Objective To analyze the correlation between electrocardiogram exercise stress test and coronary artery stenosis degree.Methods A total of 150 patients who performed electrocardiogram exercise stress test were selected,and then coronary angiography were performed within 2 weeks.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and accuracy of electrocardiogram exercise stress test for diagnosing coronary artery stenosis degree were analyzed.Results Compared with coronary angiography,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and accuracy of electrocardiogram exercise stress test for diagnosing coronary heart disease were 75％(48/64),74％ (64/86),69％(48/70) and 75％ (112/150),respectively,for diagnosing coronary artery disease were 31％ (19/62),42％ (37/88),27％ (19/70) and 37％ (56/150),respectively.Conclusions Electrocardiogram exercise stress test as a simple,feasible and noninvasive method,has a good concordance with coronary angiography and a high correlation with coronary heart disease,a low correlation with coronary artery disease.It can be used as a good way to screen patients with coronary heart disease.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and security of noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with morphine in treating acute left heart failure.Methods Sixty patients suffering acute left heart failure were divided into two groups:conventional therapy group (thirty cases using morphine and other medicine) and combined group (thirty cases using noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with morphine).Observe and record clinical results for blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate,blood gas analysis,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) as well as occurrence rate of remission time and adverse reaction before treatment,one hour after treatment and remission respectively.Results Clinical results for blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate,blood gas analysis,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) have improved after treatment,all clinical indexs have improved obviously except for partial pressure of carbon dioxide in combined group.The difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05) ; Remission time in combined group (6.20 ± 4.12 hours) was shorter than morphine group (8.67 ± 5.28) hours,which has statistically difference (P ＜ 0.05).But occurrence rate of adverse reaction and complication raised slightly in combined group (43.3％ vs.40％).Conclusions Noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation combined with morphine can relieve clinical symptoms promptly in acute left heart failure,improve prognosis,it is a effectively and safety therapeutic measures.

Objective To observe the response of and recurrence in patients with localized eczema after treatment with topical glucocorticoid alone or in combination with topical antibacterials.Methods Totally,217 outpatients with acute or subacute localized eczema were enrolled and randomly classified into two groups to be treated with topical corticosteroids combined with mupirocin cream (experiment group,n=191) or topical corticosteroids alone (control group,n =190) for two weeks.The patients who were cured at the end of the 2-week treatment were followed for 13 weeks for the observation of recurrence.Chi-square test and Student's t test were conducted to compare the cure and recurrence rates between different groups of patients.Results After two weeks of treatment,the cure rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.6％ vs.64.8％,x2 =6.576,P =0.01).Increased cure rate was also observed in patients with acute and subacute eczema receiving glucocorticoidCaspase14antibiotic combination therapy compared with those receiving corticosteroids alone.During the 13Caspase14week follow up,a lower recurrence rate was noted in the experiment group compared with the control group (15.6％ vs.33.8％,x2 =6.455,P ＜ 0.05).Further more,the patients experiencing relapse of eczema showed a higher proportion of hand eczema cases (29.4％ vs.13.0％,x2 =4.982,P ＜ 0.05)compared with those without relapse.Adverse reaction was mild in these patients,and no statistical difference was observed between the experiment group and control group (5.71％ vs.4.46％,x2 =0.176,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The combination with topical antibacterials may enhance the therapeutic effect of topical glucocorticoids on and reduce the recurrence of localized eczema.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingpeng ointment for the treatment of localized dermatitis and eczema in children.Methods Sixty-eight outpatient children with localized dermatitis or eczema were included in this study.All the patients were topically treated by Qingpeng ointment twice daily for a week,which was agreed by their patients.The efficacy was evaluated after the end of the treatment by lesion scores,and adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results Of the 68 patients,61 completed the trial,7 withdrew from the trial because of worsened lesions,unfavorable effects and distrust of this drug.The total response rate was 81.4％ (31/51) in patients treated with Qingpeng ointment alone.Irritant reaction occured in only one case,but did not influence the treatment.Conclusion Qingpeng ointment displays a favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of localized dermatitis and eczema in children.

