Objective To explore the relationship between primary hepatic cancer (PHC) and hepatitis B virus(HBV),hepatitis C virus(HCV),and discuss the relationship between PHC and HBV,HCV overlapping infection.Methods To examine hepatitis B virus markers (HBV-M) and anti-HCV in 206 cases PHC.Results In 206 cases,patients with HBV infection correlation is 93.20％.Most of cases (43.20％) showed the HBsAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive,followed by HBsAg and anti-HBc positive (19.90％),and few of cases showed the other expression patterns in PHC HBV-M pattern.In 206 cases,patients with HCV infection correlation is 18.45％,overlapping infection patients are 24 cases (11.65％).Conclusion PHC are closely associated with HBV,HCV infection that are the important factors in the development of PHC occurrence.We should regular examine the patients who infect HBV and HCV,between 40 and 60 years old,especially with cirrhosis,we stive to make the PHC early detection,early treatment,in order to improve the survival rate of PHC.

Objective To examine the moderating effects of cognitive emotion regulation strategies on neuroticism and depression in college students.Methods Correlation and Hierarchical Regression Analysis were used to analyze the surveyed data collected from 824 college students.Results Among all the cognitive emotion regulation strategies,college students used the rational analysis most frequently (14.1 ± 2.57) and used the catastrophizing least frequently(7.74±2.76).After controlling the effects of depressive symptoms at T1,the standard regression coefficients of neuroticism to depression were significant (β=0.137,P＜0.001).The standard regression coefficients of positive refocusing to depression (β=-0.073,P＜0.05) and the standard regression coefficients of rumination and catastrophizing to depression were all significant(β=0.137,P＜0.001 ; β=0.143,P＜0.01).The interaction between neuroticism and catastrophizing were significant (β=0.0535,P＜0.05),whereas the interaction between neuroticism and blaming others were significant(β=-0.620,P＜0.01).Conclusion Catastrophizing positively moderates the effects of neuroticism on depression,while blaming others negatively moderates the effects of neuroticism on depression.

Objective To study the related risk factors and comparison between adenomyosis and uterine myoma in order to find the same and different ways of preventing adenomyosis and uterine myoma.Methods Clinical data of 200 cases of adenomyosis and 200 cases of uterine myoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of different ages between adenomyosis and uterine myoma (P ＞ 0.05).There were significant differences in A blood type,family history,dysmenorrhea and using intrauterine device between adenomyosis and uterine myoma (85 cases vs.56 cases,9 cases vs.36 cases,163 cases vs.71 cases,104 cases vs.79 cases,P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference in occupation,education,previous gynaecopathia inflammatory disease,age of menarche,menstrual cycle,menstruation,infertility,the first gestational age,parity,abortion numbers between adenomyosis and uterine myoma (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The adenomyosis and uterine myoma may be associated with the stimulation by high level of female hormone.Compared with uterine myoma,adenomyosis seems to be related to A blood type,dysmenorrhea and using intrauterine device.

A large number of animal experiments have confirmed that ischemic preconditioning can produce a powerful organ protective effect,but the progress and results of the conversion of animal experiments to clinical trials are unsatisfactory.It has great significance for studying of molecular mechanisms of ischemic preconditioning mediated neuroprotection,searching for safe and effective preconditioning induced ways which can be converted to clinical practice,improving the tolerance of nerve tissue ischemia and hypoxia in stroke and surgical patients and achieving a safe and effective neuroprotection.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of ischemic preconditioning mediated neuroprotection from the aspects of pretreatment of activated receptor,mitochondria,transcription factor,and protein kinase.

Objective To explore the changes of gastric myoelectrical activity of chronic superficial gastritis after zhizhu capsule treatment.Methods Sixty chronic superficial gastritis patients with dyspepsia were divided into two groups; the control group (n =26) was treated with pantoprazole and mosapride and the treatment group (n =34)with the same drugs combined with ZhizhuKuanzhong capsules for 2 weeks.Gastric myoelectrical activities of all patients were recorded by electrogastrography before and after treatment.The symptoms were scored in 60 chronic superficial gastritis patients according to themodified glasgow method.Results The glasgow scores before and after treatment were(6.12 ± 0.82) and (0.72 ± 0.56),respectively; they were (6.87 ±0.58) and(2.80 ± 1.10) in the control group,respectively.The glasgow scores of the treatment group were decreased more obviously than the control group (t =9.58,P ＜ 0.05).The number of cases in the treatment and control groups which the main power ratio was more than 1 before and after meals was 7 (20.59％),29 (85.29％) and 5 (19.23％),19 (73.08％),respectively.In two groups,there was significantly statistical difference in the percentage of which main power ratio was more than 1 between before and after treatment (x2 =28.57,15.17,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the percentage of normal slow wave and bradygastria before and after meal in two groups[treatment group:before meal:(63.22 ± 10.05)％,(20.35 ± 11.23)％ ;after meal:(68.52 ±13.03) ％,(18.62 ± 10.03) ％ ; control group:before meal:(50.1 ± 16.22) ％,(28.38 ± 17.25) ％ ; after meal:(54.57 ± 18.32) ％,(27.67 ± 16.27) ％] (t =2.18 ～ 3.84,P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical differences in the percentage of tachygastria before and after meal in two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The dyspepsia symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis might be related to the disorder of elactrogastrographic frequency.ZhizhuKuanzhong capsules can effectively improve the gastric myoelectrical activity and relieve the dyspeptic symptom of chronic superficial gastritis patients.

