Early small hepatocellular carcinoma (SHCC) can be cured by surgery and interventional operation to improve the survival rate of paitents,so the accurate diagnosis of SHCC is of great significance.Presently, the dynamic contrast-enhanced MR scan could only obtain single arterial phase imaging by single breath hold, and it had breathing motion artifact because of the long scanning time. The early arterial transient enhancement of SHCC was easy to be misdiagnosed. The CAIPIRINHA-Dixon-TWIST-VIBE (CDT-VIBE) sequence couldobtain high-quality multiple arterial phases images and hepatic arterial dominant (HAD) images in short-time scanning. And it could not only detect small focal lesions which were difficult to find by other imaging examination, but also find the start enhanced difference between lesions which were relevant to lesions property and blood supplement. The CDT-VIBE has a high clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of SHCC.The research progresses of CDT-VIBE in diagnosis of SHCC was reviewed in this article.

Objective To study the relationship between environment selenium distribution characteristic and Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) in the Yarlung Zangbo River banks and to provide some measures for prevention and control of KBD in the north side of the river bank. Methods Considering the geography and KBD distribution,we made a survey in Xietongmen (KBD area),Lazi and Sajia (non-KBD area) counties in 2013 and 2015.Water,soil,herbage,grain food and children hair samples were collected.Selenium of the samples was measured by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results A total of 246 samples of natural soil, cultivated soil, drinking water, food and forage, and 103 samples of children hair were collected. The selenium in natural soil, cultivated soil,herbage,barley,tsampa,self-produced wheat in non-KBD area in the south side of Yarlung Zangbo River bank were significantly higher than those in KBD areas in the north side [mean (μg/kg):288.62 vs 134.90,228.26 vs 160.28,41.85 vs 5.10,13.99 vs 4.02,12.64 vs 8.07,27.44 vs 13.56,U =7,23,0,19,62,0,P < 0.05].Hair selenium in school children in KBD area in the north side was higher than that previously reported, but still significantly lower than that in non-KBD areas in the south side of the river bank [mg/kg:0.221 vs 0.306,U =650,P < 0.01],and about 65.45% (36/55)of school children in KBD area were at a risk of selenium deficiency in the north of the Yarlung Zangbo River bank. Conclusions The selenium contem in the food chain of soilplants-animals (human being) is significantly lower in KBD area in the north side of Yarlung Zangbo River bank than that in non-KBD areas in the south side. It's still a key factor for the occurrence and prevalence of KBD that low selenium in environment in KBD areas in the north side.

Objective To study the effects of pulsed Nd:YAG laser radiation on the marginal microleakage of porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. Methods Twenty in vitro premolar teeth were selected and processed by standard porcelain crown preparation. The porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns were made based on the relevant repair technical requirements. The restorations were randomly divided into control group (group A) and experimental group (group B). The restorations in the group B were treated by external Nd:YAG laser irradiation with power of 1.25 W and irradiation time of 20 s. All the restorations were fixed with composite resin cement, and then put into normal saline under 37℃for 20 d, during which 300 times thermal cycling were performed. After that, the restorations were placed into 0.5% pinkish red solution for 24 hours to dyeing, and then dissected along the longitudinal axis. The marginal microleakage of the restoration was observed by a stereomicroscopy. The data were processed by the SPSS 19.0 software. Results The degree of marginal microleakage of the restorations after Nd:YAG laser irradiation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation can effectively improve the adhesion between the resin and the hard tissue of the teeth, and reduce the marginal microleakage of the porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns.

Objective:To investigate the impact of China's Mental Health Law on the work of psychological counseling in colleges and universities, and to explore ways to improve the law. Methods: Totally 12 heads of college and university counseling centers in Beijing were conducted with semi-structured interviews. The average age of the interviewees was (40 ±7) years old, with master or doctor degrees in psychology or related disciplines. The method of content analysis was used to analyze the interviewees' understanding of the " Mental Health Law". Results: All of the 12 interviewees had gained some understanding of the "Mental Health Law", and accordingly amended the regulation of their counseling centers. Also, interviewees suggested the positive and negative impacts brought by the law, such as enhancing practitioners' legislative sense, clarifying their responsibilities and boundaries as college and university counseling, as well as difficulties to distinguish psychotherapy and psychological counseling, ambiguity in the legality of working with students who were diagnosed with mental disorders. Moreover, interviewees threw out suggestions on improving the law from the aspect of industry standard, supervision department and vocational qualification. Conclusion: The execution of "Mental Health Law" improves practitioners' legislative sense, clarifies their responsibility. Nevertheless, it does not clearly distinguish psychotherapy from psychological counseling, and be lack of regulation on the psychological counseling industry.

Minor stroke is a common type of acute ischemic stroke. Early large-scale thrombolytic studies regarded minor stroke as a contraindication of intravenous thrombolysis. In recent years, more and more retrospective studies have shown that some minor stroke patients can still benefit from intravenous thrombolysis. Some studies are starting to identify patients who are more likely to be treated with thrombolysis, but there is still a lack of evidence-based evidence. This article summarizes the thrombolytic study of minor stroke, hoping to provide some references for nerve physicians.

Objective To analyze the imaging features of pulmonary artery sarcoma(PAS)on CT and MRI.Methods The clini-cal features,CT and MRI findings of 21 patients with pathologically confirmed PAS were analyzed retrospectively. Results All PAS lesions involved the central pulmonary artery,of which 15 cases involved the main pulmonary artery and bilateral pulmonary artery trunks,4 cases involved the main pulmonary artery and right pulmonary artery trunk,1 case involved the main pulmonary artery and left pulmonary artery trunk, and 1 case involved the right pulmonary artery trunk.Five cases involved the pulmonary artery valve and right ventricular outflow tract as well.Nineteen cases of PAS showed complete filling defects in the central pulmonary artery, and the other 2 cases presented with nodular or lobulated filling defects attached to the pulmonary artery wall. The proximal margin of 19 PAS lesions was bulging or lobulated, and the distal pulmonary artery of 9 PAS lesions showed aneurysm-like dilatation. On MRI,all 13 cases of PAS were hyperintense on fat-suppressed T2WI,of which 11 cases were hyperintense on diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),and all lesions demonstrated significantly heterogeneous enhancement or delayed enhancement. Conclusion On computed tomography pul-monary angiography(CTPA),filling defects which grow expansively in the central pulmonary artery, and which have proximal bul-ging shape or distal aneurysm-like dilatation are highly suggestive of PAS.On contrast-enhanced MRI,the significantly heterogene-ous enhancement mass in the central pulmonary artery should be highly suspected of PAS.
