1.Resistance Analysis of Streptococcus Pneumoniae in Children with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Wenzhou Area between 2004 and 2007
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
95%).Strains of PNSP were significantly more common than those PSSP(72.56% vs 22.72%),and strains of Sp resistant to erythromycin were significantly more common than susceptible to erythromycin too(94.42% vs 0.88%).Conclusions The antimicrobial resistance of Sp from children with lower respiratory tract infection in Wenzhou area has became a severe problem.Multi-drug resistance of Sp has been observed to chlorodeoxylincomycin, erythromycin, tetracycline and so on.The results will provide some important information for the therapy and the choice of antibiotics of Sp infection.

Mixed-ownership hospitals constitute an experiment of such ownership in the health care sector, attracting high attention as of its birth. This paper introduced the background of such ownership, and analyzed the development of such hospitals in terms of policy, present situation and external effects. The authors, arguing against major challenges, stated their views on such hospitals along with in-depth analysis of key issues in their development.

Based on a field survey of typical hospitals in Zhejiang, this paper drew a conclusion on three models of the mixed-ownership hospitals development in Zhejiang. It summed up the experiences learnt in the practice about how to maintain the public welfare of the public hospitals, how to ensure the essential health services supply as well as the incentive mechanism for social capital.Suggestions were proposed to develop the mixed-ownership hospitals based on the analysis.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(1):6-10
Mild-symptom erectile dysfunction (MSED) is commonly seen in clinical practice, but receives inadequate attention from both the patients and clinicians. Increasing researches have indicated that MSED is associated with not only unhealthy living habits and psychological factors but also the early progression of endothelial, metabolic and endocrine diseases. The diagnosis and treatment of MSED should be based on the relevant guidelines, with consideration of both its specific and common features. The therapeutic principle is a combination of integrated and individual solutions aimed at the causes of the disease. Drug intervention should be initiated if psychological therapy fails. Negligence of MSED may affect the quality of life of the patients and their partners, and what's more, might delay the management of some other severe underlying diseases. Adequate attention to the early diagnosis and treatment for MSED is of great significance for a deeper insight into the etiology of ED, the prevention of potential cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, and the improvement of the overall health of males.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) in treating hemorrhagic apoplexy at super-early stage in rats.
METHODSRat model of hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage was induced by collagenase method. Sixty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operated group, model group, PNS high, middle, and low dose group, 12 in each; 4 h after modeling, PNS or normal saline was intraperitoneally injected into the rats every 12 h, the total is 5 times. Contents of water, sodium and potassium ion in brain, and the diameter of hematoma in rats of different groups were measured 24 h and 72 h after modeling.
RESULTSCompared with the model rats, nerve defect symptoms aggravated, the contents of water and sodium ion in ipsilateral cortex and basal ganglia were significantly higher, the content of potassium ion was lower and the hematoma diameter was obviously less in the PNS-treated rats (all P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONPNS may worsen the brain edema and increase the nerve defect score when it was applied at the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage, but could promote the absorption of hematoma, indicating PNS should be used cautiously in treating patients with large amount of cerebral hemorrhage at super-early stage.

The early histological myocardial ischemic changes in both experimental rabbitsand forensic caseworks of sudden death were demonstrated by the hematoxylin basicfuchsin-picric acid staining method. After the ligation of the coronary artery, therewere discrete patchy fuchsin-stained fibers which in contrast with the normal fibersof light-brown color. The number of fuchsin-stained fibers increased with the pro-longation of the intervals after ischemia. The results were not affected by the post-mortem autolysis. We consider that this method can be used as a routine test ofearly myocardial ischemia in both clinico-pathology and forensic pathology.

Objective To investigate a cure for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) by observing the curative effect on neonates with HIE admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).Methods Fifty neonates with HIE from May to Dec.in 2006 admitted to NICU for treatment(NICU group),which contrast to the 42 neonates with HIE in corresponding periods of 2005 year(control group). The curative effect of three supports and three expectant treatment were evaluated by observing vital signs, oxygen saturation, biochemical test, and the neonatal beha-vioral nerve assessment (NBNA) respectively; Clinical curative effect contained markedly effective and effective which as the total curative effect statistics. Results There were no obvious difference between each group from the means of blood sugar data while hospitalizing as well as the NBNA in 3 days. By contrast, the blood sugar status and NBNA improving of neonates with HIE admitted to NICU surpassed the control group after treatment (Pa
