1.Comparison of the curative effect between two methods of helicobacter pylori treatment for peptic ulcer evaluation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(6):847-849
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect between sequential therapy and triple therapy for helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Methods 92 patients with peptic dcer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with sequential therapy, control group with triple therapy. The two groups were observed and compared in helicobacter pylori eradication rate, ulcer healing and relief of symptoms. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the observation group Hp clearance rate was 93.5% (43/46),ulcer healing rate 91.3% (42/46),the control group were 73.9% (34/46),78.3%(36/46),two groups had significant differences(x2 =2.714,3.028,all P < 0.05) ;observation group after treatment of symptomatic integral average (0.94 ± 0.21),and the control group (0.92 ± 0.17) divided the difference was not statistically significant (t =0.483,P > 0.05).Conclusion The sequential therapy on helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer curative effect is remarkable, and can be more effective in the eradication of helicobacter pylori infection, promote ulcer healing.

Using ~(125)I-labeled anti-IL-2R_? McAb, we investigated the effect of rIL-2 R_? expression . In addition to increasing the IL-2 R_? expression the actived-lymphoblasts, we found that the higher concentration of IL-2 also directly induced the IL-2 R_? expression on the resting PBL, but the peak was at the 5th day. After treated by a higher concentration of IL-2, there was a positive interrelation of time courses between the incorporation of ~3H-TdR and/or ~3H-UR and IL-2 R_? level on resting PBL. This result indicated that it was by means of inducing IL-2 R_? expression that the higher concentration IL-2 caused the proliferation of the resting PBL.
3.Clinical analysis of Level of glutathione redox-state in patients with acute coronary syndrome
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(11):1923-1925
Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of glutathione redox-state in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Based on both with or without atherogenic risk factors and the result of coronary arteriography, 118 patients were calssified into three groups: control group( n =30) ,risk group(n =28) and CHD group (n =60). Venous blood sample was obtained, then the plasma reduced glutathione ( GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSC) were measured by using glutathione reductase recycling method. Redox potential(EhCSH/GSSG) was calculated using Nernst equation. According to clinical situation,CHD group was divided into two subgroups:un-stable angina pectoris( UAP) group(n = 32) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group (n =28). Results From control group to risk group, then to CHD group,GSH gradually decreased, and there was significant difference between CHD group and control group (P < 0.05 ) , but GSSG and EhGSH/GSSG gradually increased, there was significant difference between CHD group and risk group and control group (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference be-tween the UAP subgroup and AMI subgroup in GSH,GSSG and EhGSH/GSSG(P >0.05). Conclusions Body's an-tioxidant capacity decreases and the oxidative stress exists in artherosclerosis, and furthermore there is a certain degree of relevance between oxidative stress and hyperlipoidemia, all these show that improving this situation may decelerate or prevent the formation and progress of artherosclerosis.
4.Drug Identification Marker Integrity Should be Guaranteed in Drug Retailing
China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To ensure safe and effective drug use.METHODS:The necessity and ways to ensure the integrity of drug identification markers were discussed.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The completed drug identification markers in the course of retailing are essential for achieving the function of drugs and assuring the safety and the effectiveness of drug use.
5.Purification and characterization of soluble interleukin 2 receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1986;0(04):-
By using 5 G 1-sepharose 4 B immune affinity column, we recovered approximately 160 ?g purified and soluble IL-2 receptor (sIL-2 R ) from 500ml PHA-stimulated human PBL supernatant. Only one band was showed in SDS-PAGE, its molecular weight was about 44 Kd. The purified sIL-2 R, which blocked the binding of anti-IL-2 R monoclonal antibody with IL- 2 R~+ cell, inhibited (at the higher doses) but enhanced (at the lower doses) the growth of IL-2 dependent cells.

Objective To observe and compare efficacy and safety of vinorelbine (NVB) plus ifosfamide (IFO) (NI regimen) and NVB plus cisplatin(DDP) (NP regimen) in treatment of metastatic breast cancer. Methods 82 cases of recurrent and metastatic breast cancer after the failure of treatment with anthracyclines and taxanes,40 cases were treated with NI regimen (NVB 25 mg/m2,day 1,day 8,IFO 1.2 g/m2,day 1,day 2,day 3),and the other 42 cases received NP regimen (NVB 25 mg/m2,day 1,day 8,DDP 25 mg/m2,day 1,day 2,day 3).Both groups were constituted of 21 days one cycle. After 2 cycles of chemotherapy, the response rate and side effects were evaluated. Results All 82 cases were evaluated for objective response. The total response rate of NI group and NP group were 52.50 % (21/40) and 57.14 % (24/42).There was no significiant difference (P > 0.05).By analysis of the correlative factors, the total response rate in treatment of triple-negative breast cancer of NI group was 43.75 % (7/16),and that of NP group was 44.44 % (8/18).The two rates were also approximative (P > 0.05).Main side effects were both bonemarrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Bonemarrow suppression rate at grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ of NI group [57.5 % (23/40)] had no significant difference compared with that of NP group[57.14 % (24/42)] (P > 0.05).But grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ gastrointestinal rate of NI group [7.50 % (3/40)] was significantly lower than that of NP group [26.19%(11/42)](P < 0.05).Conclusion NI regimen in treatment of advanced breast cancer is effective, and it shows a similar response rate compared with NP regimen. Also it is effective for triple negeative breast cancers. The toxicity can be tolerated, and the gastrointestinal reaction rate of NI regimen is lower.NI regimen is a good choose in treatment of advanced breast cancer.

Objective To elucidate the clinical characteristics and the outcome of acute renal failure (ARF) in the elderly. Methods Clinical data of 109 elderly patients(≥60 years) with ARF were analysed and compared with that of 175 younger adult ARF patients(18 40 years) in the same period. Results 109 out of 422 patients(25 8%) with ARF were more than 60 years. The mortality rate of ARF in these patients was 58 7%. ARF was induced mainly by prerenal factors (20 2%) and sepsis (15 6%). Complications such as infections (52 3% vs 29 7%), cardiovascular events (64 2% vs 38 3%), respiratory failure (43 1% vs 20 0%) and hyperkalemia (29 4% vs 15 4%) were more prevalent in elderly patient than that in the younger adult ARF patients ( P
