OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Qingbi granules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm,and column temperature was 25 ℃.The sample size was 10 μL.Using baicalin as reference,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were determined.Common peak identification and similarity evaluation were performed by using TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software (2.0 edition).RESULTS:There were 29 common peaks in HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples. The similarity among the 10 batches was more than 0.90.After validation,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were in line with control fingerprints.CONCLUSIONS:Established fingerprints can provide reference for identification and quality evaluation of Qingbi granules.

A patient who suffered with degloving and destructive servered distal segment of the left thumb was referred to the Department of Hand Surgery, Ningbo No.6 Hospital in May 2021. The thumb was reconstructed by transfer and splicing of a free bilateral fibular hallux nail flap. Metatarsal artery of the metatarsal fibular side of the flap was anastomosed to the proper palmar digital artery at the recipient site. The nerve meridian were anastomosed to the proper palmar digital nerve of thumb, and the distal arterial arch of the metatarsal base between the flaps was anastomosed at the same time. A V-Y advancement flap was employed to repair the donor site. After 3 months, the transferred flaps survived well, the left thumb nail grew well, and the dynamic TPD was at 7 mm. According to the Evaluation Standard of Thumb and Finger Reconstruction Function of the Society of Hand Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association, it was evaluated as excellent (14 points). The advancement flap in the donor site survived well, and the walking, running and jumping of both feet were not affected. According to Maryland's foot function scoring standard, it was evaluated as excellent (98 points).

Tubeimoside-1 (TBMS1) is a triterpene saponins active components with large content in Cucurbitaceae plant Fritillaria, which is water-soluble and stable. It has a broad inhibitory effect on lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer and other tumors. The mechanism is mainly related to the inhibition of tumor cell growth, induction of tumor cell apoptosis, inhibition of tumor cell invasion and metastasis, induction of cell autophagy, and inhibition of tumor angiogenesis.

Objective:To compare the short-term efficacy of drug-coated balloon and common balloon in the treatment of with below-the-ankle arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO).Methods:The clinical and follow-up data of 115 patients (118 limbs) with lower extremity ASO of Rutherford 4-6 admitted to the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases, Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from Jun 2021 to Jun 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Patients were divided into group of 52 limbs using paclitaxel-coated balloon and group of 66 limbs using common balloon. During the 6-month follow-up period, The total effective rate of wound surface was 98.1% in the drug-coated balloon group and 92.4% in the common balloon group. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05); the increase of ankle-brachial index (ABI) and toe-brachial index (TBI) in the drug-coated balloon group were significantly better than common balloon group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01). No major adverse events occurred in the two groups during the 6-month follow-up period. Compared with the common balloon group, the drug-coated balloon group had a higher limb salvage rate (100.0% vs. 98.5% ) and a lower target vessel reconstruction rate (7.7% vs.18.2%), though the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Compared with the common balloon, the drug-coated balloon is more effective in the treatment of patients with wound healing rate and vascular patency rate in Rutherford 4-6 grade below-the-ankle artery lesions.
