China Pharmacy 2016;27(24):3348-3349,3350
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Cinobufacini capsule in the treatment of tumor patients with intractable hiccup. METHODS:120 tumor patients with intractable hiccup were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases) and control group (60 cases) according to the random number table. Control group received conventional treatment,treat-ment of primary disease, and the basic treatment of Methoxy metoclopramide tablets 10 mg,tid and intraorbital pressure on neural network method;observation group additionally received Cinobufacini capsule,2 capsules once,3 times a day. 1-week was regard-ed as a treatment course, and it lasted 4 courses. Clinical efficacy,Karnofsky functional status(KPS)score and disappearance time of hiccup were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was evaluated by TESS scale. RESULTS:After treatment, the to-tal effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, the disappearance time of hiccup and TESS score were significantly shorter than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the KPS score;after treatment, the KPS score in 2 groups was significant higher than before, and observa-tion group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Both efficacy and safety of Cinobufacini capsule in the treatment of intractable hiccup are good, and it can shorten hiccup duration.

Objective To explore the effect of Babu patch combined with Bufei-Zhengqi decoction on lung function and immunological indexes of pulmonary heart disease with Fei qi deficiency. Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into study group and control group, 50 in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, the study group was treated with routine therapy and integrated Chinese medicine therapy (Babu patch combined with Bufei-Zhengqi decoction). Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The effect of the two groups, and the lung function index, immunological indexes and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in study group was 96.0% (48/50), the total effective rate in control group 84.0% (42/50), and there was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2=8.130, P=0.043). After treatment, the lung function indexes FEV1 (65.26% ± 5.34%vs. 61.52% ± 6.21%,t=3.229), FEV1/FVC (67.59% ± 5.86%vs. 64.68% ± 5.52%,t=2.556) of study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The IgA (2.37 ± 0.53 g/Lvs. 1.83 ± 0.76 g/L,t=4.121) in study group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions The application of Babu patch combined withBufei-Zhengqi decoction therapy, meet the requirements of treatment, improve lung function and immune function.
5.Apoptosis of photoreceptor cell in experimental model of retinal detachment in mice
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 1999;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the apoptosis of photoreceptor cells in experimental model of retinal detachment in mice. Methods Thirty-six adult C57Bl/6J mice were divided into 2 groups: retinal detachment model was set up in the left eyes of 18 mice by subretinal injection with 1.4% sodium hyaluronate in the experimental group, while the left eyes of other 18 mice underwent scleral puncture only as the control. The retinal sections were stained with histochemical and immunofluorescent staining and examined by confocal microscopy 1,3,7 and 28 days after injection. eye enucleated, and retinal sections studied by histochemistry, immunofluorescence labeling, and confocal microscopy. Rods, cones, and apoptotic cells were labeled by antibodies of anti-rod and anti-cone cells, and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL), respectively. Photoreceptor cell apoptosis and cell loss were assessed quantitatively by counting both surviving and apoptotic rod and cone cells. Results TUNEL-positive cells were only found in the outer nuclear layer (ONL) of the detached portion of the retina, which were detected at the 1st day after the detachment. The apoptosis of the cells reached the peak at the 3rd day and decreased sharply after 7 days. Photoreceptor cell loss of both rod and cone cells followed a similar time course after retinal detachment. Conclusion Apoptosis is a major pathological degeneration of photoreceptor cell death after retinal detachment.

Before 45 h after the treatment ,MAP ,CI ,SV and SI of the treatment group were still significantly lower than the control group (P<0 .05) ,however ,there were no statistically difference after 90 h except PAWP (P>0 .05) .HR ,SVR and TFC of the treatment group were significantly higher than control after 90 h ,however ,the difference was not statistically significant of PVR in two groups .Conclusion Monitoring the hemodynamic changes during the treatment by Warfarin in posttraumatic pulmonary embolism patients can provide an important basis for the assessment and treatment of these diseases .
9.Advances in childhood arterial ischemic stroke
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(4):318-321
A wide range of underlying systemic factors have been reported in the setting of childhood stroke. Emerging research demonstrates that non-atherosclerotic intracerebral arteriopathies are the main risk factors. Minor infections may play a role in arteriopathies. Nonspecific presentation and doctor' s lacking awareness of pediatric stroke both contribute to initial misdiagnoses that result in delays in management. Acute management of children with stroke is primarily supportive including control of fever, blood pressure normalization to accepted age ranges, normalization of glucose, and maintenance of normal oxygenation, but there is no golden standard therapy at home and abroad. For secondary stroke prevention, the majority of children are treated with adult stroke therapeutic schedule. The prognosis of childhood stroke is not satisfactory. Many of these children are left with permanent neurologic deficits including injury of motor, sensory and cognitive defect and epilepsy.
10.Current research of early high dose amino acids in parenteral nutrition of preterm infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(5):469-472
With the obvious increasing of the survival of preterm infants in recent years, more and more attention to nutritional status has been attracted.Due to intrauterine undernutrition, preterm infants are on the demand of high calorie after birth, especially the very low and extremely low birth weight infants. However, simple gastrointestinal feeding often cannot meet the demand of nutrition and metabolism in these infants. Therefore, parenteral nutrition is considered to be an important method to obtain energy.Recently, application of large dose of intravenous amino acids during the early postnatal period has been widely used in foreign countries. It has been demonstrated that implementation of this strategy is not only safe, but also helpful on the improvement of preterm infants growth and nutritional status. Thus, establishment of parenteral nutritional support rapidly after birth is very necessary for preterm infants to catch up with intrauterine growth rate.
