1.The Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Stroke

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of depression, and on the quality of life of patients with depression after stroke. Methods Firstly, we randomly divided the patients with depression after stroke into two groups, the study group with 90 patients, and the control group with 90 patients. And then we evaluated the best way of clinical care for the disease by observing the incidence of depression and the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The incidence of depression in patients in the two groups decreased after nursing intervention. The decreasing degree of the study group was more significant than the control group, and the differences had statistical significance ( <0.05) . Life quality of patients of the two groups were improved. The study group had more significant effect than the control group, the differences had statistical significance ( < 0.05) .Conclusion Enhancing the psychological nursing intervention is valuable in clinical application to improve the mood state of patients with cerebral stroke, reduce the incidence of depression after stroke, promote rehabilitation exercise, and improve life quality.
2.Correlation of levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 with carotid intima-media thickness in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the correlation of levels of Hyperhomocysteinemia (Hcy) and Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) with intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with essential hypertension (EH).Methods 100 cases with EH and 30 healthy control subjects were selected.The levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The IMT was detected by high-resolution ultrasound which as a index of large vessels atherosclerosis.Results The levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 in EH group were significantly higher than those in control group( t =4.52,4.78,4.19,all P < 0.05 ).With the increased level of blood pressure classification IMT progressively thicker,and carotid atherosclerosis extent gradually increased,Hcy and MMP-9 increased significantly.The levels of Hcy and MMP-9 were significantly higher showed significant diference( all P <0.05 ) ; the levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 were positively correlated with IMT ( r =0.352,0.326,all P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The levels of serum Hey and MMP-9 rere positively correlated with IMT in EH patients,and it suggested that Hcy and MMP-9 participate the pathological process of arteriosclerosis.

4.Construction of Sense and Antisense of Human Heparanase and Green Fluorescent Protein Eukaryotic Co-expressing Vectors and Their Expression in Pancreatic Cancer Cell Lines SW1990

Objective To construct sense and antisense of human heparanase and green fluorescent protein eukaryotic expressing vectors and then transfect these vectors into Pancreatic Cancer Cell Lines SW1990.Methods The human Heparanase cDNA fragment contained in the pcDNA3 Hpa vector was cloned into the enhanced green fluorescent protein eukaryotic expressing vector pIRES2-EGFP in cis-direction or trans-direction.The recombinant vectors were identified by digestion of BamH I and further identified by DNA sequencing.The recombinant were transfected to pancreatic cancer cells SW1990 by liposome method.After 24h,the transfected cells were observed under fluorescent inverted microscope.Results After digested by BamH I,two fragments with the length of 5.3 kb and 1.7 kb were formed in sense fluorescent eukaryotic expressing vector,while two other fragments with the length of 6.5 kb and 0.5 kb were formed in antisense fluorescent vector.The DNA sequencing was also confirmed the linking direction of sense and antisense recombinant.Green fluorescence of the transfected cells could be observed under fluorescent inverted microscope after 48h of transfection.Conclusion Human heparanase sense and antisense fluorescent eukaryotic expressing vectors are successfully constructed and transfected to human pancreatic cancer cell lines.
5.Analysis on results of blood routine and partial biochemical indexes in elderly patients with fatty liver

Objective To study the clinical significance of blood routine and partial biochemical indexes in elderly patients with fatty liver .Methods Totally 530 elderly people undergoing the physical examination in our hospital during October 2015 were se‐lected and divided into the fatty liver group(166 cases) and non‐fatty liver group(364 cases) .The blood routine ,blood lipid and liver function were detected and analyzed .Results WBC count ,eosinophil proportion (EO% ) ,hemoglobin (Hb) concentration ,RBC count ,hematocrit(HCT) ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) ,RBC distri‐bution width(RDW) and platelet distribution width(PDW) had statistically differences between the fatty liver group and the non‐fatty liver group(P<0 .01);the lymphocyte proportion ,monocytes proportion ,mean corpuscular volume(MCV) and mean platelet volume(MPV) in the fatty liver group were significantly increased(P<0 .05) and platelet(PLT) count was significantly decreased (P<0 .05) ,and the differences of other indexes had no statistical significance(P>0 .05);the levels of triglyceride(TG) ,cholesterol (TC) ,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) had statistical difference between the fatty liver group and the non‐fatty liver group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The changes of blood indexes exist in the elderly patients with fatty liver .The regular detection of blood routine ,blood lipid and liver function can be conducive to early diagnosis and treatment in the patients with fatty liver .

7.Exploring the Path of Clinical Pharmacy and Developing the Characteristics of Pharmaceutical Care in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To establish the breakthrough point and characteristics of clinical pharmaceutical care in our hospital.METHODS: Based on the status quo of ADR monitoring,the quality of clinical pharmacist were improved by strengthening vocational training at the platform of Pharmaceutical Information of the First Hospital and Nantong Pharmaceutical Affair Network.RESULTS: ADR monitoring in our hospital was improved significantly.The concept of pharmaceutical care had been further promoted.Pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists have been gradually accepted by physicians,nurse and patients.The level of pharmaceutical care was promoted remarkably in the clinic practice.CONCLUSIONS: The progression of clinical pharmacy was a step-by-step process.We should take a matter-of-fact attitude and advance the development of clinical pharmacy.
8.Progress of microRNA in esophageal cancer

MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small molecular non-coding RNA, which plays important roles in biological processes such as cell differentiation, proliferation, invasion and apoptosis by regulating the expression of target mRNA. Some miRNAs have the functions of oncogene or tumor suppressors in tumor genesis and development. In recent years, the study of miRNA on the early diagnosis, clinical staging, personalized treatment and prognostic evaluation in esophageal cancer is on the rise. Discoveries of miRNAs with close relations to esophageal cancer will be reviewed.
9.Qingyi Decoction Combined with Mirabilite Treat Severe Acute Pancreatitis(SAP)

[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of SAP treated with Qingyi Decoction combined with mirabilite. [Method] Select 103 such cases, ran-domly divide them into treatment group 56 cases and control group 47 cases;both were given basic treatment of fasting, gastrointestinal decompression and anti-infection; the treatment group was added with Qingyi Decoction by nasal feeding and enema, and outer application of mirabilite. After treatment, compare their sitiuations of abdominal pain and distension, vomiting and nausea, recovery and relieve of life signs, in-hospital time and complications. [Result] The effecitve rate was 98.21% for treatment group, and 80.85% for control one, the difference between them had statistical meaning; the observa-tion indexes were better in treatment group than other one, with difference of statistical meaning. [Conclusion] Qingyi Decoction combined with mirabilite treating SAP can promote early recovery of gastro-intestinal function, effectively reduce infection, abdominal abscess, false cyst and other compli-cations, as wel as improve the prognosis.
10.Investigation of family environment and parental rearing of patients with depression

Objective:To explore the features of family environment and parental rearing of the patients with depression.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with depression and 100 healthy volunteer were assessed with the family environment scale(FES-CV) and egna minnen av barndoms uoofostran(EMBU).Results:Compared with normal controls,the scores of factors of cohesion,emotion expression,independence,achievement,entertainment and sense of organization of the depressive family were obviously lower(P0.05).Compared with normal controls,the scores of parental warmth and understanding were lower in the depressive family(P
