1.Application of DSA Image Mosaic in Arteriography in Lower Extremities
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the value of DSA image mosaic in arteriography in lower extremities. Methods 22 suspected cases were examined by bolus chase, and then the images were mosaiced to a full picture after processing by Paste to judge the image effects of vessels. Results This method could display the whole image by one injection of contrast media. Vary lesions were found in the 22 cases. Conclusion This method can display the lower extremities lesions directly, which is better than traditional DSA.
2.Contrast Test of Injection Indisposition between Disome and Monomer Diagnostic Opaque in Femoral Arteriogram
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To compare the safety and efficiency of non -ionic monomer diagnostic opaque, iodixanol (Visipaque) and that of non -ionic disomer diagnostic opaque, iohexol (Omnipaque). Methods By comparing retrospectively the DSA opacification of 60 patients from 2006 to 2007, patients′ indispositions, adverse reactions and pictorial efficiency were recorded respectively. Results In the control group, iodixanol showed less indisposition caused by injection than iohexol and there′ s no obvious difference of indisposition. Both images met diagnostic requirements. Conclusion Both iodixanol and iohexol are safe, efficient and well -tolerant diagnostic opaque. Iodixanol is better than iohexol in indisposition caused by injection.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and the adverse effect of mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)in HBV associated glomerulonephritis. Methods Twenty patients with HBV-GN diagnosed by renal biopsy were treated with MMF.The initial dosage of MMF was 1.5 g/d.The dosage was reduced to 1.0 g/d when 24 h excretion of urinary protein decreased to 0.5 g/d.Blood routine test, hepatic and renal function, plasma albumin, serum triglyceride and cholesterol,24 h urinary protein excretion,HBV DNA were performed before and after 2,3,6,9 months' treatment. Results Twenty-four-hour urinary protein excretion was significantly reduced by the treatment with mycophenolate mofetil(P

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 1999;0(01):-
Objective To study the inhibition of HCV IRES mediated HCV core protein expression in cells by inhibitor RNA. Methods Plasmid pcRz-IRNA, a eukaryotic expression vector with IRNA and two self cleavage ribozyme overhang at both sides respectively, was constructed and co-transfected with pcHCVcluc (containing HCV NCR, core and Luc genome) into the HHCC cell line (Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma cell line). Immunoflurescence tests were applied to detect the co-transfected cells, which were thereafter analysed with confocal microscope quantitatively. Luciferase activity was valued using Luc Assay System (Promega). Results The cotransfected cells expressed HCV core protein, and the fluorecein in which was reduced significantly in comparison with control. Conclusions IRNA can inhibit the expression of HCV IRES mediated core protein in the cotransfected cells.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2011;27(11):844-849
Objective To investigate the effect of aliskiren on type 2 diabetic nephropathy in db/db mice. Methods Eight-week old db/db and db/m mice were subjected to right nephrectomy to hasten the development of diabetic nephropathy. At age of 16 weeks, they were divided into four groups:db/m group (normal control),db/db group ( diabetic control),db/db+ A3 group (db/db mice treated with aliskiren 3 mg·kg-1d-1) and db/db+A25 group (db/db mice treated with aliskiren 25 mg kg-1 d-1).Body weight, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, proteinuria and systolic blood pressure were measured before and after treatment. After treatment, renal histological examination by PAS staining,TGF-β1 and PAI-1 protein by ELISA,expression of ColⅣ and FN protein by immunofluorescence,mRNA expression of TGF-β1,PAI-1,ColⅣ,FN and renin by real time PCR,renin activity and angiotensin Ⅱ level by radioimmunoassay were performed. Results Treatment for 4 weeks of aliskiren at a dose of 25 mg kg-1 d-1 markedly decreased urinary albumin excretion, glomerulosclerosis and suppressed synthesis of TGF-β1,PAI-1,Col Ⅳ,FN without inducing significantl change in systolic blood pressure, compared to those of db/db group (all P<0.05).Aliskiren also suppressed renin activity and angiotensin Ⅱ level in renal cortex (all P<0.05).Conclusion Aliskiren protects against type 2 diabetic nephropathy.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2016;48(4):650-654
Objective:To discuss the therapy for ureteral endometriosis. Methods:The clinical data of 25 cases of histopathologically confirmed ureteral endometriosis during 2001 -2015 were retrospectively analyxed. Results:In the 25 cases, all the patients took urinary ultrasound for examination before sur-gery,of whom 21 (84%)were examined by CT and 5 (20%)by MRI.Three (12%)cases underwent preoperative KUB and intravenous pyelogram (IVP)examination.Four (16%)cases were examined by retrograde pyelography before surgery.Eight (32%)of them took cystoscope for examination and 11 (44%)took preoperative radionuclide renal dynamic imaging examination. All of these cases were affec-ted with unilateral ureter,13 (52%)in the right and 12 (48%)in the left. The ureter lesions were at the upper part in 21 (84%)cases and at the middle part in 4 (16%)cases.In these cases,11 (44%) received partial ureteral resection and end-to-end ureteral anastomosis,10 (40%)received partial ure-teral resection and ureterocystoneostomy,3 (12%)received retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephroureterec-tomy,and 1 (4%)received endoscopic resection of ureteral endometriosis lesion. All of these cases were confirmed with ureteral endometriosis by post-surgery pathology results, with the expression of CA125 and ER in the glandular tissue and expression of PR in the mesenchymal tissue inside the ureteral muscle de-tected by immunohistochemistry.Four (16%)cases took postoperative adjuvant hormonal therapy. And no recurrence was found among 16 (64%)cases with the successful follow-up which ranged from 3 to 76 months and the median follow up was 28 months.Fifteen cases were submitted to the follow-up by urinary ultrasound (93.8%)and 5 (31.3%)underwent CT for examination. All the cases relieved from hydro-nephrosis,and symptoms of 10 (63.5 )cases disappeared. The cases with double-J stent all had the stent removed within 3 to 6 weeks. Conclusion:Surgical procedures should be considered as the main therapy for ureteral endometriosis. We recommend ureterolysis for patients with mild ureteral obstruction and hydronephrosis. As for those with moderate and severe ureteral obstruction and hydronephrosis,we recommend partial ureteral resection. When the situation comes to patients with little renal function of the affected side, the recommended management is nephroureterectomy.

Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive therapy combined with picture recognition training on depression after stroke (PSD).Methods Sixty patients with PSD after cerebral infarction were randomized into study and control groups. All accepted routine rehabilitation therapy. In addition, the study group accepted cognitive therapy combined with picture recognition training. The effects were assessed in terms of average reaction time and accuracy in picture recognition, and using the Hamilton depression rating scales (HAMDs) and the Barthel index (BI) before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The average reaction time and accuracy in picture recognition and the HAMD and BI scores improved significantly in both groups. The effects in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion Cognitive therapy combined with picture recognition training can alleviate depression symptoms and improve ability in the activities of daily living after stroke.
