The evidence-based nursing increasingly becomes the hotspot of concern and research in the field of nursing. However, nursing staff in China generally lack the ability of evidence-based nursing practice. Because of this, the evidence-based nursing education has been paid more attention to. This paper summarized three main problems in evidence-based nursing education of our country by analyzing the search results related to the research of evidence-based nursing education from four domestic databases: the weak awareness of evidence-based nursing, lack of the condition for implementing evidence-based nursing education; too centralized and old model and method of evidence-based nursing teaching. Combined with related research abroad, possible solutions to these problems were proposed by authors.

Objective To construct scientific and standardized perioperative anesthesia health education content and improve the cooperation degree of perioperative anesthesia for patients undergoing surgery. Methods From March to October 2017, on the basis of reading the literature, through qualitative interviews with nurses of the Anesthesiology Department of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital and 20 patients receiving general anesthesia, a draft of perioperative anesthesia health education content was formed. 17 anesthesia medical experts and 8 anesthesia nursing experts from 11 provinces in China were consulted and revised for 2 rounds by Delphi method. Results The recovery rates of pre-survey and two rounds of expert consultation papers were 100%, and the authority of experts was 0.896. The coordination of expert opinions by using Kendall Harmony Coefficient had statistical significance (P<0.001). The perioperative anesthesia health education content with 2 first-level entries, 10 second-level entries and 60 third-level entries was constructed. Conclusions A scientific and standardized content of perioperative anesthesia health education has been initially formed, but it needs to be applied to clinical practice to further verify whether it is universal, generalized and easy to operate.

Objective? To explore the effects of thinking style on overall health status among nursing junior students so as to provide a basis for psychiatric nursing education and mental health education of students. Methods? On 1st March 2019, we selected 303 junior students of nursing school in Shanxi Medical University by cluster sampling. All of the students were investigated with the general Information Questionnaire, Self-rated Health Measurement Scale (SRHMS) and the Sternberg Thinking Style Scale. Results We put the score of style (original value) of thinking style as an independent variable and took physical health, mental health and social health of junior students as dependent variables in multiple linear regression equation. Results showed that monarchic style (P<0.05) and anarchic style (P<0.01) were negatively correlated with the physical health with 9.8% for the explained variance (P<0.01); hierarchic style (P<0.01) was positively correlated with mental health, and anarchic style (P<0.05) was negatively correlated with mental health, with 21.1% for the explained variance (P<0.001);legislative style (P<0.01), hierarchic style (P<0.01) as well as extravert type (P<0.01) were positively correlated with social health, and conservative style (P< 0.05) was negatively correlated with social health with 29.4% for the explained variance (P<0.01). Conclusions Thinking style plays a predictive role of overall health status among nursing junior students which could be a good predictive tool for physical, mental and social function.
