This article summed up documents , clinical studies , basic experimental studies , and modern scientific researches to review the research results of the relationship between heart and emotion . The connotation of heart dominating mind theory in modern biology was interpreted . And the scien-tificity of TCM theory was explained .
2. Three-dimensional CT angiography simulates operative approaches for intracranial aneurysms
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;30(5):532-536
Objective: To simulate the surgical approaches for intracranial aneurysms using three-dimensional CT angiography (3D-CTA) ,so as to assess the value of 3D-CTA in the microneurosurgery for ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods1 Totally 134 patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by ruptured intracranial aneurysm were confirmed by operation. All the patients were examined by CTA before operation and surgical simulation was conducted. Some patients were examined by the pre-operative DSA (digital subtract angiography). The findings of pre-operation CTA,DSA and intra-operative findings were compared and the clinical value of cerebral 3D-CTA was analyzed. Results1 3D-CTA discovered 162 aneurysms out of a total of 163 in 134 patients. The sensitivity and specificity of 3D-CTA for diagnosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysm were 99. 4% and ioo% , respectively. Moreover, pre-operation examination with 3D-CTA clearly displayed the location, size, and shape of aneurysms, the axis direction of the aneurysmatic summits and the width of aneurysmatic neck. Furthermore, the spatial relations between the parent aneurysm artery, the aneurysm, the periphery vessel and bony structures were also demonstrated. These findings were in accordance with the intra-operative findings. There was no rupture during exploration. The Glasgow outcome score was 5 in 85 patients,4 in 22,3 in 17,2 in 6,and 1 in 4. Conclusion1 The conventional pre-operative 3D-CTA examination can simulate surgery for patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms, and it can help to design the operative approach and improve the successful rate of operation.
3.Advances in the study of precise radiotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(10):-
With the development of computer techniques and medical imaging examining methods , precise radiotherapy is becoming the major direction of radiotherapy for tuomors. Both of tumor control probability and normal tissue complication probability are improved with precise radiotherapy. This paper critically review the value of PET-CT and breathing control in precise radiotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Objective To investigate the evaluation value of spatiotemporal image correlation (STIC) on fetal cardiac systolic function .Methods The fetal cardiac cycle images were collected by the four-dimensional(4D) STIC ultrasound technique in 160 normal singleton pregnancies .The virtual organ computer-aided analysis(VOCAL) technique was used to measure the ventricular end-systolic volume (VESV) and ventricular end -diastolic volumes(VEDV) .The stroke volume(SV) ,ejection fraction(EF) and cardiac output(CO) were calculated .Results VESV ,VEDV together with SV and CO in normal pregnancy were increased with gestation week increase .EF remained constant with advancing gestational week .VESV ,VEDV ,SV ,CO and EF of right ventricle were all larger than those of the left ventricle .Conclusion The fetal cardiac systolic function in normal pregnancy is increased with gestational age increase ,the right heart systolic function is superior to the left heart .

Objective To identify risk and protective factors of the periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage (PV-IVH) in preterm infants. Methods By 1:1 case-control study, prenatal and perinatal data were collected and analyzed between preterm infants with PV-IVH and control group from January 2012 to October 2014. The risk and protective factors for the PV-IVH were identiifed by univariate analysis and multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis. Results There were one hundred and thirty-two preterm infants diagnosed of PV-IVH, in which, among whom 6 preterm infants could not be matched to the control infants in the protocol. Finally, 126 pairs of infants were enrolled in the study. There were no differences between two groups in gestational age and birth weight (all P>0.05). Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis found that BE<-5 mmol/L in the initial blood gas analysis after birth (OR=1.986, 95.0%CI:1.039-3.796), mechanical ventilation (OR=2.913, 95%CI:1.390-6.101), weight gain≤10 g/d in the second week (OR=2.303, 95%CI:1.164-4.558) were risk factors, while number of previous pregnancies≥1 times (OR=0.426, 95%CI:0.229-0.792) was a protective factor for PV-IVH. Conclusions The risk factors of PV-IVH in preterm infants include the lower BE value in the initial blood gas analysis, required mechanical ventilation, and less weight gain in the second week.

Objective To carry on the theoretical research of nursing outcomes and indicators of hospitalized patients with coronary heart diease (CHD).Methods Self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted according to the Nursing Outcomes Classification, and then using it among 14 cardiology nursing experts. Results After experts questionnaire, determined 13 nursing outcomes,63 major indicators and 38 secondary indicators, while eliminated 9 indicators. Conclusion Formation of nursing outcomes and indicators of hospitalized patients with CHD is practical, professional, systemic and simplicity,it can be used as a tool to guide the clinical nursing practice.

Objective To investigate the effects of local wet hyperthermia combined with microwave ablationon tumor growth and serum levels of interferon-β(IFN-β)and interleukine-12(IL-12).Methods An experimental mouse model beating mammary carcinoma was established in Balb/c mice and then treated with microwave ablation after 14 d.Seven d after ablation, local wet hyperthermia was administered once weekly for 2 weeks.Tumor growth and lung metastasis,as well as the survival of bearing tumor mice were observed. The serum levels of IFN-β and IL-12 were detected with enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA). Results When local wet hyperthermia was combined with microwave ablation tumor growth and lung metastasis were significantly less than when microwave ablation or local wet hyperthermia was used alone(P<0.05).Furthermore,the survival of bearing tumor mice in combined therapy group prolonged significantly compared with those receiving either therapy alone(P<0.05).Serum levels of IFN-β and IL-12 were also significantly higher in combined therapy group compared with the other groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Local wet hyperthermia combined with microwave ablation is more effective than either local wet hyperthermia or microwave ablation alone in retarding tumor growth, which may be related to the enhanced immune response.
