Purpose To investigate the effects of chemotactic factor CCR4 on the abi1ity of pro1iferation,ce11 cyc1e,invasion,and mi-gration of human ga11b1adder cancer ce11. Methods Western b1ot was used to detect the expression 1eve1 of CCR4 in ga11b1adder carci-noma ce11s. Ga11b1adder carcinoma ce11s was infected by means of s1ow virus, the CCR4 gene si1encing was conducted using siRNA-CCR4 interference techno1ogy. Ga11b1adder carcinoma ce11s GBC-SD were divided into three groups( GBC-SD,GBC-SD/CCR4-RNAi and GBC-SD/contro1). CCL17,a 1igand of CCR4,was used to act on these three groups of ce11s. CCK8 method was used to detect the ce11 pro1iferation abi1ity of three groups. F1ow cytometry was used to test ce11 cyc1e. Tanswe11 assay was app1ied to detect ce11 migration and invasion abi1ity. Western b1ot was performed to detect the expression of its corresponding 1igands CCL17 and CCL22 proteins. Re-sults CCR4 gene si1ence did not inf1uence ce11 cyc1e and pro1iferation of ga11b1adder ce11 GBC-SD,but can significant1y inhibit GBC-SD ce11 invasion and movement abi1ity,CCR4 gene si1ence had no inf1uence on the expression of CCL17 and CCL22 gene in tumor ce11s. Conclusion Ga11b1adder carcinoma ce11s GBC-SD express chemokine receptor CCR4,chemokine receptor CCR4 can promote the invasion and metastasis of GBC-SD ce11s.

Objective To find out the association between the indicators(pulse concussion lung function test index) of bronchial hyperresponsiveness (BHR) with fractional concentration of exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) at different control periods among preschool asthmatic children. Methods Totally 74 asthmatic children in the pediatric department of our hospital from April 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study, and 25 children undergoing the lung function and FeNO examination served as the controls, aged 3-5 years old.The cases were divided into three groups according to the standard in 2016 version of the Prevention and Treament Guide of Children Bronchial Asthma:asthma control group(n =26),asthma non-control;group(n =48) and control group (n=25).All data of FeNO,resistance of the respiratory system at 5 Hz(R5),resistance of the respiratory system at 5 Hz (R20),difference of R5 and R20(R5-20),reactance area (AX),reactance of the respiratory system at 5 Hz (X5) and resonant frequency of reactance (Fres) were collected. The FeNO,pulse concussion lung function test value and their association were analyzed. Results (1) The FeNO value of asthma the non-control group was significantly higher than that of the asthma control group and the control group, which were 34.00 ± 18.17,20.23± 11.07 and 28.00± 17.30 respectively. The AX detection value of the asthma non-control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(37.29 ± 15.27 vs.30.17 ± 9.50,P<0.05).(2)R20 had weak correlation with FeNO in the control group(P<0.05),while R20 had no correlation with FeNO in the non-control group and control group (P>0.05).FeNO had no obvious correlation with R5,R520,AX,X5 and Fres in the asthma non-control group, asthma control group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In preschool children with asthma,FeNO can reflect the airway eosinophilic inflammation control, and does not reflect the airway hyperresponsiveness.Thereforeit ie needed to combined with FeNO and IOS indicators (airway hyperresponsiveness index AX,etc.),which can more precisely judge whether asthma being controlled.

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients with hyperuricemia (HUA), and to understand the correlation between AS and HUA, so as to improve the understanding of AS patients with HUA. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in patients with the diagnosis with AS from November 2012 to August 2016. Patients were divided into two groups based on complicated with and without HUA. The clinical manifestations, inflammatory indicators, imaging manifest-ations, treatment and outcomes of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the follow-up results of some patients with HUA were analyzed. The chi-square test was used for the counting data. The measurement data in line with the normal distribution were tested by t test, and the measurement data in non-normal distribution were tested by Mann-Whitney U test. Results Three hundred and sixty-two patients with AS were collected, consisting of 288 males (79.6%) and 74 females (20.4%), aged from 14 to 72 years, a course of disease was 3 months to 40 years. There were 87 cases (24.0%) with hyperuricemia, 77 cases were male (88.5%, 21.3%of all AS patients), and 10 were female (11.5%, 2.8% of all AS patients). Shorter morning stiffness time [(13 ±31) min and (22 ±48) min, Z=-2.231, P=0.026], lower IgM level [(1.4 ±1.3) g/L and (3.0 ±4.3) g/L, Z=-2.040, P=0.041], and lower erythrocyte sedimentation rate [(25±17) mm/1 h and (33±22) mm/1 h, t=-2.617, P=0.007] in the HUA group when compared with patients without HUA. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Four cases (4.6%) had gout arthritis in the group with HUA, all were male, blood uric acid level all>420 μmol/L. There were 7 cases (8.0%) of urolithiasis in the group with HUA, and 24 cases (8.7%) of urolithiasis in the group without HUA, but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of urolithiasis between the two groups. None developed hypertensive disease, heart disease, nephropathy, or diabetis. Conclusion The incidence of hyperuricemia is high in AS, and with lower disease activity, and fewer complications.

In recent years, driven by the support of national policies and societal needs for employments, talents in biology majors have been growing rapidly. To foster high-calibre biology talents for the society in the context of the "double world-class initiative" in higher education, this study analyzed the opinion of biology undergraduates in Huzhou University on employment and their professional recognition of biology majors. The aim of this study was to propose a high-quality employments-driven talent training mode for undergraduates in biology majors, so as to serve as a reference for the reform in training modes of other relevant majors.
