In this study, SD rats were orally administrated with oteracil potassium (300 mg . kg-1 . d-1 ) to prepare the hyperuricemia model, and divided into normal, model, Allopurinol, LE high dosage, middle dosage and low dose (200, 100, 50 mg . kg-1 . d-1) groups. The rats were orally administrated with test drugs 1 hour later after being orally administrated with Oteracil potassium. After 7 days, serum uric acid, serum creatinine, uric acid and expression of relevant transporters in kidney were tested to study the regulatory effect of leonurus extracts on serum uric acid, renal function and relevant transporters in kidney of rats with hyperuricemia. Compared with the model group, the leonurus extract group could significantly down-regulate serum uric acid and creatinine levels of rats with hyperuricemia, and increase the urine uric acid level. Meanwhile, leonurus extracts could notably down-regulate the mRNA expressions of urate transporter 1 (URAT1) and glucose transporter 9 (GLUT9), up-regulate the mRNA expressions of organic cation transportanter (OCT) and Carnitine transporter (OCTN) and promote the excretion of uric acid of kidney.

Most drugs need to interact with cell membrane to reach the biological target, so that membrane affinity assay is an important early screening step in drug discovery. However, at present, the traditional oil-water distribution method is still used, a new, simple and accurate method for membrane affinity assay is urgently needed. In this study, according to the colorimetric principle, a new assay model based on polydiacetylene vesicles was optimized through a series of experiments including different concentrations of vesicle solution, temperature, or pH reaction environment. On this basis, tetracaine hydrochloride, 2-methylimidazole and histamine were used as model drugs to measure the membrane affinity constants and verify the between-batch precision of the optimized assay model (relative standard deviation less than 5%). In addition, polydiacetylene vesicles were stable for up to 180 days, demonstrating the potential application of the assay model. This strategy is simple, stable, reliable, with high reproducibility, low cost and easy to promote, which provided a new tool and a new direction for the high-throughput assay of membrane affinity.

Abstract: Mycobacterium senegalense is one of the major pathogens causing bovine farcy, and reports of its infection in
human are rare. Here is a report on a woman who had been taking hormones and immunosuppressants for a long time for SLE
and underwent abdominal soft tissue infection with Mycobacterium senegalense after abdominal liposuction, to provide reference
for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The patient, female, 32 years old, has a history of SLE for more than 2 years, and currently
takes "methylprednisolone, hydroxychloroquine, and mycophenolate mofetil" regularly. Nine months before the patient was
admitted to the hospital, she once performed abdominal, waist and buttock liposuction in a medical beauty institution. One
month after the operation, several masses gradually appeared on the abdominal wall, accompanied by tenderness, one of the
masses had obvious fluctuation on palpation and purulent fluid could be drawn out. The location of the abdominal wall mass
was consistent with the insertion site of the liposuction needle. After the onset of the disease, the patient went to the medical
beauty institution for puncture of the abdominal wall mass, and 5 mL of purulent fluid was pierced and sent for bacterial
culture, and cultured "Mycobacterium Senegalense", after 3 days of treatment with "cephalosporin" antibiotics (specifically
unknown), the symptoms did not improve, so she went to the second affiliated hospital of hainan medical college. After
completing the relevant examinations during the hospitalization in our hospital, in order to clarify the etiology, another
abdominal puncture to extract pus was performed, the mycobacterial culture + identification results: Mycobacterium
senegalense. Consistent with the out-of-hospital results, the diagnosis of Mycobacterium senegalense infection was confirmed.
After 3 months of treatment with "cefoxitin, azithromycin, amikacin, and levofloxacin", the patient's abdominal wall soft tissue
infection was cured. Trauma or invasive procedures can lead to skin, muscle, or bone infection with nontuberculous
mycobacteria (NTM), which can manifest as chronic painless nodules that progress to purulent folliculitis and abscesses. NTM
infection should be suspected when the patient's wound has been exposed to water, there is a history of surgery, and empirical
anti-infection is ineffective. This is the first case of Mycobacterium senegalense infection caused by medical beauty, which tell
people that they should be cautious when choosing medical aesthetic projects and medical aesthetic institutions.

