1.Safety Management of Hemodialysis Equipment
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To discuss the safety management of hemodialysis equipment for safe and effective treatment to patients. Methods The management methods were summarized in aspects of the installation, utilization and maintenance of hemodialysis equipment. Results The hemodialysis patients received the safe and effective treatment through the strict management and the standardized system. Conclusion The standardized management can not only reduce the unnecessary failures of the equipment, and prolong the service life, but also increase the utilization rate of the equipment, and provide the best, safest and most satisfactory treatment for patients.

Objective To investigate effects of cerebral isehemic preconditioning on neurological function,in- farct volume, and the expression of caspase-3 in brain issue after brain ischemia again, and to investigate the brain protection mechanism produced by cerebral ischemia preconditioning. Methods 48 healthy male Sprague-Dawley (SD)rats(weighted 200~250g)were randomly divided into 2 groups:ischemia group(n=24),ischemia precondi- tioning group(namely preconditioning group,n=24).Each group was divided into 4 subgroups according to 6h,1d, 2d,4d after ischemia again. Results At the same point of time after ischemia, neurological deficit in preconditioning group was much less than that in ischemia group, the difference was significant(P

Objective:To investigate effects of depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza(DSSM)on the dental pulp of rats under repeated exposure to +Gz acceleration.Methods:27 male SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups(n =3).The rats in negative control group was only fixed with rats kept-keeling device,in positive control group were exposed to +5 Gz and +10 Gz respectively for 30 s each time,5 times per day,4 days per week, for 3 consecutive weeks. The rats in other groups were respectively given DSSMat 2,6 and 18 mg/kg respectively 30 min before each +Gz exposure. The rats in negative and positive control groups were injected with 0.9%sodium chloride solution 30 min prior to +Gz exposure. After the experiment,The pulp changes were observed by HE staining.Real time qPCR was applied to determine the relative expression of heat sheck protein(HSP70)mRNA.Results:+Gz exposure decreased the activity degree of the rats, and resulted in damage of rat dental pulp. With the increase of +Gz value, the relative expression of HSP70 mRNA was increased(P <0.05).HSP70 mRNA expression in drug groups was less than that in their own positive control groups, but showed statistical significance only in the 18 mg/kg and +10 Gz group(P <0.05).Conclusion:+Gz exposure may dam-age dental pulp.DSSMhas certain protective effect under +Gz exposure.

Objective To measure and analyze the staffing standards of family doctor interdisciplinary team by means of the WHO workload indicator of staffing need (WISN)method, for reference of the government in building family doctor interdisciplinary teams. Methods 150 community health centers in 16 provinces were selected. The related data from 150 centers were collected to analyze the population served by each family doctor, and the staffing standards of family doctor interdisciplinary team by means of the WHO workload indicator of staffing need(WISN)method. Results There were 10 721 community health professionals in the sample centers which provide 132.14 million standard equivalents of service to the public.1 9 6 1 6 community health professionals were needed to ensure the quality of service and no extra workload after work for professionals.Averagely, each family doctor can serve 1 558 residents, who needs 1.3~1.5 nurses or public health workers. Conclusions A huge gap was found for community health professionals. The population served by each family doctor should be lowered compared to the governmental requirement and more nurses should be introduced to the family doctor interdisciplinary team.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1988;0(06):-
Objective: To compare the effects of HRT joint Fluoxetine with HRT only in treating menopausal patients with anxiety/depressive symptom. Method: 66 Menopausal Patients who met the criteria of depression of ICD-10 co-morbid with anxiety were evaluated with HAMD, HAMA and TESS in terms of effects and side effects. All subjects were divided into three groups. The first group included 23 patients treated with HRT only, the second group included 23 patients treated with HRT joint Fluoxetine, and the third group included 20 patients treated with HRT joint Fluoxetine and psychotherapy. Results:All of the three groups showed significant improvement after 6 weeks treatment in terms of HAMD scores. There was no significant difference between the first group and the second group, the second group and the third group, meanwhile there was significant difference between the first group and the third group(P

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(42):174-175
BACKGROUND:The long-term contraction of skeletal muscle can lead to the decrease of resting potential, affect its contraction, and result in the occurrence of fatigue. Whether acupuncture and injury-free magnetic lifting needle are effective on the recovery of resting potential? OBJECTIVE: To observe and compare the influence on the recovery of resting potential of skeletal muscle by taking acupuncture and magnetic needle as the recovery means.DESIGN: A controlled study.SETTINGS: College of Physical Education, Shanxi Normal University;Binzhou College of Shandong Province.MATERIALS: Thirty experimental toads, which were provided by Beijing University of Physical Education, were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=10), magnetic needle group (n=10), magnetic needle+pressing group (n=10). Left and right semitendinosus muscles were taken as controls.METHODS: The in vitro toad's semitendinosus muscles (experimental side and control side) were treated with electrostimulation for 40 minutes, and then the resting potential of skeletal muscular cells were measured with the intracellular glass microelectrode technique. After the electrostimulation, filiform needle acupuncture, magnetic needle, magnetic needle plus pressing were also given.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The resting potentials were observed before exercise, after electrostimulation and other treatments in the groups.RESULTS: ① The resting potentials of skeletal muscular cells after electrostimulation were decreased as compared with those before electrostimulation [experimental side: (59.48±7.37), (84.54±5.72) mV; control side:(59.43±7.14), (83.62±5.86) mV]. ② After the treatments of acupuncture, magnetic lifting needle, magnetic lifting needle plus pressing, the decreased resting potentials after electrostimulation were obviously recovered (P < 0.01). ③ The recovered percentage of resting potential in the magnetic needle group was obviously smaller than those in the acupuncture group and magnetic needle+pressing group [(42.50±12.41)%, (53.71±10.93)%,(49.10±8.39)%, P < 0. 01].CONCLUSION: Acupuncture, magnetic lifting needle, magnetic lifting needle plus pressing plays a role in promoting the recovery of resting potential of skeletal muscular cells after long-term electrostimulation, and the effect of simple magnetic needle is smaller than that of acupuncture and magnetic needle plus pressing.
