Objective To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its relationships with hypertension, glucose and lipid metabolism in the physical examination population. Methods A total of 287 individuals undergoing physical examinations were selected as study subjects. Based on the results of ¹⁴C-urea breath test screening for Hp infection, participants were divided into Hp-positive group (n=125) and Hp-negative group (n=162). Baseline characteristics and glycolipid metabolism levels were compared between the two groups. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing Hp infection in the study population. Results The Hp infection rate among the 287 individuals was 43.55%. The frequency of eating out in the Hp-positive group was 34.40%, which was significantly higher than 13.58% in the Hp-negative group (P < 0.05). Fasting blood glucose (FBG), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), total cholesterol (TC) and triacylglycerol (TG) in the HP-positive group were significantly higher, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly lower than that in the Hp-negative group (P < 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that eating out (OR=1.401, 95%CI, 1.142 to 1.717), FBG (OR=3.865, 95%CI, 1.810 to 8.253), TC (OR=4.141, 95%CI, 2.025 to 8.469), TG (OR= 4.259, 95%CI, 2.128 to 8.524) and HDL-C (OR=4.125, 95%CI, 1.989 to 8.552) were factors influencing Hp infection in the study population (P < 0.05). HOMA-IR was not associated with Hp infection in the study population (P>0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of Hp infection is high among individuals undergoing physical examinations, and Hp infection has significant association with abnormalities in glycolipid metabolism, but no association with hypertension.

Objective To evaluate the changes and significance of lymphocyte subsets in the recipients with acute rejection after liver transplantation. Methods The recipients presenting with acute rejection after liver transplantation were assigned into the rejection group (n=17), and their counterparts with stable liver function were allocated into the control group (n=17) according to the ratio of 1∶1 by propensity score matching method. The incidence of acute rejection after liver transplantation was analyzed, and the concentration of tacrolimus in the recipients was compared between two groups. The absolute value and proportion of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were compared between two groups. The diagnostic value of lymphocyte subsets for acute rejection after liver transplantation was assessed by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The absolute value and proportion of lymphocyte subsets in the rejection group were compared before and after treatment. Results Among 17 recipients in the rejection group, 4 cases developed acute rejection within postoperative 28 d, and 13 cases had acute rejection within postoperative 29-180 d. No significant difference was noted in the tacrolimus concentration between two groups (P=0.295). Compared with the control group, the proportions of peripheral blood T cells, CD4⁺T cells, B cells and natural killer (NK) T cells were significantly increased in the rejection group (all P < 0.05). The elevated proportion of NKT cells in the early stage after liver transplantation was an independent risk factor for acute rejection following liver transplantation[odds ratio (OR) 1.774, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.059-2.971, P=0.029]. ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve (AUC) of CD4⁺T cells, B cells and NKT cells was 0.76, 0.73 and 0.77, respectively. The AUC of combined use of CD4⁺T cells, B cells and NKT cells was 0.89, with a cut-off value of 0.69, sensitivity of 0.706 and specificity of 0.941. After corresponding treatment, all recipients were gradually recovered, and liver functions were eventually restored to normal in the rejection group. After treatment, the proportion of T cells, CD4⁺T cells, CD8⁺T cells and NK cells was significantly decreased (all P < 0.05). Conclusions The elevated proportion of NKT cells indicates an increased risk of acute rejection after liver transplantation. Combined use of CD4⁺T cells, B cells and NKT cells may deliver early detection and diagnosis of acute rejection after liver transplantation.

Objective To build prenatal health education programs for primiparities and their spouses based on the concept of flipped classroom.Methods Expert questionnaires for prenatal health education programs for primiparities and their spouses based on the concept of flipped classroom were prepared by searching for original literatures from international and domestic databases. The Delphi method was used to investigate a total of 50 obstetrics experts from 18 ClassⅢ hospitals from Shandong province for two rounds. Results The concentration degree of these experts' opinions was high with an authority coefficient of 0.956 and a familiarity coefficient of 0.958, the determination coefficient was 0.954; the coordination coefficients for primary, secondary and tertiary indicators were 0.617, 0.423 and 0.391, respectively. The final health education program included 2 primary indicators, 11 secondary indicators and 55 tertiary indicators. Conclusions The experts' opinions on the prenatal education program for primiparities and their spouses are consistent. The program is highly scientific and reliable, which provides reference for prenatal health education for primiparities and their spouses based on flipped classroom.

Objectives:Primary cardiac involvement (SSc-PHI) in systemic sclerosis is an important prognostic factor. We aimed to characterize and identify subclinical SSc-PHI using cardiovascular MRI to determine whether disease severity and serum biomarkers are associated with subclinical SSc-PHI.Methods:A total of 26 patients with SSc who had no history of cardiovascular disease or pulmonary hypertension underwent 3 T-enhanced cardiovascular MRI. Measurements included native T 1, extracellular volume, advanced gadolinium enhancement, T 2 mapping, and left ventricular volume function. Troponin T and N telencephalic natriuretic peptide precursors were also determined. Results:LGE was observed in 13 of 26 patients (50.0%), suggesting focal fibrosis, and T 2 mapping was significantly higher in the dcSSc group than in the lcSSc group ( P=0.009). Left ventricular volume and function were within the normal range in all patients, but final systolic left ventricular volume was significantly higher in dcSSc than in lcSSc ( P=0.021). The modified Rodnan skin score (mRSS) was significantly higher in patients with LGE focal fibrosis ( P=0.019). Logistic regression analysis confirmed the association between mRSS and LGE ( OR=1.224, P=0.037). In multivariate analysis, T 2 mapping was negatively correlated with disease course, and was correlated with dcSSc and fingertip ulcer ( R2=0.711, P=0.018, P=0.013, P=0.030). Troponin T was correlated with T 2 mapping ( r=0.555, P=0.049). Conclusions:Subclinical SSc-PHI is characterized by diffuse and focal myocardial fibrosis, but preserves myocardial systolic function. Subclinical SSC-Phi is associated with TNT, SSc disease severity, and complex peripheral vascular disease. These data provide information for identifying individuals at risk of SSc-PHI.

