Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on behaviors and GR, NR2B in hippocampal of the chronic stress depression rats. Methods Forty SD rats were divided into control, model, EA and Prozac groups. Chronic stress model was established by using chronic mixed stimulation. Observe the behaviors caused by chronic stress, including changes of spontaneous movements in Open-field test, learning-memory behavior in"Y"-maze test and stillness time in forced-swimming test. To resolve the problems in current higher education of Chinese medicine,this paper proposed the solution in course setup,which included attaching importance to traditional Chinese culture,strengthening review of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) classics,setting medical methodology,absorbing famous modern doctors' medical cases and practicing clinical tutorial system in undergraduate course.

Objective To explore the effect of different frequencies interference of electoracupuncture on acute stress of C57BL/6 mice. Methods Thirty male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into model group,2Hz electroacupunture group and 100 Hz electroacupunture group.After interfering 7 days by electroacupuncture,all the mice were carried forced swimming tests and tail suspension test,and the immobility time in 5 minutes were taken down. Results The immobility time of forced swimming test and tail suspension test of 2 Hz eletroacupuncture group(32.00±14.73)s,(72.50±20.44)s was shorter than those of 100 Hz electoracupuncture group(145.60±34.62)s,(124.22±21.67)s( P <0.05); and the immobility time of 2 Hz eletroacupuncture group was shorter than that of model group(129.50±33.94)s,(142.23±20.05)s( P <0.05); but the immobility time of 100 Hz electroacupuncture group was no difference with that of model group( P >0.05). Conclusions The effect of 2 Hz eletroacupuncture could improve the behaviors of the acute stress of C57BL/6 mice and had the more effectiveness on anti-depression.

Objective To determine chloramphenicol and metronidazolel in honey by isotope-labelled internal standards ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate solution,and cleaned up on a MCS cartridge.The target analytes were separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18column with gradient elution using a mobile phase made up of methanol and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution (containing 0.05％ formic acid).Detection was carried out using positive and negative electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM),and quantified with isotope internal standardmethod.Results The chloramphenicol and metronidazolel showed good linearity in the range of 0.05-5.00 ng/ml.The recovery at three spiked levels of 0.5,2.0 and 5.0 μg/kg were in the range of 79.3％-96.7％.The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.5％-14.8％.The limits of quantitation were 0.15 μg/kg,the limits of detection were 0.05 μg/kg.Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate.It could be applied to the high-throughput analysis of chloramphenicol and metronidazolel.

The associating rules have been widely used in traditional Chinese medical (TCM) prescription data mining research work,while Mongolian medical prescription data mining work hardly carried out.In this study,Apriori algorithm based on reduced binary matrix was adopted for the data mining of Mongolian medical prescriptions with the provision of the decision support for research and development of new drugs.Twenty-seven Mongolian medical prescriptions for He Yi disease were involved in the data mining with Apriori algorithm based on reduced binary matrix.It was found that Aquilaria agallocha,Myristica fragrans,Zhen He Yi,or Aquilaria agallocha combined with Myristica fragrans,or Zhen He Yi combined with Myristica fragrans were determined as the Mongolian drugs frequently used in He Yi disease,with 80％ confidence level and 60％ support,and two algorithms were output,[Myristica fragrans--＞Zhen He Yi,0.83] and [Aquilaria agallocha--＞Myristica fragrans,1.00].In conclusion,some potential associating rules and drugs with high frequency in the Mongolian medical prescriptions can be fast mined using Apriori algorithm based on reduced binary matrix,providing a new way for unveiling the medication rules of Mongolian medical prescriptions.