Objective To discovery the difference about TCM constitution between urban and rural area from the survey results performed in 2 communities of Beijing. Methods 9 standard survey scales of Chinese Medicine Constitution and four diagnostic methods of TCM were performed to identify body constitution of 161 people whose age are almost 64 years; The distribution of total constitution and the constitution distribution of same sex were further analyzed. Results The distribution of 9 TCM body constitution were different between town and country, the gentleness type distribution in country was lower than city (24.68%, 51.19%) ; Qi-depression type distribution was significant higher in country than city (44.16%,5.95%) . Conclusion Most of people in the country were yang-deficiency type and qi-depression type body constitution, the distribution of which affected by gender and age, etc.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of maintenance treatment with Qingpeng ointment in the prevention of recurrence of localized eczema.Methods Totally,197 patients with localized eczema were topically treated with halometasone cream for 2-4 weeks.The patients who achieved clinical cure were then randomly classified into two groups to receive maintenance treatment with Qingpeng ointment (Qingpeng group,n =69) or vitamin E-containing cream (emollient group,n =68).Patients were followed up for 8 weeks for the detection of recurrence after the discontinuation of maintenance treatment.Results During the follow up,the recurrence rate in the Qingpeng group was significantly lower than that in the emollient group (19.70％ vs.37.31％,x2 =5.06,P ＜0.05).Significant differences were also observed in the duration of remission between the Qingpeng group and emollient group ((43.92 ± 15.70) vs.(32.60 ± 14.40) days,t =2.23,P＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 1.45％ in the Qingpeng group during the maintenance treatment,and no adverse reactions were observed in the emollient group.Conclusion The maintenance treatment with Qingpeng ointment can delay the recurrence of localized eczema to some extent with a favorable safety.

Objective:To detect the activity of IgY against complex bacteria in pharynx and throat.Methods:Purified antigens against bacteria in pharynx and throat was used to immunize egglaid hens.The eggs from immunized hens were collected and abstract IgY from the yolks.The antibody activity of IgY was detected by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and ELISA.Results:SDS-PAGE electrophoresis represented at least twelve ladders,and the titer of ELISA was 1∶512.Conclusion:IgY antibody was obtained in egg yolk after immunized hens with complex bacteria.The activity of IgY was detected.IgY showed stable to heat.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation for chorea after bilateral thalamus hemorrhage. Methods A case was reviewed. Re-sults The score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of balance increased from 0 to 7, the modified Barthel Index increased from 25 to 50, and the co-ordination of movement improved significantly after rehabilitation treatment. Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation may reduce the chorea movement, improve the activities of daily living and balance for chorea after bilateral thalamus hemorrhage.

[Summary] Eighteen patients with idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism( IHH) receiving aromatase-inhibitor( AI) letrozole for at least 3 months were recruited.After 3 months′treatment, LH levels were increased from (2.1 ±1.5) IU/L to (3.6 ±3.7) IU/L(P=0.029), and FSH levels from (2.6 ±1.8) IU/L to (4.3 ±3.4) IU/L (P=0.003).Total testosterol was increased from (87 ±42) ng/dl to (166 ±200) ng/dl(P=0.082), and estradiol wasdecreasedfrom(22.7±18.7) pg/ml to (13.4±10.6) pg/ml(P=0.020).The average testis volume was increased[(14.3 ±3.9 vs 11.2 ±4.9) ml, P<0.01].Sperms were detected in 8 out of 9 patients who did seminal fluid test.The result of general linear model showed that LH(60 min) was significantly related with total testosterol increment( P=0.045) .

OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC characteristic chromatogram of pheretima,and compare the differences of the main ingredient contents of Guangdong pheretima and Shanghai pheretima and the chromatogram differences among pheretima and 3 other animal drugs. METHODS:Pheretima HPLC characteristic chromatogram method was adopted to determine the characteris-tic chromatograms of 16 Guangdong pheretima,8 Shanghai pheretima,3 eupolyphaga,3 hirudo and 3 catharsius. Similarity evalua-tion and t test were used to analyze the differences of chromatogram data of 5 animal drugs. RESULTS:The established HPLC char-acteristic chromatogram method firstly identified 11 common characteristic peaks,including 6 nucleosides,4 nucleobase and 1 ami-no acid;and it could be used for the identification of pheretima from eupolyphaga,hirudo and catharsius;the differences of main ingredient contents in the characteristic chromatogram of Guangdong pheretima and Shanghai pheretima were firstly studied. The contents of xanthine and adenosine in Guangdong pheretima were higher than Shanghai pheretima,while the contents of uridine, guanosine and 2′-deoxy guanosine in Shanghai pheretima were higher than Guangdong pheretima. A new index S,calculated by these 5 constituents,was successfully applied to distinguish the 2 kinds of pheretima. CONCLUSIONS:The characteristic chro-matogram can be used for the identification of pheretima,and can provide reference for the pharmacodynamic differences study of Guangdong pheretima and Shanghai pheretima.
