2.Recent advances in the study of G protein-coupled receptor 40/free fatty acid receptor 1
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
Free fatty acids(FFAs) provide an important energy source and also act as signaling molecules.Medium to long-chain free fatty acids can activate the intracellular signal pathways in the pancreatic ?-cells and play a role in regulating insulin secretion as an extracellular signal molecular via binding to the FFA receptor G protein-coupled receptor 40(GPR40). Furthermore,GPR40 is associated with several biological effects including cell proliferation and antiapoptosis of nerve cells.GPR40 act an important role in the connection of obesity and diabetes or cancers.GPR40 will probably become a novel kind of antidiabetic and anticancer drugs.
3.Multimedia teaching physical diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Medical diagnostics is an important subject using basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills in the diagnosis of the disease. However, the traditional teaching of physical diagnosis only provides the limited clinical operations based on the books, and lacks detailed and comprehensive knowledge of important theories of practical application, while the multi-media in the samples on the application of diagnostics can be a good solution to this problem.
4.Clinical Research on Elderly Hypertension of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Intervened with Bushen Huoxue Decoction
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):25-27
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 106 patients with elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into control group (53 cases) and treatment group (53 cases), according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction along with western medicine treatment for 8 weeks. The changes of TCM syndrome, blood pressure, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of anti-hypertension was 94.33%(50/53) in the treatment group and was 77.35% (41/53) in the control group. The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 96.22%(51/53) in the treatment group and was 79.24%(42/53) in the control group. After treatment, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α were improved significantly in the treatment group, with statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine achieves the good efficacy on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
5.Early intervention programs in improving development outcome of premature infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):94-97
Preterm birth is the main factor affecting the lives and quality of life for premature infants, which is also the main cause for a large economic burden on family, society and medical system. It has been confirmed that the bad neurodevelopment outcome can be effectively prevented by early intervention programs, which are including therapeutic developmental interventions targeting the infants,as well as psychosocial support and education for parents. This review summarizes early intervention programs for improving developmenr outcome in recent years.
6.Clinical Analysis of 48 Children with Phenylketonuria
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
20 mg/L again.Children without treatment regulared exam for phe concentration level in blood and test for physical and mental capability development. Results Forty-eight children with PKU were diagnosed in 355 615 newborns who were collected from June 1999 to April 2005.The incidence rate of PKU was 1/7408,carriers with PKU gene was 1/48.There was no significant difference in physical and mental condition compared with that of normal children. Conclusions The treatment results for children with PKU is significant. It has good social and economic value. It is one of the important measures for reducing infant defect and improving population quality.

The changes of morphology, ATP and malonaldehyde (MDA) contents, xanthine oxidase (XO) activity as well as the glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) activity of rabbit aortic endothelial cells under hyperoxia (100% O_2) for 0-72 hours were studied. We found that cellular morphological changes including swelling, shape variation after hyperoxia were time-dependent; after a temporarily increasing (24hr)(P
8. Preparation of Lingyi Formula multicomponent microemulsion and its anti-lung cancer activity
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2014;45(22):3284-3288
Objective: To prepare Lingyi Formula multicomponent microemulsion and evaluate its anti-lung cancer activity. Methods: Lingyi Formula multicomponent microemulsion was prepared by aqueous titration method using polysaccharides solution of Ganoderma lucidum and Coix lachryma-jobi var. ma-yuen as aqueous phase and coix seed oil as oil phase, loading ganoderma triterpenes. The average particle size, Zeta potential, and stability were detected. The results of antitumor efficacy including tumor inhibitory rate, body weight change, immune organ index, and concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 were investigated. Besides, pathological section of tumor tissue and TUNEL labeling were conducted subsequently. Results: The prepared microemulsion displayed spherical surface with mean droplet size of (69.92 ± 8.43) nm, polydispersity (PDI) of 0.060 ± 0.008, and Zeta potential of (-11.30 ± 1.34) mV. Tumor inhibitory rate of microemulsion (57.25%) was significantly higher than that of suspension (45.89%), immune tissue index as well as the concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 were increased significantly. TUNEL labeling and pathological section of tumor tissue showed that the antitumor activity of microemulsion was significantly effective compared with that of suspensions. Conclusion: Lingyi Formula multicomponent microemulsion has a good anti-lung cancer activity.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the complex effect of soman and hypoxia on PC12 cell line as shown by the expression changes in IL-6/GP130, JAK1 and STAT1. Methods A cell model of intoxication by combining effect of hypoxia and soman was reproduced, and it was divided into four groups: control, soman intoxication, hypoxia combined with soman intoxication, and Genistein inhibition groups. PC12 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 and were treated with NGF (50ng/ml) for seven days. The differentiated PC12 cells were then exposed to hypoxia in an incubator containing 5% CO2, 95% N2 and (or) incubated with soman (20?mol/L) for 2, 6, 12 or 24 hours. The expression levels of IL-6/GP130, JAK1, STAT1 mRNA and protein were assessed by RT-PCR and Western blot in PC12 cells. The products were sequenced by Sanger's double strand DNA sequence determination. Results In soman intoxicated group, the expression levels of IL-6/GP130, JAK1, STAT1 mRNA and protein were elevated in PC12 cell, reaching the peak level at 12 hours, and then lowered at 24 hours, but remaining higher than that of control group. In combined soman intoxicated and hypoxia group, the expression levels of IL-6/GP130, JAK1, STAT1 mRNA and protein reached the peak value at 6 hours, being higher than that of control group, soman intoxicated group and Genistein inhibition group. It was shown that the sequences of the products as amplified by RT-PCR were the same as that found in the GenBank. Conclusion Soman intoxication or (and) hypoxia up-regulate the expression of IL-6/GP130. Both hypoxic condition and soman treatment can up-regulate the expression of JAK1/STAT1 mRNA and protein in PC12 cells. JAK-STAT pathway may play a role in the mechanisms of brain injury resulted from hypoxia and soman poisoning.