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) and acupuncture (A) on the proliferation of stem cells in the subependymal zone (SPZ) of the lateral ventricle and the frontal lobe cortex in hyperlipemia(HL) combined with cerebral ischemia (CI) rats. Methods A total of 72 male SD rats were randomized into control,HL,HL+ EA,CI,CI+A,HL+CI,HL+CI+EAⅠ and HL+CI+EAⅡgroups (n= 9 /group).HL model was established by feeding the animals with high fat forage for 6 weeks and CI model was established by FeCl3-induced occlusion of the unilateral middle cerebral artery. EA was applied to "Sanyinjiao" (SP 6) and "Fenglong" (ST 40) once daily for 17 days for HL+ EA group; and acupuncture to "Baihui" (GV 20) and "Shuigou" (GV 26) once daily for 7 days for CI+A group. For HL+CI+EA Ⅰ group,EA was applied to SP 6+ST 40 first before CI,once daily for 10 days,followed by EA of SP 6+ST 40 and acupuncture of GV 20+GV 26 for 7 days after CI. For HL+CI+EA Ⅱ group,no treatment was given before CI,then,acupuncture of GV 20+GV 26 and EA of SP 6+ST 40 were given once daily for 7 days after CI.The immunoactivity of Nestin and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) of SPZ was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results In comparison with normal control group,the numbers of both Nestin and PCNA immunoreaction (IR) positive cells in the dorsolateral extension and the wall of the lateral ventricle of the brain increased significantly in CI and HL+CI groups (P0.05). Conclusion EA can upregulate Nestin and PCNA expression of the dorsolateral extension and the wall of the lateral ventricle of the brain on the ischemic side in rats with CI,and with HL+CI,which may contribute to its effects in promoting the proliferation and migration of neural stem cells in the brain.

Objective To investigate the anti-fatigue mechanism of Relieving Fatigue Decoction(RFD). Methods 33 male SD rats were evenly randomized into control, model and RFD groups. 21d exhausted swim exercise was used to make an exercise-induced fatigue rat model. RFD group was given RFD in routine doses by gastric perfusion for 21d, once a day. After decapitation, the rats’ testis, liver and blood were taken, detecting MDA with thio-barbituric acid method, GSH and GSH-PX with chromatometry method, SOD with xanthine oxidase method, testosterone and corticosterone with ELISA method respectively. Results (1)Compared with control group, the serum MDA in model group increased significantly(P0.05); the testis, liver and serum GSH, GSH-PX reduced significantly(P0.05); the serum testosterone and corticosterone increased significantly(P0.05); the testis, liver and serum GSH increased significantly(P0.05); the liver SOD increased significantly(P0.05); the serum corticosterone decresed significantly(P0.05).Conclusion RFD may improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in liver, testis and serum, and raise serum T/C level, which may underlie its action in impoving fatigue.

AIM:To compare the curative effect between monocular lateral rectus recession(BLR)and Binocular recession resection(R & R)for basic intermittent exotropia.

METHODS:A literature review using the MEDLINE, EMBASE, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Clinical Trial, CBM, Wanfang Databases and paper collections of conferences was performed. Randomized controlled trials comparing the effects of BLR and R & R for basic intermittent exotropia with a duration of follow-up at least half a year were eligible for inclusion. The methodologic quality of included studies was evaluated independently by 2 authors. Statistical analysis was performed by using the STATA 14 software(StataCorp Texas USA).

RESULTS:Five prospective random controlled clinical trials involving 529 patients were included. Compared with R & R procedure,the BLR procedure group showed lower successful rate(RR:0.85; 95% CI:0.72-0.99; P=0.043)and postoperative undercorrection(RR:3.975; 95% CI:2.097-7.537; P<0.01). The P value of long-term postoperative corrected rate in Meta analysis was decreased near to 0.05 when the included references increased. There was no significant difference in overcorrection rate between the BLR and R & R procedures(RR:0.336; 95% CI:0.049-2.294; P=0.266).

CONCLUSION:Current evidences suggested that BLR procedure is related to lower successful and higher undercorrection rates for basic intermittent exotropia compared to conventional R & R procedure.

The electrical pain perception were determined in healthy Chinese adults and factors were assessed. The anxiety-depression state of one hundred healthy Chinese were evaluated and the general information was recorded. Then electrical pain perception (perception threshold, pain threshold, pain tolerance) were assessed by neuromuscular monitor at the same time. Further study of influence factors such as gender, age, body mass index (BMI), left and right sides, degree of anxiety and depression, etc. were carried out on the pain perception. The results showed that 95% of the reference range of electrical perception threshold, pain threshold, pain tolerance were 4-7mA, 7 26mA and 15-60mA, respectively. The bilateral pain perception in males were significantly higher than that in females. There was no difference of effect between left and right sides. Age was positive related to pain perception, degree of depression was negative related to pain perception. BMI, degree of anxiety did not show association with pain perception. Therefore, gender, age and degree of depression were significantly related to electrical pain perception in healthy Chinese adults.