Mitochondria play an important role in energy ( ATP ) production through oxidative phosphorylation pathway and the regulation of cell death by apoptosis. Mitochondrial dysfunction has been implicated in the pathophysiology of a number of neurodegenerative diseases. Glaucoma as a neurodegenerative disorder, mitochondrial oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of glaucoma and the damage of RGCs has received close attention in recent years. ln this article, we reviewed the current evidences and recent advances in the relationship between mitochondrial oxidative stress and the RGCs apoptosis.

Objective: To explore the effect of mast cell before or after stimulation of antigen (?IgE HRP).Methods: To observe the shape and calculate the percent of histamine releasing of mast cell used the staindiing method of DAB add neutral red.Results: The tendency of the degranulation of mast cell was declined obviously after adding HUOXIANG ZHENGQI ORAL LIQUOR. Conclusion: HUOXIANG ZHENGQI ORAL LIQUOR can prevent and treat type Ⅰ hyperresponsiveness.

Objective To investigate the difference in detection results of electrolytes and glucose among arterial blood plasma , venous blood plasma ,arterial blood serum and venous blood serum .Methods Arterial and venous anticoagulation blood and coagu‐lation blood were collected from 54 patients at the same time ,1 tube for each blood sample .The corresponding plasma and serum were isolated .The levels of K+ ,Na+ ,Cl-and glucose(GLU) were determined by using the Johnson VITROS 5600 automatic dry biochemical analyzer .The detection results were performed the comparative analysis by using the statistical method .Results When the sample was serum ,the concentrations of Na+ ,Cl- ,GLU and serum K+ had statistically significant difference between arterial and venous blood(P<0 .05) ,when the sample was plasma ,the concentrations of Na+ ,Cl- and GLU had statistically significance between arterial and venous blood(P<0 .05);but the K+ concentration had no statistically significant difference between serum and plasma(P>0 .05) .In addition ,the GLU and K+ detection results had statistical difference between arterial serum and plasma(P<0 .05) ,while the Na+ and Cl- detection results had no statistically significant difference(P>0 .05);similarly ,the GLU and K+ de‐tection results had statistical difference between venous plasma and serum (P<0 .05) ,while the Na+ and Cl- detection results had no statistical difference(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Some differences in the detection results of electrolytes and glucose exist among ar‐terial plasma ,venous plasma ,arterial serum and venous serum ,clinic should pay attention to make a difference among different types of sample and establish the suitable reference ranges .have certainly difference in different types of specimens even detected by the same system .So we recommend that appropriate reference range is necessary for various kinds of specimens .

OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of the total flavonoid in Fructus Rosae Laevigatae.METHODS:Dual wavelength TLC scanner was selected with rutin as standard substance.The developing solvent was acetic ether-formic acid-water(8∶1∶1);?s=266 nm,and ?R=230 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of Fructus Rosae Laevigatae was 1～6 ?g,and the average recovery was 98.9% 2.397%(RSD=1.39%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate,and it is applicable for the quality control of Fructus Rosae Laevigatae.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in a population of routine check-up,and analyze the correlation between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and metabolic risk factors.Methods Physical examination data of 2 064 routine check-up (aged 45 or more) in the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected.HbA1c,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids and other indicators were measured to calculate the prevalence of NAFLD,and to analyze the correlation between NAFLD and metabolic risk factors.Results Among 2 064 cases underwent physical examination,the overall prevalence of NAFLD was 16.09％ (332/2 064).The male prevalence rate of NAFLD was significantly higher than that in female (18.51％ vs.12.87％;x2 =11.913,P =0.001).In four age groups (＜ 50 years old,50 to 59 years old,60 to 69 years old,≥ 70 years old),the NAFLD prevalence rate was 16.26％,15.63％,16.97％ and 14.72％ respectively.No statistical significance (x2 =0.900,P =0.826) was found in NAFLD prevalence rate difference in all age groups of has.In 50 ～ 59 years old and ≥70 years old group,the NAFLD prevalence rates in male were higher than that in female,the difference was statistically significant (both P ＜ 0.05).BMI,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure (DBP),HbA1c,fasting blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C,uric acid levels in NAFLD patients were higher than the normal population.HDL-C levels in patients with NAFLD is lower than that of the normal,and the difference is statistically significant (both P ＜ 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,hypertension,diabetes,and high TG were the independent risk factors of NAFLD;HDL-C and NAFLD were the protective factors.Conclusions In the Chengdu area of Sichuan Province,the prevalence rate of NAFLD was high,the incidence rate of NAFLD in male was higher than that in female.BMI,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and high TG were the independent risk factors of NAFLD,and HDL-C was the protective factor.
