Objective To assess follow-up work status for the patients with breast cancer and analyze the impact factor of the follow-up rate. Methods 331 female patients with complete clinical data in diagnosis and treatment with breast cancer from December 2006 to November 2008 in Shanxi Cancer Hospital were follow-up investigated by telephone. With Logistic regression method, the analysis was preformed on the impact related factors of follow-up effect. Results Telephone follow-up rate was 82.8 % (274/331).There was significant difference on the long-term residence between follow-up group and missing group (Fisher exact probability method,P =0.045),the results of regression analysis showed that follow-up results were influenced by the patient's occupation (β=-0.279,s-x =0.116,Wald =5.806,P =0.016,OR =0.757,95 % CI 0.603-0.949).Conclusion The telephone investigation for breast cancer patients is an important way for postoperative follow-up.The occupation of patient might influence the investigate results.

Recent years, the development of medical devices kits is rapid. How to make the technical evaluation of medical devices kits more perfect bases on the two major principles of safe and effective, and to make kits in the market more normative and orderly, these issues for technical evaluation have to be considered. This article makes a study on current situation of production, classification of management and registration status, combined with existing regulations and related standards, and discusses technical evaluation related issues.

Objective To investigate the effects of thermosensitive moxibustion on psoriasis model rats'skin; To discuss its mechanism based on JAK3/STAT3 signaling pathway. Methods 5%imiquimod cream was used on the skin of rats back and along the route of the Sanjiao meridian of hand-shaoyang for psoriasis modeling. The SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and treaament group. The treatment group received moxibustion therapy at"Waiguan"for 40 minutes each time for 7 consecutive days, and were divided into moxibustion group and thermosensitive moxibustion group according to sensitization state.HE staining was used to observe pathological changes in skin lesions, and ELISA was used to detect serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-1 and IL-23 levels.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive expressions of p-JAK3 and p-STAT3 in the skin lesion tissue, and RT-qPCR was used to detect the mRNA expressions of JAK3,STAT3,IL-17A and IL-17F in the skin lesion tissue. Results Compared with the normal group, model group rats were with protruding and thickened skin lesions accompanied by extensive infiltration of inflammatory cells, the contents of serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-23 significantly increased(P<0.01),and the positive expressions of p-JAK3 and p-STAT3 in the skin lesion tissue significantly increased(P<0.01),the mRNA expressions of JAK3,STAT3,IL-17A and IL-17F significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the thickness of the spinous layer in the skin lesions of rats in the thermosensitive moxibustion group was reduced, and there was no significant infiltration of inflammatory cells. The contents of serum TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-23 significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the positive expressions of p-JAK3 and p-STAT3 in skin lesion tissue significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),the mRNA expressions of JAK3,STAT3,IL-17A and IL-17F significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the moxibustion group, the serum contents of TNF-α and IL-1β in the thermosensitive moxibustion group were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the positive expression of p-JAK3 in the skin lesion tissue was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion can improve the pathological symptoms of psoriasis model rats. Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the JAK3/STAT3 signaling pathway, reduction of regulatory T cell-17 differentiation and secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Objective:To investigate the infection rate in close contacts of COVID-19 patients before and after the last negative nucleic acid test, evaluate the effect of dynamic nucleic acid test in determining the infectivity of COVID-19 patients. Methods:Dynamic nucleic acid test results of COVID-19 cases were collected in a retrospective cohort study. COVID-19 cases with negative nucleic acid test results before their first positive nucleic acid tests were selected as study subjects. Close contacts of the index cases and the secondary close contacts were kept isolation for medical observation to assess their risk of infection. Results:This study included 89 confirmed cases from two local COVID-19 epidemics in Ningbo. A total of 5 609 close contacts were surveyed, the overall infection rate was 0.20%. No close contacts of the COVID-19 cases before the last negative nucleic acid test were infected, and the infection rate in the close contacts of the COVID-19 cases after the last negative nucleic acid test was 1.33%, all of these close contacts lived together with the index cases. No secondary close contacts were infected.Conclusion:COVID-19 patient becomes infectious after the last nucleic acid is negative, and has no infectivity before the last nucleic acid negative.
