Cerebrolysin is an aqueous mixture of amino acids extracted from porcine brain.Cerebrolysin, contains a variety of amino acids and low molecular weight peptides, are permeable to the blood-brain barrier and blood-ocular barrier and can directly act on neurons in the CNS.As amino acid-based neuroprotective reagents, cerebrolysin can improve the neuronal metabolism, promote synapse formation and induce neuronal differentiation, and thus elicit neuroprotective efffectagainst insults such as ischemia , neurotoxins and so on.Cerebrolysin is clinicly used to treat eye diseases such as traumatic eye damage, glaucoma, optic atrophy ect.This paper systematically summarizes the studies on preclinical and clinical application of cerebrolysin in ophthalmology.

To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on JAK2-STAT3 pathway and the growth of gastric cancer cell lines at different GHR expression status, the eukaryotic expression vector targeting human GHR (pGPU6/GFP/Neo-shGHR and pGPU6/GFP/Neo-scramble) was constructed and transfected into MGC803 cells by Lipofectamine 2000. Stable expressive cell lines were obtained by G418 screening. The expression of GHR was analyzed by Western blotting. After being stimulated with rhGH, cell growth was detected by MTT assay. Cell cycle and apoptosis were examined by flow cytometry. The components of JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway were detected by Western blotting. There is no significant difference of GHR expression between MGC803 and pGPU6/GFP/Neo-scramble-transfected cells (named as MGC803-NC) (P > 0.05). Compared with MGC803, the GHR expression in pGPU6/GFP/Neo-shGHR-transfected cells (named as MGC803-shGHR) decreased significantly (protein decreased 50%). The cells were treated with rhGH at 0, 150 and 300 ng x mL(-1), the growth rate of MGC803 and MGC803-NC increased significantly, PI and the number of G2/M phase cells all increased significantly, and apoptosis decreased significantly. Western blotting revealed that the expression of pJAK2 and pSTAT3 was up-regulated after being treated with rhGH in MGC803 and MGC803-NC cells. In contrast, similar change was not observed in MGC803-shGHR cells. Knockdown of GHR gene may decrease the sensitivity of gastric cancer cells to rhGH, and down-regulating of components of the expression of JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway may be the potential mechanisms.

Objective To evaluate the relationship and screening value of percentage of body fat (BF%) and waist height ratio (WHtR) for hyperlipidemia in physical examination people. Methods A total of 2 668 objects taking physical examination in Henan Province People′s Hospital from September to December 2014 were included in this study. Values of height, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, body composition and blood lipid level were detected. The receiver oper?ating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the screening rate of WHtR and BF%on hyperlipidemia with sensitivi?ty, specific and area under the curve (AUC). After stratified by age, waist circumference and BMI, multivariable logistic re?gression analysis was used to investigate the association between hyperlipidemia risk, BF% and WHtR. Results The screening accuracy rate on hyperlipidemia was higher for BF%, AUC was 0.79 in both female and male people. Among wom?en with BMI<18.5 kg/m2 and 18.5~<24 kg/m2, the risk of hyperlipidemia was higher in superfatted group than that of normal group. There was no correlation between WHtR and hyperlipidemia. Among men older than 40 y or with abnormal waist cir?cumference (≥85 cm), the risk of hyperlipidemia was higher in superfatted group than that of normal group, but not associat?ed with WHtR. Conclusion The BF%is a better screening indicator for hyperlipidemia compared with that of WHtR and BMI. Women with BMI<18.5 kg/m2 and 18.5~<24 kg/m2 and men older than 40 y or with waist circumference over 85 cm are suggested to do body composition tests to improve screening accuracy for hyperlipidemia.

Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family integrated care on the physical and mental function of discharged stroke patients. Methods Sixty stroke patients discharged from the third people′s hospital of Bengbu were recruited from January 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table, and 30 patients in each group. Rehabilitated nursing intervention including feeding, language, physical and psychological and psychological trainings were conducted in intervention group, while participants in control group only received routing nursing service. Then, the Barthel index scores, Fugl-Meyer motor function scores and Hanmilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores were assessed in both two groups pre-intervention and six months after intervention. Results Intervened before and 6 months after the intervention group of patients with Barthel index score respectively (44.17 ± 11.21) points, (72.47 ± 15.36) points, Fugl-Meyer motor function scores were respectively (43.47±16.22) points, (62.39 ±15.41) points, HAMD scores were (26.81 ± 8.24) points, (17.42 ± 6.29). The difference was statistically significant (t=8.16, 4.64, 4.97, P <0.01). In contrast, the control group of patients with Barthel index score changes showed statistical significance (t=1.94, P=0.03), HAMD score also had differences (t=1.86, P=0.04) and the change was far less than the intervention group. Between the two groups after the intervention compared with Barthel index score, Fugl-Meyer motor function score and HAMD also had statistical significance (t=5.81, 3.55, 2.35, P = 0.00). Conclusions The rehabilitated nursing intervention has evident effects onliving environment,daily life, physical and mental function in discharged stroke patients, and the intervention approaches we used have certain clinical practice value.

