1.Observation of development of ovarian follicle and blood flow in endometrium by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2001;10(2):92-94
Objective To observe the relationship among the degree of maturation of development of ovarian follicle and endometrial thickness and resistance index of uterine helicine arteries. Methods Fifty six cases of normal menstrual cycle were studied by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging. Results Diameter of ovarian follicle increased and moved to the surface of ovary before ovulation, endometrium thickened and resistance index of uterine helicine arteries decreased. Conclusions Observation of the development of ovarian follicle by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging is helpful to improve regnancy rate.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(5):497-498
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of task-driven teaching mode on physical therapy teaching in higher vocational education. Methods40 students in 2006 rehabilitation class were taught with routine mode as the control group, while 35 students in 2007 rehabilitation class taught with task-driven mode and routine mode as experimental group. ResultsAt the end of the course, the results of examination in theory and practice were better in the experimental group than control group (P<0.01). 85.71%~94.28% students in the experimental group said that the task-driven teaching mode could improve their comprehensive quality especially the skill of practice, as well as the interest and ability of learning. ConclusionTask-driven teaching mode can improve the teaching effect on physical therapy, and received by most of the students.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2011;05(5):295-298
Objective To investigate the symptoms and affecting factors of food intolerance among 903 adults. Methods Food special antibody(IgG)in human serum were examined by ELISA.Food Intolerance Health Assessment Questionnaire was used to assess positive rate of food intolerance and food intake habits.Chi-square test and Mann-Whitney test were used for data analysis. Results The ratio of food intolerance was 0.33% to 28.13%.Intolerant foods include crab(28.13%),yolk(27.02%),milk (13.07%),soybean(11.96%),shrimp,tomato,corn,beef,rice,chicken,mushroom,wheat,and pork. The symptoms of nervous system(55.89%),digestive system(45.69%)and respiratory system(15.64%)were commonly seen.Prevalence of food intolerance in mental labors was lower than manual labors. Conclusion The most common intolerant food includes crab, yolk and milk. The symptoms of food intolerance are different.Manual labors are more susceptible to food intolerance.

Objective To investigate the release pattern of insulin after the load of glucose in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) and normal oral glucose tolerance. Methods Sixty-three patients with PCOS were undertaken oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin release test, while 34 women with normal menstrual cycle served as control. Results Among 63 patients with PCOS,33 cases were obese with body mass index over 25 kg/m2,including 5 with abnormal OGTT.All 30 non-obese patients with PCOS had normal OGTT.The prevalences of insulin resistance were 78.8%,16.7%,and 9.0% in obese PCOS,non-obese PCOS,and control groups, respectively.Abnormal insulin release curve were found in 84.5%,70.0%,and 14.7% of subjects in these 3 groups, respectively. In 58 PCOS patients with normal OGTT,the prevalence of insulin resistance was 44.8%,and 75.9%with abnormal insulin release curve. Among them, body mass index of 32 patients, whose homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) and fasting insulin remained in normal range, was similar to those of control group [ ( 20.52 ± 2.86 vs 20.01 ± 2.54 ) kg/m2,P>0.05].Conclusion These findings indicate that insulin release test is useful in detecting insulin resistance.Insulin release is elevated in PCOS patients even with normal OGTT.

Journal of International Oncology 2022;49(12):735-738
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, and radiotherapy is an important method of its treatment. The outcome of radiotherapy greatly depends on radiosensitivity of cancer cells. The key pathways of microRNAs (miRNAs) involved in breast cancer radiotherapy response include DNA damage repair, apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, autophagy and related signaling pathways. This article reviews the role of miRNAs in regulating the response of breast cancer to radiotherapy and related signaling pathways. To explore the role of miRNAs in regulating the treatment response of breast cancer to radiotherapy and related signaling pathways, it can provide reference for miRNAs to be used as an indicator to evaluate the diagnosis, prognosis and radiotherapy efficacy of breast cancer.
