Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2008;43(12):1205-1207
From the chloroform-soluble fraction of the ethanol extracts of the whole plant of Taxus chinensis var. mairei (Lemee et Levl), four compounds were isolated by using repeated column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Based on spectroscopic data (UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR), the compounds were identified as taxamairin K (1), 2α, 4α-dideacetoxy-7β-benzoyloxy-5β,20-epoxy-9α,10β,13α,15-tetrahydroxy-11(15→1)abeotaxa-11-ene (2), 7β-xylosyl-taxol (3), 10-deacetoxy-7-xylosyl-taxol (4). Among them, taxamairin K is a new compound.

OBJECTIVE To explore the management methods of sterilization and supply department for the control of hospital infection. METHODS Since 2005, strict infection management system in all aspects by the sterilization and supply department has been taken including renewable medical equipment from recycle to distribution, sterile disposable medical equipment from acceptance to distribution, and the district environment and self-protection of its own staff in the sterilization and supply department and so on. RESULTS Hospital infections had not occurred as a result of sterilized supply for three years. CONCLUSIONS Since strict control and management system is carrying out, measures are effective, and good results have been achieved, which provide important guarantees for effectively controlling infection and medical safety.

Objective:To establish a three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) model for thiazide 11β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase ( HSD) inhibitors in order to perform structure modification and find thiazide 11β-HSD inhibitors with more activity. Methods: The 3D-QSAR model of thiazine derivatives was constructed by the method of comparative molecular force field analysis, and the model was validated by using a molecular docking method. Results:An accurate 3D-QSAR model of 11β-HSD inhibitors was obtained (CoMFA:q2 =0. 346, r2 =0. 850, where q2 was the cross-validation coefficient and r2 was the non-cross validation coefficient) . Conclusion:The results provide important theoretical basis for the rational design of novel thiazide 11β-HSD inhibitors.

Objective To probe the value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in diagnosis of borderline ovarian epithelial tumors (BOET).Methods Thirty-six cases of BOET,139 cases of ovarial cystadenoma and 66 cases of ovarial cystadenocarcinoma were diagnosed pathologically. All cases were preoperatively detected by CDFI.Tumor sign CA125 was also detected. The size, boundary, internal echo and internal flow distribution were observed. The results of CDFI of different diseases were contrasted. Results Ultrasonic diagnosis rate was 75 % (27/36) in BOET,90.6 % (126/139) in ovarial cystadenoma and 92.4 % (61/66) in ovarial cystadenocarcinoma.Positive rate of CA125 of ovarial cystadenocarcinoma was obviously higher than those of BOET and ovarial cystadenoma.Positive rate of CA125 of ovarial cystadenocarcinoma containing solid was especially higher than that of BOET containing solid.Ovarial cystadenoma mainly showed single cavity, few or without solid as well as hematoasthenia or asanguineous.BOET and ovarial cystadenocarcinoma mainly showed multi-cavity,more solid as well as plentiful blood flow.Blood flow of BOET distributed regularly comparing with ovarial cystadenocarcinoma. Conclusions Characteristics of CDFI combining results of CA125 can provide powerful reference for diagnosise and differentiate diagnosis of BOET and more information diagnostic information for clinic to chosing treatment scheme and postoperative long-term follow-up.

Objective: To study the influence of inflammatory cytokine TNF-? on the expression of adhesion molecules and specific markers of rat MSCs, and to study the optimal stimulation of MSCs with inflammatory factors in inducing adhesion molecule expression which promotes migration of MSCs to the ischemic area in liver. Methods: The MSCs stimulated with different concentration of TNF-? were detected for adhesion molecules and stem cells markers on cell surface with the method of flow-cytometry, MSCs which were stimulated with the optimal concentration of TNF-? and labeled with 1, 1-Dioctadecyl-3, 3, 3, 3-tetramethylindocarbocyanine Iodade(DiI)were delivered intravenously to the rats whose liver was injured by ischemia, the liver function of the experimented animals were tested, and liver samples in the ischemic area were obtained, the number of MSCs was counted under a fluorescent microscope. Results: Stimulated with TNF-?, MSC ex-pression of VCAM-1 increased, while that of stem cell markers did not change markedly. Exposed to lower concentration of TNF-?, the adhesion ability of MSCs obviously increased and more MSCs rested in the ischemic areas in the rat liver, compared to the control groups. Conclusions: TNF-? can increase the expression of VCAM-1 on rat MSCs while exert little effect on the stem cell character of MSCs. Suitable concentration of TNF-? can promote MSCs migration to the damaged tissue, which provides rationale for the treatment of liver disease.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2015;(2):99-102
Objective To study the CT features of peripheral lung cancer with thin-walled cavity, and to improve the understanding and diagnostic accuracy of this type of lung cancer. Methods Thirty-one patients (male:18, female:13, average age(56 ± 12)years old) with surgically proven peripheral lung cancer with thin-walled cavity were studied retrospectively. There were 28 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 1 case of sarcomatoid carcinoma. All patients had MSCT examination, and the CT features of the solid lesion and thin-walled cavity of the lung cancer were analyzed. The relationship between solid lesion and thin-walled cavity location, cavity wall thickness and uniformity, wall nodules, vascularstructures close to the outer wall, septum or air-fluid level inside the cavity, and dynamic changes of the lesions were all evaluated. Results (1) Solid lesion:mostly located in both upper and middle lobes of the lung in 21cases (67.7%). Lobulation, speculation and vessel convergence sign were observed in 27 cases (87.1%), 21 cases(67.7% )and 16 cases(51.6%) respectively. Twenty cases showed as ground glass nodule (GGN) (64.5%), with pure GGN in 11 cases(35.5%). (2) Cavitary lesion: The average diameter was (2.7 ± 1.3) cm, the cavity located in the periphery of the solid lesions in 26 cases (83.9%),and in 20 cases (64.5%) located in the lateral or superior and inferior lateral aspect of the solid lesion; The cavity wall was uniform in17 cases (54.8%) and the wall thickness<2 mm were seen in 16 cases (51.6%), 2-3 mm were observed in 10 cases (32.3%);Wall nodules were seen in five cases (16.1%);Blood vessels adjacent to outer wall were found in 12 cases (38.7%);There was no air-fluid level in the cavity in all the cases; But septum with uneven thickness or small vessels were seen in the cavity in 27 cases (87.1%). Conclusions The majority of peripheral lung cancer with thin-walled cavity was adenocarcinoma, characteristic CT features of thin-walled cavitary lesions may be helpful in the diagnosis of this type of lung cancer.