Objective:To explore the relationship among internet / reality alienation, irrational beliefs and depression in medical college students.Methods:In October 2021, a total of 501 students from five medical colleges in Shandong were selected by the convenient sampling method.All the participants were assessed by the internet alienation scale, general alienation scale, irrational beliefs scale and self rating depression scale.SPSS 24.0 software was used for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and AMOS 21.0 software was used to conduct structural equation modeling and Bootstrap mediated effect test.Results:The scores of internet/reality alienation, irrational beliefs and depression were 3.12±1.35, 2.04±0.57, 2.72±0.72, 2.07±0.42, respectively.There was a statistically significant positive correlation among internet/reality alienation, irrational beliefs and depression( r=0.56-0.64, P<0.01). Structural equation modeling showed that the mediating effect of irrational beliefs between internet alienation and depression was 0.05(95% CI=0.01-0.11). The mediating effect of irrational beliefs between reality alienation and depression was 0.16(95% CI=0.06-0.30). Conclusion:Internet/ reality alienation can indirectly effect depression of medical college students through the mediation of irrational beliefs.

Objective To investigate the current status of health behavioral decision-making in ischemic stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 250 ischemic stroke patients were selected from 2 hospitals in Zhengzhou and Anyang from February to May 2023.A general information questionnaire,Behavioral Decision-Making Scale for Stroke Patients,Recurrence Risk Perception Scale for Patients with Stroke,and Stroke Self-Efficacy Questionnaire were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Results The Behavioral Decision-Making Scale for Stroke Patients score of 229 ischemic stroke patients was(117.83±7.15)scores.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational status,glycemic compliance,primary caregiver,current symptoms,stroke self-efficacy,and recurrence risk perception were the influencing factors of health behavioral decision making in ischemic stroke patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The health behavioral decision making of ischemic stroke patients is at an upper-middle level.Individualized interventions can be carried out for patients with different characteristics to promote the patients'ability to behavior decision making and the formation of preventive behaviors.

Objective This study systematically evaluated the clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu tablet in the treatment of fracture,and explored the mechanism of action of Shangke Jiegu tablet and the compatibility of each efficacy group from the"Disease-Symptom-Formula"perspective.Methods Clinical research literatures on the use of Shangke Jiegu tablet for fracture intervention were retrieved from Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database)and English databases(PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase),covering the period from the inception of the databases to January 2024.Risk assessment tools were used to evaluate the literature's quality,and the data were extracted and analyzed using Stata 16.0 software.Gene sets associated with fracture symptoms were identified through the TCMIP platform(version 2.0).Differential gene expression related to fractures was obtained from the GEO database.Chemical composition and candidate target profiles of the 12 herbs in Shangke Jiegu tablets were collected from TCMIP v 2.0.An interaction network between fracture-related genes and drug candidate targets was established,and core network targets were screened based on topological features,with functional enrichment analysis performed.Results A total of 14 articles were incorporated into the Meta-analysis,encompassing a total sample size of 1 293 cases,indicating an overall response rate of Shangke Jiegu tablets in fracture therapy(RR=1.24,95%CI:1.18-1.31,P<0.001).The"Disease-Symptom-Formula"association network analysis indicated that the pathways related to the putative targets of Shangke Jiegu tablet were primarily involved in bone healing,nerve and blood system regulation,and immune-inflammation regulation.Different efficacy groups within the prescriptions showed varying emphases on these roles.Conclusions Shangke Jiegu tablet may facilitate fracture healing by regulating blood and nervous systems,correcting immune-inflammatory imbalances,and maintaining bone and energy metabolism.The comprehensive effects include the dissipation of blood stasis,the promotion of blood circulation,the alleviation of swelling and pain,the regeneration of muscles and bones,and the clearance of heat and detoxification.These findings support the clinical advantages and positioning of Shangke Jiegu tablet.