Objective To investigate the influence of the metal nursing on the surgery patients who received cardiac surgeries and had ICU syndrome, in order to provide evidence for improving the nursing quality of surgery patients in the department of cardiac surgery and decreasing the occurrence of ICU syndrome. Methods A total of sixty-eight surgery patients with cardiac surgeries who were hospitalized in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from July 2016 to December 2016, were included and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (34 patients in each group). The pertinent metal nursing scheme was used in the patients of the observation group. The routine nursing scheme was used in the patients of the control group. Patients in the two groups were evaluated with Chinese version of the nursing delirium screening scale (Nu-DESC). Results In the 34 patients of the observation group, ICU syndrome occurred in 1 patient (2.94%). In the 34 patients of the control group, ICU syndrome occurred in 8 patients (23.53%).The difference between the two groups was significant (χ2=4.61,P=0.032). Conclusions The pertinent metal nursing reduces the incidence of ICU syndrome in ICU patients in the department of cardiac surgery efficiently.

Objective To analyze clinical features and treatment outcomes of female children with condyloma acuminatum.Methods Female outpatients with condyloma acuminatum aged less than 12 years were enrolled into this study.Through a questionnaire survey,medical histories were collected,and a physical examination was performed in these patients.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was conducted to determine the genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV).Descriptive statistical methods were used to identify high risk factors for condyloma acuminatum,manifestations of skin lesions,and results of HPV test.The number of sessions of laser therapy and photodynamic therapy was also recorded.Results A total of 51 female children aged under 12 years with a diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum were enrolled into this study.Their median age and course of disease (M [P25-P75]) were 3 (2-5) years and 6 (4-8) months respectively.Of the 51 patients,29 (56.9％) lived in the small towns or suburb of a city,and 16 (31.4％) lived in the rural areas.Only 2 children's parents had a definite HPV infection history.Twelve children (23.6％) usually wore open-seat pants,24 (47％) often took a bath in public bath houses,and only 1 child had a definite history of sexual assault.Among these patients,39 (76.5％) mainly had perianal skin lesions,and all cauliflower-like lesions occurred on the perianal area.A total of 35 patients underwent the HPV test in the exfoliated cells.The positive rate of HPV was 71.4％,and all the HPV-positive patients were infected by low-risk HPV types (HPV6/11).During the treatment,5 patients were lost to follow-up.In the remaining 46 patients,the median number of sessions of laser therapy and photodynamic therapy was 2 (1-4) and 3 (3-4) respectively.The median course of treatment was 4 (2-6) months.After the treatment,all the remaining 46 patients were cured with a recovery rate of 90.2％ (46/51).Conclusions In these female children with condyloma acuminatum,the source of infection may maninly come from the environment,and skin lesions mostly occur on the perianal area.The prognosis is good after laser and photodynamic therapy.

Acute respimtory distress syndrome(ARDS)is an acute diffuse inflammatory lung injury caused by various internal and external lung injury factors.It has complex pathogenesis,rapid onset and high mortality,which seriously endangers human life and health.Pulmonary fibrosis is one of the important pathologic processes of ARDS occurrence and development,and it is also an important cause of death in ARDS patients.To a certain extent,the severity of pulmonary fibrosis in ARDS is determined by the dynamic balance of macrophage-fibroblast interactions.Therefore,this article aims to review the interaction mechanism of macrophage-fibroblasts in the pro-cess of ARDS pulmonary fibrosis,and provide new methods and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS pul-monary fibrosis.

Overuse of antibiotics in livestock farming has enriched antibiotic-resistant genes as well as resistant bacteria in farm animals and their related environments. These antibiotic-resistant genes can spread to the natural environments by horizontal gene transfer and even to the food chain, posing a serious threat to the ecological environment, food safety and human health. With the development of genomic technology, the diversity and ecological distribution of antibiotic-resistant genes in farm animals and their related environments have been recently revealed. Here we summarized the research progress on antibiotic resistance genes in related fields, potential influence on human health, and future research needs.

Objective To analyze the current situation of the official micro-blogs of the health and family planning commissions of provincial level, and to understand its application approaches.Methods The internet crawler software was used to collect the 102 899 micro-blog posts published by 24 official micro-blogs of health and family planning commissions of provincial level,and analyze the information of crawling by using content analysis method.Results At present, except for a number of provinces in the eastern regions where such micro-blogs were active and interactive,most of these official micro-blogs were found poor in operation management, especially in the spreading capacity; their micro-blog content was focused on science popularization(59.50%).Part of the content lacked scientific basis,and was short of planning in their information release form and content.Conclusions These micro-blogs need optimization in operations management,service positioning,information release specifications,and content audit.Such efforts can help improve their spreading capacity,influence and user viscosity, in order to better serve the public, achieve the goal of a service-oriented government.
