 800 cm(-1) of the second derivative spectra. DSC curves of them present distinct topological pattern, characteristic peak and peak temperature. Using near infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry analysis can realize efficient and accurate identification of four kinds of Mongolian medicine Digeda, and provide scientific basis for the efficient and accurate identification of other Gentianaceae Mongolian medicine Digeda.

CTB protein possessed mucosal adjuvant immunoactivity. The CTB gene was amplified by PCR method from a strain V. cholerae. The nucleotide sequence of CTB gene was 375 bp and shared 96.0%~99.2% homology with other 6 CTB genes. The recombinant plasmid pTWIN1-CTB transformed E. coli strain BL21(DE3) expressed with 0.8 mmol/L IPTG. The molecular weight of expression products was identical with expectative weight by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. The CTB fusion proteins mainly assembled inclusion bodies and the outputs of proteins were approximately 20% of the total bacterial proteins. The CTB proteins possessed mucosal immunoactivity by GM1-ELISA assay.

Aim The effects of antibiotics and anticoagulants on mouse peritonaeum were ob-served to explore the factor of the peritoneal dialysis related sclerosing peritoni-tis. Methods The experimental models of peritoneal dialysis were established in miceby infusing different kind of drugs to the peritoneal cavity and the changes of the peri-toneal membrane for each drug at different time were observed by the autopsy and lightmicroscope for several weeks. Results Amikacin, Cefradine, Zinacef, Ciprofloxacin,Heparin and Urokinase could induce sclerosing changes of peritoneal membrane such asloss of peritoneal mesothelum infiltration of inflammatory cells and of proliferation fibrecell.These changes were irreversible after the drugs were stoped.Conclusion Thedrugs commonly used in peritoneal dialysis may in different degree result in peritonealsclerosis.

Objective To observe the efficacy of a medical disinfectant ultrasonic coupling agent on the killing of five clinically isolated multidrug-resistant organisms(MDROs).Methods From March 2016 to May 2017,a disin-fection ultrasonic coupling agent containing active ingredient,including triclosan and propylene glycol,was used to conduct carrier quantitative germicidal test on five clinically isolated MDROs,the killing efficacy to MDROs was ob-served.Results After 1.5,3.0,and 4.5 minute disinfection time,the killing logarithms values of disinfection ultra-sonic coupling agent to five MDROs(multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter bau m annii[MDR-AB],methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus[MRSA],multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa[MDR-PA],carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae[CRKP],and extended-spectrum β-lactamase Escherichia coli[ESBLs-EC])were all>3.0. Conclusion Medical disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent can effectively kill five common MDROs,and can take the place of disinfectant during ultrasonic examination.

ObjectiveTo study the effect of fluorine on proliferation of osteoblast through extra cellular signal-regulated protein kinase(ERK) signaling pathway.MethodsMouse osteoblasts(MC3T3-E1) were cultured in vitro with different concentrations of fluoride for 24 and 48 h (the concentrations of Fˉ were 0,200,400,600,1000,2000,4000,8000,10 000 μmol/L,respectively).The optimum concentration for promotion of cell proliferation was determined by methylthiophene tetrazolium(MTT) assay.According to the optimum concentration,the cells were randomly divided into three groups:control group (0 μmol/L Fˉ); fluorine group (400 μmol/L Fˉ); fluorine and MAPK inhibitor PD98059 group(400 μ mol/L Fˉ + 10 μ mmol/L PD98059).Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry after 48 h culture.The expression of P-ERK protein was determined by Western blotting and immunofluorescence.ResultsThe optimum concentration of fluorine for proliferation of osteoblasts was 400 μ mol/L.Compared with the control group[(76.12 ± 10.08)％,(2.06 ± 0.31)％],the number of cells in G0/G1 phase[(63.04 ± 8.12)％] reduced and the number of cells in S phase[(9.13 ± 2.08)％] increased in fluorine group (all P ＜ 0.05) ; but the number of cells in G0/G1 phase [(92.11 ± 9.01 ) ％] in fluorine and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) inhibitor PD98059 group was significantly increased(P ＜ 0.05 ).Western blotting results showed that:compared with the control group[(100.00 ± 0.00)％],the expression of P-ERK protein in fluorine group[(131.24 ± 13.88)％] was significantly higher(P ＜ 0.05 ),but the expression of P-ERK protein in fluorine and MAPK inhibitor PD98059 group [(91.33 ± 9.68 )％] was not significantly changed(P ＞ 0.05).The results of immunofluorescence were similar to that of Western blotting.ConclusionsFluorine at the concentration of 400 μmol/L can promote the proliferation of osteoblasts.ERK signaling pathway has played a key role in the proliferation of osteoblasts.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the allelic frequency distribution and genetic parameters of nine non-CODIS DNA index systems of the short tandem repeat (STR) loci (D2S1772, D6S1043, D7S3048, D8S1132, D11S2368, D12S391, D13S325, D18S1364, and GATA198B05). METHODS: A total of 353 blood samples were collected, extracted, amplified, and analyzed from unrelated healthy individuals of Han nationality in Hunan Province, China. RESULTS: One hundred and fourteen alleles were observed in the population with corresponding allelic frequencies ranged from 0.001 0 to 0.323 0. For all the nine non-CODIS STR loci, the observed genotypic data showed no significant deviations from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The Ho, He, PIC, DP, and PE of the studied non-CODIS STR loci ranged from 0.1080 to 0.1950, 0.8050 to 0.8920, 0.7700 to 0.8600, 0.9250 to 0.9660 and 0.6070 to 0.7800, respectively. CONCLUSION Nine non-CODIS STR loci have high degrees of polymorphisms, which may be useful in individual forensic identification and parentage testing in forensic practice.

