Modern Internet technology can be applied to medical consumables purchase. This paper introduces the problems of manual purchase of medical consumables and puts forward a solution to Internet-based purchase. A business platform for medical consumables is developed, which can be applied to tendering, bid evaluating, medical consumables delivery and process supervision.
2.The influencing factors of vertical rural health services integration in Jiangsu Province: Based on factor analytic method

Objective: In order to better understand the influencing factors of vertical rural health services integration and put forward policy suggestions for its sustainable development.Methods: 288 residents were investigated through questionnaire survey in three sample areas of Jiangsu province in August 2015.Results: In this study, 4 common factors have been found, namely organizational management, incentive mechanism, policy and supporting measures, as well as information sharing and business communication.The overall scores given by health managers, doctors and nurses, and public healthcare professionals were 0.03, 0.04 and-0.02 respectively.Conclusions: Therefore, in order to succeed, it is very necessary to introduce targeted supporting policies, establish a mutual communication mechanism, and make an effective incentive mechanism.
3.Temporal Pattern of DNA Breaks in Human Ovarian Cancer Cells after Exposure to Nanosecond Electric Pulses.

This study aims to explore the temporal pattern of DNA breaks induced by nanosecond electric pulses (nsEP) in cisplatin-sensitive and cisplatin-resistant human ovarian cancer cells. Human ovarian cancer cells A2780 (cisplatin-sensitive subline) and C30 (cisplatin-resistant subline) were exposed to nsEP. Sham exposed groups were shame exposed to nsEP. Cell viability was determined using CCK-8 assay after 0 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h, respectively, and the percentage of dead cells was calculated. The DNA break was detected with the alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay), and the 75th percentiles of TL (tail length), TM (tail moment) and OTM (Olive tail moment) were measured. Cell viability displayed an early decrease and late increase, with the valley value seen at 8 h. Percentages of cell death and comet-formed in A2780 cells were higher than those in C30 cells (P < 0.05) at 8 h, respectively. TL, TM and OTM in C30 cells were less than those in A2780 cells (P < 0.05). The percentage of comet-formed correlated with that of cell death in either A2780 (r = 0.997, P < 0.05) or C30 (r = 0.998, P < 0.05) cells. DNA breaks induced by nsEP in cisplatin-sensitive cells differred from that in resistant cells, and DNA break resulted in fraction of cell death.

4.Effect of tea polyphenols on oxidative stress and micro inflammatory condition in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the influence and the possible mechanism of tea polyphenols on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD)patients’ oxidative stress and micro inflammatory condition.Methods 60 cases of MHD patients were randomly divided into routine group and tea polyphenols group.30 healthy subjects were chosen as normal control group.After 3 months,MDA,AOPP,SOD,TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and NF-κB of routine group and tea polyphenols group were detected.Results Before treatment,compared with normal control group,MDA and AOPP of routine group and tea polyphenols group increased (P <0.01 ),SOD decreased (P <0.01 );after treatment,compared with routine group,MDA and AOPP of tea polyphenols group decreased (P<0.01),SOD increased (P<0.01).After treatment,compared with normal control group,NF-κB,TNF-α,CRP, IL-6 and oxidative index of routine group and tea polyphenols group increased,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);compared with routine group,oxidative index of tea polyphenols group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 ).Conclusion Tea polyphenol can improve MHD patients’oxidative stress and micro inflammatory state.

6.Characteristics of stem cell spheres of the renal carcinoma cell lines SN12C and 786-O grown in serum-free culture medium

Objective:This study aims to determine the suitable cell line to be used in isolating cancer stem cells by comparing the characteristics of tumor stem cells in renal cell carcinoma cell lines SN12C and 786-O. Methods:The rate of sphere formation in SN12C and 786-O cells was determined in serum-free medium (SFM). The expression levels of CD133, CD44, Nanog, and Oct3/4 were investi-gated through flow cytometry. Moreover, the tumorigenicity of spheroid cell that originated from SN12C and 786-O cells was investi-gated in vivo by using a tumor model. Results:The average time of sphere formation in SFM was shorter in SN12C than in 786-O (5 days vs. 7 days). Moreover, the expression levels of CD133, CD44, Nanog, and Oct3/4 in SN12C and 786-O significantly differed (P<0.05). When transplanted in nude mice, 786-O spheres were less tumorigenic than SN12C spheres. Conclusion:SN12C spheres possess the main defining characteristics of renal cancer stem cell;thus, SN12C is the more suitable cell line to be used to isolate cancer stem cells compared with 786-O.
7.Activity identification of Streptococcus suis suilysin inducing platelets aggregation

