1.Preliminary analysis of the gait at mid-stance due to a bout of the simplified Taichiquan exercise
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(1):69-69
ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of the simplified Taichiquan exercise on the function of the lower limbs. MethodsThe ranges of flexion extension motion of the hip, knee and ankle of 30 healthy male young subjects were measured using a goniometer. ResultsDuring exercise the hips and the knee of both weight bearing legs and non weight bearing legs had marked decreases of ranges of motion, but the right ankle had more activities of dorsiflexion, the left ankle was in a dynamic mid zero position.ConclusionTaichiquan exercise can strengthen the motive function of lower limb.
2.Ranges of ankle motion in mini-Taichiquan exercise
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(7):445-445
ObjectiveTo explore the change ranges of ankle motion in mini-Taichiquan exercise.MethodsThe ranges of ankle motion of 30 healthy male young subjects were measured using a goniometer.ResultsThere were more activities of dorsiflexion on right ankles, while the left ankles was in a dynamic mid-zero position during the exercise.ConclusionsMini-Taichiquan exercise can strengthen both dorsiflexors and plantar flexors especially triceps surae,in a functional ankle joint state.
3.The influence of sometostatin on TNF-α in patients with severe acute pancreatitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(19):2915-2916
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sometostatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its influence on the level of TNF-α.Methods 68 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group were received general treatment,34 cases in the observation group were given sometostatin on the basi of general treatment for 5 ~ 7 days. The clinical effects and clinical indexes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 3 days, the level of TNF-α in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05 ),and the observation group patients recovered rapidly. The recovery time of blood amylase and intestinal function, hospital stay days, incidence of complications and mortality in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Sometostatin is effective for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, can decrease the level of TNF-α significantly, shorten disease course and improve the prognosis, which is good for clinical application.
4.Research Progress of Lipid Emulsion in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Drugs Poisoning
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2016;25(12):1335-1340
Cardiovascular drugs are commonly used in clinical medicine, which can cause refractory shock and cardiac arrest when poisoning.Lipid emulsion was mainly used for detoxification of lipophilic anesthetics poisoning in the past.Recently more and more studies and clinical cases suggest that lipid emulsion can be adopted as one of therapies for cardiovascular drugs poisoning. Now we review and focus on the research status of the lipid emulsion in the treatment of cardiovascular drugs poisoning, the related mechanisms of detoxification, therapeutic regimen and adverse effect.

Modern Hospital 2009;9(8):131-132
Military hospital human resources management departments is somewhat scattered, unfit to the hospital mission tasks and not conducive to the development of hospital. To integrate management department, to establish specialized human resources management departments is the new trend of military hospital human resources management development, and is also an important problem to be resolved.Change the military status of hospital human resources management, it is necessary to break through institutional constraints, use a development perspective and operating means, transform management and expand management thinking, so that to achieve the maximum effectiveness of management.
6.Difficulties in prescription statistics protection at the hospital and countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;31(1):59-61
Overview of the challenges faced by hospitals in China against prescription data leakage and the underlying causes is made in the paper, along with operable tactics proposed based on experience of data protection accumulated at the hospital.
7.Analysis of the problems in the clinical diagnosis of Coats disease
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2003;0(06):-
Objective To analyze the problems in the diagnosis of Coats disease and its main causes of misdiagnosis. Methods The clinical data of a group of patients with Coats diseases who had undergone indirect ophthalmoscopy, ocular fundus photography, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and follow-up examination were retrospectively analyzed. The main causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed via reviewing the images of FFA and revising or confirming the initial diagnosis of Coats diseases according to the main features of abnormal dilation of retinal capillary vessels. Result In 68 patients (75 eyes), there were 45 cases whose initial diagnosis was Coats disease while the final diagnosis was not, in whom the final diagnosis was old retinal vein occlusion in 21, retinal vasculitis in 9, diabetic retinopathy in 3, old posterior uveitis in 3, congenital retinoschisis in 3, and proliferative vitreoretinopathy, familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, racemose hemangioma, old rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, macular epiretinal membrane, and idiopathic juxtafoveal telangiectasis in 1, respectively. There were 23 patients who was diagnosed as Coats disease in the final diagnosis but not the initial one. The initial diagnosis was old posterior uveitis in 6 patients, retinal vasculitis in 5, exudative age-related macular degeneration in 4, retinal main arterial tumor in 2, retinal angioma in 3, intraocular tumor in 2, and central serous chorioretinopathy in 1. Conclusions There are many problems in the clinical diagnosis of Coats disease. The main reason of misdiagnosis is that the clinicians can not comprehensively master the core of the definition of Coats disease and its clinical characters.
8.Advances in the research on correlation between homeobox genes and tumors
China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
As master genes during embryogenesis, Homeobox(Hox) genes play important roles not only in embryonic development, cellular growth and differentiation and the expression of the specific genes of some tissue, but also in controlling hematopoietic tissue development and differentiation in a germ line -specific and stage-specific. At present studies showed there is a close relationship between Hox genes and tumorgenesis. This article reviews the advances in the research on correlation between homeobox genes and tumorgenesis.
9.Electrophysiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia with Thin Corpus Callosum: 3 Cases Report
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(1):30-31
Objective To explore the characteristics of hereditary spastic paraplegia with thin corpus callosum (HSP-TCC). Methods Clinical, electrophysiological, MRI features of 3 patients with HSP-TCC were reported. The genetic characteristics were reviewed. Results 3 patients revealed difficulty in walking, slowly progressive weakness, spasticity of the lower limbs and mental impairment. The electromyogram in 2 cases showed neurogenic damage in lower limbs muscle, and 1 case showed peripheral nerve damage. Cerebral MRI showed an extremely thin corpus callosum on sagittal image. The locus of 15q13-15 has been identified for HSP-TCC, but some HSP-TCC families have not been linked to this locus. Conclusion HSP-TCC is a common subtype of complicated HSP inherited by autosomal recessive mode. Brain MRI showed extremely thin corpus callosum. Electromyogram many reveal neurogenic damage.