Objective To observe the long-term clinical effect of pars plana vitrectomy combined with fovea-sparing internal limiting peeling in the treatment of macular foveoschisis in pathologic myopic. Methods A prospective case series study. Fifteen patients (15 eyes) with pathological myopic macular foveoschisis who received treatment in Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled. There were 4 males (4 eyes) and 11 females (11eyes), with an average age of 55.33±8.34 years. All patients underwent BCVA, diopter, spectral domain OCT and axial length measurement. The mean logMAR BCVA was 0.95±0.64. The mean central fovea thickness (CFT) was 576.00±185.32 μm. All patients underwent vitrectomy combined with fovea-sparing internal limiting peeling. After gas-liquid exchange, 12％ C3F8 was filled and followed up at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery. Follow-up time was more than 12 months. The structural changes of BCVA and macular area were observed.Results The foveal internal limiting membranes was successfully preserved in all eyes using the techinique. At the final follow-up, the CFT was 258.60±175.22 μm and the BCVA was 0.46±0.43, which were significantly improved compared with preoperative measurements (t=4.90, 5.20;P<0.001). Macular foveoschisis was resovled in 13 eyes. BCVA increased in 14 eyes. Internal limiting membranes proliferation and contraction occurred in 5 eyes and full-thickness macular hole occurred in 1 eye.Conclusions Pars plana vitrectomy with fovea-sparing internal limiting peeling is effective in the treatment of myopic macular retinoschisis. It can improve BCVA and CFT.

Objective To observe the efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling and gas tamponade in the treatment of myopic macular retinoschisis (MF).Methods This is a retrospective case study.A total of 35 MF patients (36 eyes) were enrolled in this study.There were 5 males (5 eyes) and 30 females (31 eyes),with an average age of (60.13 ± 10.00) years.All patients were examined for best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),diopter,optical coherence tomography (OCT) and axial length.The patients were divided into a MF group (group A,10 eyes),MF with foveal detachment group (group B,12 eyes) and MF with lamellar macular hole group (group C,14 eyes) according to the OCT characteristics.There was no difference of age,gender,spherical equivalent refraction and axial length among 3 groups (F=0.020,0.624,0.009,0.195;P＞0.05).There were significant differences of the minimum resolution angle logarithm (logMAR) BCVA and central fovea thickness (CFT) (F=11.100,41.790;P＜ 0.05).All patients underwent pars plana vitrectomy with ILM peeling and gas tamponade.The follow-up was more than one year.The BCVA and macular structure at the final follow-up were analyzed.The efficacy between 3 forms of MF was compared.Results At the final follow-up,the BCVA was 0.40±0.44 and CFT was (213.35±97.58) μm,which were significantly improved compared with preoperative measurements (t=5.984,5.113;P＜0.001).MF was resolved in 33 eyes.In group A,B and C,the logMAR BCVA were 0.13 ± 0.10,0.73±0.33 and 0.38± 0.52,respectively;CFT was (222.40± 57.16),(212.50 ± 150.45),(206.67 ± 55.97) μm,respectively;MF was resolved in 10,11 and 12 eyes,respectively;complete ellipsoid was observe in 8,2 and 12 eyes.The logMAR BCVA (F=6.750,P=0.003) and the rate of complete ellipsoid (x2=18.590,P＜0.001) in group B was lower than group A and C,the differences were significant.There was no difference of CFT (F=0.068,P=0.935) and the rate of MF resolving (x2=1.558,P=0.459) among the three groups.One eye (1/14) in group C suffered from full layer macular hole.Conclusion Pars plana vitrectomy with ILM peeling and gas tamponade is effective in the treatment of myopic macular retinoschisis.The macular structures and BCVA are worst in eyes with foveal detachment.

Objective To analyze the scores of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),geriatric nutritional risk index(GNRI),motor function in dependence measure(MFIM)and the risk of stroke-related pneumonia(SAP).Methods Patients with stroke admitted from November,2021 to May,2022 were included.The scores of NIHSS,GNRI and MFIM at admission were collected,and they were divided into non-SAP group(n=232)and SAP group(n=86)according to whether pneumonia occurred within one week after stroke.According to the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,the predictive ability of each score to SAP was evaluated,and each score was grouped according to the best cut-off point.logistic regression model and restricted cubic spline were used to analyze the relationship between each score and SAP.Results A total of 318 stroke patients were enrolled in the study including 86 in SAP group and 232 in non-SAP group.Logistic regression shows that,levels of NIHSS score(OR=32.783,95％CI:16.366～65.671,P<0.001),MFIM score(OR=0.052,95％CI:0.027～0.100,P<0.001)and GNRI score(OR=0.262,95％CI:0.144～0.476,P<0.001)were associated with SAP.Restricted cubic spline analysis shows that,there was a nonlinear dose-response relationship between SAP risk and NIHSS score(P-general trend<0.001,P-nonlinear=0.002),GNRI score(P-general trend<0.001,P-nonlinear<0.001).Conclusion NIHSS,MFIM,and GNRI scores are associated with the risk of SAP in stroke patients,and some of them have nonlinear relationships.