ObjectiveTo introduction of perforator flaps,muscle flaps pedicled by descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery,method and their clinical application that multiple soft tissue defects of hand are repaire by muliplefoliated tissue flap only branch lateral circumflex femoral artery.MethodsFifteen patients with multiple soft tissue defects of hand were repaired muliplefoliated tissue flap only pedicled bydescending branch lateral circumflex femoral artery.At first,the anterolateral thigh perforator flap was designed and harvested according to the soft tissue defects of hand, then the descending branch lateral circumflex femoral artery was dissected at the same time the segmented perforator flap,fascia lata flap,rectus femoris muscle flap, vastus lateralis muscle flap, vastus intermedius muscle flap and distal spatium intermusculare flap were harvested in need according to distance among soft tissue defects.The muliplefoliated tissue flap was harvested only pedicled by descending branch lateral circumflex femoral artery, at last muscle flaps and fascia lata flaps were covered by skin graft, so the multiple soft tissue defects of hand were repaired in one time.ResultsNo vascular crisis happened. All skin grafts survived well, the contour of all repaired soft tissue defects was good and protective feeling was recovered by skin grafts of all flaps. All cases were got follow-up and the range was from 6 to 20 months(the average was 8.7 months).Wound of donor site healed well, muscle strength of quadriceps and motion of knee were normal. Three cases were excellent,nine cases were well and 3 cases were good, according to upper extremity function evaluation criteria of Chinese Medical Society for the Surgery of the Hand, the rate of good was 80 percent.ConclusionMultiple soft tissue defects of hand can be repaired by muliplefoliated flap only pedicled by descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery. Its advantages included reduction of operation time and treatment, good recovery of hand contour and function. It is a good method to repair multiple soft tissue defects of hand.

UNLABELLED: Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To investigate the bacterial succession on rat carcasses and to evaluate the use of bacterial succession for postmortem interval (PMI) estimation. METHODS: Adult female SD rat remains were placed in carton boxes. The bacterial colonization of circumocular skin, mouth and vagina was collected to be identified using culture-dependent biochemical methods. The changes in community composition were regularly documented. RESULTS: The bacterial succession in three habitats showed that Staphylococcus and Neisseria were predominated in early PMI, especially Staphylococcus aureus and Neisseria lactamica in 6 hours after death. Lactobacillus casei developed on the 3-4 days regularly, and kept stable at a certain level in late PMI. CONCLUSION The involvement of normal and putrefactive bacteria in three body habitats of rat remains can be used for PMI estimation.

AIM To study the chemical constituents from Magnolia grandiflora L..METHODS The ethyl acetate fracion of 70％ acetone extract from M.grandiflora leaves was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and MCI column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as 10α-methoxyalloaromadendra-4β-ol (1),spathulenol (2),aromadendra-4β,10β-diol (3),aromadendra-4β,10α-diol (4),9-oxonerolidol (5),9-hydroxynerolidol (6),3,7-dimethylocta-1,5E-diene-3,7-diol (7),phytol (8),α-tocopherol (9),elemicin (10),syringaresinol (11),yangambin (12).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,3-6,8 are isolated from genus Magnolia for the first time,compounds 7,9,10,12 are first isolated from this plant.
