Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the patients with schizophrenia to make troubles and accidents likely ,to provide scientific evidence for preventing and controlling these patients to make troubles and accidents effectively .Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia to make troubles and accidents likely were randomly extracted and assigned to the study group from psychiatric department of this hospital .100 ordinary patients were divided into control group .Their data on illness were sur-veyed and analyzed retrospectively .The difference of the general condition and illness data along with mental symptoms between the both group were compared .Results The proportion of patients to be man peasant ,in rural area ,no a spouse and medical insurance , to have a lower degree of culture and to be 20 - 39 years old in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0 .05) .The social support and economic conditions of family in the study group were significantly poorer than those in the control group(P< 0 .05) .The proportion of patients to be paranoid schizophrenia ,to have a complications and the positive score of the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) in the study group were significant higher than those in the control group but the negative score of PANSS and the course of disease were significantly lower (P< 0 .05) .The proportion of patients to have posi-tive symptoms such as illusion and delusion in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) . But the proportion of patients to have negative symptoms such as avoid social and emotional dull in the study group were signifi -cantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The positive symptoms contribute to making troubles and acci-dents in SP patients .The patients to be paranoid schizophrenia ,a man and peasant ,in prime of life ,in rural area ,no a spouse and to have a lower degree of culture maybe make troubles and accidents more likely .Having a poor social support and economic conditions of family and no medical insurance cause the probability of their making troubles and accidents increase .

Objective To evaluate the value of CT Angiography (CTA)in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms in patients with a-cute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH )with Meta analysis. Methods A systematic search in PubMed,MEDLINE,EMBASE, CNKI,CBM,WANFANG databases was performed.Criteria for inclusion were established based on validity criteria for diagnostic research published by the Cochrane Methods Group on Screening and Diagnostic. The methodological quality of each study was eval-uated by QUADAS.Meta-Disc Version 1.4 software were used for heterogeneity test and the pooled weighted sensitivity,specifici-ty,positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and 95% confidence intervals were calculated, receiver operating characteristic (SROC)and area under the curve(AUC)were obtained with random-effects models.Stata12.0 was used for the funnel plot to ana-lyze publication bias. Results Fourteen studies were included with a total of 1 332 patients and 1 149 ruptured cerebral aneurysms. The pooled weighted sensitivity and specificity of CTA with 95% confidence interval was 0.96(0.95-0.97)and 0.99(0.97-1.00) respectively. The AUC and the Q value of SROC was 0.99 and 0.958 4 respectively. Conclusion CTA has high sensitivity and spe-cificity in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms in patients with SAH,can be proposed as an important imaging diagnostic method.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of bronchial artery infusion(BAI)combined with percutaneous intratumor alcohol injection(PAI)in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods Thirty-two lesions confirmed by pathology, including 13 cases of primary bronchogenic carcinoma and 5 cases of pulmonary multi-metastasis tumor from hepatocellular carcinoma, were treated by 52 times of BAI and 78 times of PAI guided by fluoroscopy or CT .One cases of lung tumor was operated after the interventional therapy, and the specimen was studied with pathologic histology. Results The pathologic finding showed there was a large area necrosis in the tumor. The total effective rate of treatment was 83.8%.The 6,12 and 18 months suivival rates were 100%,77.7% and 61% respectively. Conclusion The combined interventional therapy of BAI and PAI is a more effective synthetical method for treatment only for primary tumor, but also metastasis lesions. It have better cooperative effect on the bigger lesions of lung carcinoma.

Objective To discuss the clinic and imaging features of solitary enchondroma. Methods Radiography,CT and MRI were performed in 11 cases of solitary enchondroma confirmed by pathology. The imaging findings were retrospectively analysed. Results The tumors in 11 cases localized in metacarpal bone in 3, in bones of fingers in 4, in shaft of humerus in one,in metaphysis of femur in 2 and in metaphysis of tibia in one.Plain radiography showed typical radiographic features including a well defined central lucency in the diaphysis of the metacarpal bones and bones of fingers with calcifications inside the lesions and lobulated contour, the cortex was thinned and cortical expansion also might occur. The lesions appeared as soft tissue density with stippling calcification on CT,low signal intensity on T1WI and mixed mainly high signal intensity on T2WI.A low signal zone around the lesion could be seen on T2WI in one case. Conclusion The qualitative and differential diagnosis of solitary enchondroma can be made mostly by imaging examination.

ObjectiveTo establish rabbit knee joint cartilage injury models to evaluate effects of the type Ⅱ collagen sponge in repair of the articular cartilage.MethodsThe type Ⅱ collagen sponge was prepared according to previous method and the pore size of the sponges was measured based on the collagen autofluorescence characteristics. The type Ⅱ collagen sponge was transplanted into the injury lesions of the animal model for experimental study. The regeneration of the cartilage defects was observed by using MRI, histologic HE staining, Safranin O, sirius red polarized light staining, areas determination of the newly grown cartilage and immunohistochemistry of type Ⅱ collagen.ResultsAutofluorescent images of confocal microscope layer scanning showed that the pore size was (93.26 + 38.40) μm in diameter, suitable for chondrocyte growth.Comparison between MRI and H&E staining results showed quicker effusion absorption in the treatment groups than that in the control group, while the level of inflammatory response in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. The sporadic cartilage signals first appeared at the 6th week. The newly formed cartilage with the expression of glycosaminoglycan and type Ⅱ collagen matrix was confirmed by Safranin O staining and immunohistochemical analysis. The sirius red polarized light staining showed that areas of the newly formed cartilage were significantly larger in the treatment group than that in the control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion The type Ⅱ collagen sponge developed from purification can effectively repair the damaged cartilage tissues of the rabbit knee joints, as has been verified either by MRI or histology.

The incidence of osteoporotic vertebral fractures (OCVF) has increased year by year.MRI is noninvasive and nonradiative, which can be used to observe the type, pathological stage and severity of OCVF.In recent years,MRI has become an important method to evaluate OCVF,which can provide imaging basis for clinical choice of treatment. The research progresses of MRI in OCVF were reviewed in this article.

Objective To investigate th grade of CT in colonic diverticulitis and the value in predicting clinical treatment. Methods CT data of totally 41 patients with colonic diverticulitis were analyzed retrospectively.According to the imaging signs, the grading of diverticulitis cases was performed.Patients with level 1 to 3 were considered as only need non-operative treatment, those with level 4 or 5 were considered as need surgical treatment. The consistency of predictive treatment plans were contrasted with clinical practical treatment results. Results The CT features of colonic diverticulitis were saclike protrusions bulged outside of the bowel wall with colon wall thickening in 40 cases (40/41,97.56%) and fuzzy pericolonal fat space in 39 cases (39/41,97.12%).The diagnostic accuracy of preoperative CT grading in predictive treatment plan was 85.37 % (36/41).Conclusion Colonic diverticulitis have certain characteristic CT findings.CT grading of diverticulitis is helpful to formulate appropriate clinical treatment.