Objective To explore the interaction of streptococcus suis serotype 2 recombinant suilysin ( SLY ) with platelets, and provide the theoretical basis for clinic treatment of patients infected with S.suis.Methods The nickel column affinity chromatography was used to purify the recombinant SLY.The hemolytic acivity was identified by optical density before the platelets aggregation induced by a SLY was detected by a platelet aggregometer or electron microscope and the effect of aspirin on platelets aggregation was analyzed.The impact of wild type 05ZYH33 and sly-deficient mutant strainΔSLY on platelets of mice was compared to predict the interaction of the SLY with platelets in vivo.Results and Conclusion Hemolytic activity of recombinant SLY was 2000 hemolytic units( HU) and platelets aggregation was induced at 1 μg/ml.The aggregation can be inhibited by aspirin in 5 mmol/L.SLY can also increase the volume and reduce the amount of platelets in mice.
8.DKK1 promotes linearly patterned programmed cell necrosis and vasculogenic mimic-ry in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the effect of DKK1 on linearly patterned programmed cell necrosis (LPPCN) and vasculogenic mim-icry (VM) and the related molecular mechanism in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:A total of 173 human NSCLC speci-mens were collected to detect LPPCN by H&E staining, detect VM with CD31/PAS double staining, and investigate DKK1 and related protein expression by immunohistochemistry. The clinical pathological significance of LPPCN, VM, and DKK1 and the correlation of them were analyzed. Human NSCLC H460-DKK1 cells were engrafed in nude mice to evaluate the influence of DKK1 up-regulation on VM and LPPCN in vivo. Results:Approximately, 14.45%(25/173) of NSCLC had VM and 49.71%(86/173) had LPPCN. 25.6%(22/86) of NSCLC cases in LPPCN-positive group formed VM. Both of VM and LPPCN were all correlated with poor differentiation, late TNM stage, easy recurrence and metastasis and poor prognosis in NSCLC. DKK1 expression in the VM-positive group and the LPPCN-positive group was higher than that in the VM-negative group and the LPPCN-negative group, respectively. DKK1, LPPCN, and VM were positive-ly correlated with VE-cadherin, MMP-2,β-catenin nuclear expression and Twist1. H460-DKK1 transplantation tumor model confirmed that DKK1 promotes the expression of VM and LPPCN and related proteins in NSCLC. Conclusion:The increase of theβ-catenin and Twist1 expression induced by DKK1 may promote the formation of LPPCN and VM in NSCLC.
9.Clinical Application Value of Vaginitis Microbe Detection Kits

Objective To assess the sensitivity and specificity of vaginitis pathogen detection reagent kit (Nucleic acid hybridization). Methods Four hundreds cases of vaginal secretion samples were detected with Amsel, vaginalis culture, fungal culture and Affirm VPIII detection method, respectively. Using the methods of Amsel, vaginalis culture and fungal culture as the gold standard, the clinical application value of Affirm VPIII detection method was evaluated. Results Compared with Amsel, the sensitivity and specificity of Affirm VPIII detection was 92.2%and 70.5%, respectively. Compared with fungal culture, the sensitivity and specificity was 88.3% and 92.9%, respectively. Compared with vaginalis culture, the sensitivity and specificity was 92.6% and 93.8%, respectively. There was a good consistency between the gold stardard and the Affirm VPIII detection. Conclusion Compared with the traditional detection methods,the Affirm VPIII detection has the advantages of fast detection speed,simple operation, and high sensitivity and specificity. In addition, it can identify three kinds of vaginitis pathogenic microorganisms at the same time,with a certain clinical value.
