Objective To investigate the demand for perioperative health education in liver transplantation patients at different stages, and to discuss its influencing factors, so as to provide the empirical evidence for nurses to satisfy patients' health education demand. Methods From July 2014 to March 2016, the self-designed health education demand questionnaire for patients undergoing liver transplantation was used to investigate 71 patients who met the criteria. Single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of the health education demand. Results The score of health education demand in liver transplantation patients was (114.48±5.27), which was at a relatively high level. The item with highest demand at preoperative stage was the financial burden of the surgery, with the score of (4.52±0.81). Diet guidance was the highest at postoperative stage, and the score was (4.61±0.57). Before discharge, review follow-up guidance was the most popular item, with the score of (4.72±0.45). Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that education background and waiting time for liver were the main influencing factors of health education demand (P<0.05). Conclusions The nursing staff should realize the current situation of health education demand in liver transplantation patients and provide individualized health education for each individual patient to improve the patients' quality of life.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion of nurses on occupational stress and recovery experience, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing management. Methods:From June to August 2019, clinical registered nurses of the First BethuneHospital of Jilin University were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. Occupational Stress Inventory (OSI-R) , emotional exhaustion subscale of Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) and Recovery Experience Questionnaire (REQ) were used to investigate and analyze the correlation between occupational stress, emotional exhaustion and recovery experience of clinical nurses. In this study, a total of 560 questionnaires were issued and 538 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 96.1%.Results:The total OSI-R score of 538 clinical nurses was (350.60±68.80) , the emotional exhaustion subscale score of MBI-GS was (22.65±7.05) and the total score of REQ was (51.16±12.20) . The occupational task, individual stress response and individual coping resource dimension scores of clinical nurses in REQ were all correlated with the total score of emotional exhaustion subscale ( P<0.05) , but negatively correlated with the total score of REQ ( P<0.05) . The relationship model of occupational stress, emotional exhaustion and experience recovery showed that occupational stress of clinical nurses had direct and indirect effects on experience recovery. Conclusions:There is a certain correlation between occupational stress, emotional exhaustion and recovery experience of nurses, and emotional exhaustion plays a mediating role between occupational stress and recovery experience. Nursing managers should provide a good working environment for clinical nurses, reduce occupational stress of clinical nurses, and reduce the level of emotional exhaustion to improve recovery experience of nurses.

Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common male sexual dysfunction with a high incidence, which seriously affects the relationship between a husband and wife and family harmony. Drug therapy is a first-line treatment for PE patients with premature ejaculation, and has achieved good efficacy, but the clinically available drugs are single and the abandonment rate is high. Coupled with the ineffective treatment of some patients, new drug research and development is imminent. This paper systematically reviews the current status of drug treatment for premature ejaculation, focusing on the research and development of new drugs and research progress in order to provide a reference for clinicians.