Purpose:
The evidence of adherence to cancer prevention guidelines and endometrial cancer (EC) risk has been limited and controversial. This study summarizes and quantifies the relationship between adherence to cancer prevention guidelines and EC risk.
Materials and Methods:
The online databases PubMed, Web of Science, and EMBASE were searched for relevant publications up to June 2, 2020. This study had been registered at PROSPERO. The registration number is CRD42020149966. Study quality evaluation was performed based on the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. The I2 statistic was used to estimate heterogeneity among studies. Egger’s and Begg’s tests assessed potential publication bias. Summary hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for the relationship between adherence to cancer prevention guidelines score was assigned to participants by summarizing individual scores for each lifestyle-related factor. The scores ranged from least healthy (0) to most healthy (20) and the EC risk was calculated using a randomeffects model.
Results:
Five prospective studies (four cohort studies and one case‑cohort study) consisted of 4,470 EC cases, where 597,047 participants were included. Four studies had a low bias risk and one study had a high bias risk. Summary EC HR for the highest vs. lowest score of adherence to cancer prevention guidelines was 0.54 (95% CI, 0.40 to 0.73) and had a high heterogeneity (I2=86.1%). For the dose-response analysis, an increment of 1 significantly reduced the risk of EC by 6%. No significant publication bias was detected.
Conclusion
This study suggested that adherence to cancer prevention guidelines was negatively related to EC risk.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the impact of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) combined with hypocaloric nutrition on nitrogen balance and blood glucose in patients after gastrointestinal operation.
METHODSForty-eight patients undergone abdominal operations were randomly divided into either subcutaneous rhGH (0.15 IU/kg) or placebo (menstruum) injection daily for 7 days postoperatively. These two groups had similar nutritional intakes. Body weight, blood cell count, liver and renal function, plasma albumin, prealbumin, transferrin and fibronectin were measured at day 1 before operation as baseline and day 3 and day 10 after operation by standard laboratory techniques. Nitrogen balance and blood glucose were measured from day 3 to day 9 after operation.
RESULTSAt postoperative day 10, the cumulative nitrogen balance and the level of plasma fibronectin were significantly higher in rhGH group [13.21 g,(104.77+/-19.94) mg/L] than those in placebo group [-6.88 g, (93.03+/-16.03) mg/L] (P<0.05). Furthermore, at day 4 and from day 6 to day 9 after operation, daily nitrogen balance was higher in rhGH group than that in control group (P<0.05). Mean blood glucose level was significantly higher in rhGH group from day 3 to day 6 after operation [(7.68+/-2.15) vs (5.95+/-2.34) mmol/L, P<0.05]. But hyperglycemia could be controlled well by insulin treatment.
CONCLUSIONGrowth hormone combined with hypocaloric nutrition is effective and safe in promoting positive nitrogen balance and protein synthesis in post-operative patients, which is also beneficial to the improvement of nutritional status and prognosis.

Background Infective keratopathy is a key cause of corneal blindness in China, and fungal keratitis is proved to have a higher incidence and bigger threats in infective keratitis.Researches showed that topical immunology plays an important effect during the development of fungal keratitis, but its mechanism is still studying. Objective This experiment was to explore the critical immunocyte during the process of fungal keratitis. Methods Forty-eight SPF 12-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were included and randomized into the control group and model group. The fungal keratitis model closely mimicking human cornea infections was established in the mouse using scratch followed by incubation of fusarium solani on the cornea, and the mice in the control group scratched on the cornea only.Cornea was examined under the slit lamp at 0,6,9,12,24,72 and 120 hours after operation. The severity of keratomycosis was clinically scored based on the literature criteria. The inflammatory cells were identified using immnofluorescence label, and the number of the inflammatory cells was calculated and compared among different groups and time points. This study complied with the Statement of ARVO in the use of experimental animal. Both Experimental Animal Ethic Commission in Zhengzhou University and Life Science Management Commission approved this study proposal. Results After inoculation of fusarium solani, typical fungul keratitis signs were seen on the cornea.Severe corneal opacifieation occurred within 24 hours and peaked at 72 hours. However, only mild edema of cornea was exhibited and gradually recovered normal in the control group within 24 hours. The clinical score of inflammation was higher in the model group in various time points than that in the control group, and it was seen that 24-72 hours after operation, the score attached peak in the model group with a significant difference in comparison with the control group(P<0.01).In 9,12,24,72 and 120 hours after operation, the number of neutrophil cells was significantly increased in the model group compared with control group (P<0.05),and that in 12,24,72 hours after operation was significantly higher than the 6 hours(P=0.004,0.000,0.001).However,no significant differences were seen in the number of neutrophil cells between 9 or 120 hours and 6 hours after operation(P=0.772,0.323).The number of T lymphocytes in cornea was significantly increased in 72 and 120 hours in comparison with 6 hours in the model group(P=0.000,0.000),and from 72 to 120 hours after operation, the number of T lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of the contral group (P<0.01).The neutrophil cell number was positive correlated with the inflammatory score in the early phase (r =0.593,P =0.000).T limphocyte emerged in late phase but no significant correlation with the clinical score (r=0.315,P=0.062).Conclusions Neutrophil cells play a critical role in the development of fungal keratitis in early stage.
